They're too close together there's still mobile homes even if they have been updated mobile homes depreciate fast

I am in this area a lot . There is a lot of traffic on that road and it is near a school . Low lot rent . And a lot of older / modified trailers . Very nice . But, for 50k you can buy a new one .
