And depression more anxiety destroy what is left from your social life - so you lose weight, you lose your energy, you lose your interest in things you normally love to do. You isolates yourself from society and kinda crawls in your hole. For the pailed skin, you can become pailed because as you're isolated you don't go much outside and so you don't take that much sunbathe. I know heroin is a horrible drug, but depression and anxiety are worse. It can really destroy your life.
Kurt and Layne are the saddest deaths that hit me the hardest. Many of my idols were heroin addicts and lost their fight but Layne and Kurt's decline will always be the most depressing to me. I know how heroin takes over and takes away everything you once were.. it's a slow suicide that you have no control over. I envy those who made it out of that downward spiral

The 90s was an amazing time for music. Any band from Seattle was amazing but celebrity is way overrated. He was just a person like any other aside from his talent. It’s sad to me that people hero worship someone they don’t even know (not that you do, just in general)

The early photos from the tour are slightly haunting, he'd had a rough month between the end of the US tour and the start of the Euro tour and had gotten really bad with heroin. 0:44, 1:22, 1:30 are all from early Feb at the start of the tour. He had trouble finding it in Europe, so he looks visibly healthier as the tour goes on. 0:50 - 1:12 are from later in the tour as well as 2:08 - 2:14. It always amazed me there isn't a single photo of him after 1st March '94. It was a grim time so I guess no-one wanted to document anything, but it still suprises me there are no photos at all from Rome, nothing from the airports, none in Seattle either. As it is, the last "photo" of him alive is the Munich footage from the gig on 1st March.

There were no digital cameras back then, let alone smartphones, social media, etc. People could not see the shot they'd just taken because cameras were years away from that lovely digital screen. They'd have to wait until the film was developed to see what came out in the pictures. In other words, you get what you get. Also, cellular phones might have already existed in 1994 but were not mainstream yet. Same thing with the Internet.

I love new technologies. Life is much better nowadays. In a foreign country, if you have a local SIM card on your phone, you can get all the info you need on your phone, book airbnb, use the GPS, etc... You don't need to rely on anyone to get things done. It's perfect.

You can tell in the pictures that Kurt was totally depressed/suicidal and those are reasons why I don't believe that he was murdered but he committed suicide.
The 2nd to last photo, is actually taken in August 1993. Many people believe the photo was taken on March 26th, 1994. Why? Because someone on internet dated the photo as his last ever photo taken alive of Kurt Cobain, but it's false.

I know that, it was during their conversation just after Kurt's overdose of Rohypnol pills in Rome. Kurt was apologetic and told Dave the overdose was an accident. Dave told Kurt he was worried about him and that he didn't want him to die.

Courtney told him she would leave him and that he would not be able to see his daughter anymore while his managers told him they would no longer wish to do business with him. Kurt was caught off guard by this surprise meeting and at first was furious, he felt like everyone was ganging up on him. He eventually agreed to go into rehab though.

There were no digital cameras back then, let alone smartphones, social media, etc. People could not see the shot they'd just taken because cameras were years away from that lovely digital screen. They'd have to wait until the film was developed to see what came out in the pictures. In other words, you get what you get. Also, cellular phones might have already existed in 1994 but were not mainstream yet. Same thing with the Internet.
Yeah I had a mobile it was a Nokia &I rmbr telling ppl not to call me bc I would get billed for it. I also rmbr standing on my tippy toes at weird angles screaming "can u hear me?,can u hear me now? Is that better? " then hvn to try stay in that spot for signal looking bck there was NOTHING convenient about it.

Books and information created before the Internet have all been digitalized. New stuff comes digital from the onset. e-commerce has surpassed physical shopping and nearly all services have transitioned to online platforms, especially after COVID-19, where people have had to adapt further. I love new technologies. Life is much better nowadays. In a foreign country, if you have a local SIM card on your phone, you can get all the info you need on your phone, book airbnb, use the GPS, etc... You don't need to rely on anyone to get things done. It's perfect.

I met nirvana as a kid &they were the least "rock band" band I'd ever met they were so cool&Kurt was so super sweet .Kurt hated ppl coming up to him in restaurants. I've met quite a few bands&musicians etc but I'd nvr go up&interrupt them while they were quietly eating dinner, they're ppl too who sometimes aren't in the mood to play "happy"just bc a stranger bulldozed their way over.

The first 2 photos are from New York in August of ‘93. The first one from the photo shoot with Jesse Frohman, and the second with fans outside.
You can tell in the pictures that Kurt was totally depressed/suicidal and those are reasons why I don't believe that he was murdered but he committed suicide.
The 2nd to last photo, is actually taken in August 1993. Many people believe the photo was taken on March 26th, 1994. Why? Because someone on internet dated the photo as his last ever photo taken alive of Kurt Cobain, but it's false.
As drugs affect the person's mood, Kurt has always been polite to the fans, there are pictures there that clearly show him in a bad mood, he was depressed, he was born into a problematic family, drugs, put it all together, it worked! Kurt should have abandoned rock n roll, and treated himself !! But how could he abandon Rock n Roll ?? !! Nirvana was the most famous rock band in the world, he had contracts, he had a lot of money involved, he can't drop things all of a sudden !! Unfortunately in the midst of the Rock n Roll of the 90s there were a lot of drugs, almost everyone was on drugs, it's complicated !! You have to have a very strong head, to withstand the pressure ...After Kurt Cobain's death, people thought about drugs.

Most people dont understand his form of humour. he turned up to photoshoots with lots of outfits and ideas. he loved it. He put eye shadow on for one of the photoshoots and dressed in dresses. He just had a lot of fun. Most people really are totally on the wrong page with this guy. maybe some people had to be alive before he died to understand.

There are quite a few shots of Kurt pointing guns at his head or in his mouth, but people still believe that he was murdered. It's obvious suicide was on his mind. I remember not being very shocked by the news, but incredibly sad, like I'd lost a brother. Kurt is the same age as my older brother, who is also a musician.

I'm also sure he was going to divorce Courtney, quit Nirvana, and go back to rehab. It was pretty clear the three just wanted to keep their friend alive.
I know that, it was during their conversation just after Kurt's overdose of Rohypnol pills in Rome. Kurt was apologetic and told Dave the overdose was an accident. Dave told Kurt he was worried about him and that he didn't want him to die.

Without Kurt knowing Courtney Love called Kurt's band mates and Nirvana's managers over to the house so they could all confront him about his drug addiction. Kurt was high and was stunned to see all those people stood in his kitchen. Each person gave a Kurt a warning of what would happen if he didn't stop doing heroin. Courtney told him she would leave him and that he would not be able to see his daughter anymore while his managers told him they would no longer wish to do business with him. Kurt was caught off guard by this surprise meeting and at first was furious, he felt like everyone was ganging up on him. He eventually agreed to go into rehab though.
