I've remembered the time when I was 7 and started being friends with one tomboy girl. We played sports together, trading cards, video games. She came to my home almost every day. Our homes were close to each other. Entire elementary school we had so much fun, but never did i think about something more than friends. She on the other hand wasn't perfect in looks but she was alright, and a hidden gem as a personality. To this day (I'm 23) I never found somebody like her. Mainly because I come from an eastern european poor country that rarely has that. It's not in our culture. Like in this video reality is harsh, I had to move during our best times together, because my family decided to go to a bigger city. Was helpless 13 yo, just a kid who was shocked everything in my life changed so quick. When I started to realize what happened to me it was already too late. I lost all ways to contact her and never saw her again. I just hope shes happy in her life wherever she is. And yes she doesn't have social media, I've tried many times. That's so like her after all, she never had socials.

I just wanted to express how much I loved this story. it wasn't a "good" nor a "bad" ending, it was a realistic one. a couple of things I took from this mini-series are:
you don't realize what you have until you lost it.
figure out what you want out of a relationship with someone, how you see them.
don't let others write your own story.
life moves on, time doesn't wait for anybody.
in conclusion, you more then deserved a sub - great work!

Sometimes you will have happy endings, other times you will have bad endings, although most of the time what you will get will be a concoction of both. Being a pessimist who believes that everything will go wrong is not being realistic. On the other hand, you must work and strive to achieve your happy ending, it will not come alone, in that sense it is true that life is not a fairy tale. Maybe even trying hard the result you get will not be what you originally wanted, but if you don't try hard you won't even have the chance to get a happy ending.

This feels more like the story of extremely toxic miscommunication between two friends; how the zoomer basically kept on lying instead of admitting that he felt the Wojak had changed and become more distant, which snowballed into that whole mess, and could have been avoided if there were just clear communication to begin with
There was this girl in middle school that was taller than me and was openly in love with me. Even though she seemed pretty to me, I always pushed her away, so people would not make fun of me for being with a girl, that was taller than me. Years passed and even though I got over her I sometimes think about what it could have been.
Holding on to the past only leads to ones self destruction, we often try to relive our best moments but some are not meant to be relieved, by attempting to recreate them we go on a futile journey to replace something that cannot be replicated, sometimes it's best we let go, the pain will subside but lessons will stay and allow us to truly grow. Wojak clung onto a lost cause and saw it to it's bitter end. If something has to be perceived as "What If?" it's either a hindsight is 20-20 moment or not worth exploring at all. We're not all born in our best timelines but we can surely make the most the one we're in right now.

This ending has similar vibes to 5cm per second:
The protag never let go of the girl and couldn't maintain any meaningful relationships. She moved on a long time ago and ended up happily married. The movie ends with them passing by each other at a railroad crossing. He turns back when he realizes who she is but she keeps on walking without looking back. The harsh truth dawns on him and he smiles before continuing on his way.
One of my greatest dilemmas is wondering if I should just keep looking back on the pleasant memories and sometimes delusions, or reach out and have my heart potentially (and most likely) be shattered. The delusions keep me going and help me strive to be a better me, but will I be able to maintain that knowing the truth?
Delusions shouldn't be what makes you strive for improvement, that's like building the foundation of your home on quicksand
So that's how it ends? I just got so frustrated at the tomboy being ignored/rejected that I stopped reading.

I called it, I just had that gut feeling we weren't gonna get that easy to sleep at night ending. But this is a good message nonetheless...never keep your head in the past and just move on, focus on your own life and make blossoming progress. Honestly this is a realistic ending. Falling for a childhood sweetheart only for them to be with someone else. I use to have a major crush on someone in HS, and I'm 26 now. That girl that I never confessed to has been with the same guy since hs. I don't have any envy or regret, I was just alone. I'm with someone incredible now, and I'm glad things went the way they did. The MC WILL find his love, doesn't have to be a childhood one

voted for this too. The difference between chad and wojak is that chad takes risks and don't overthink. I learn this the hard way. You only have one life and you better make the most out of it in your terms.
Chad is confident in his own skin and doesn't fight constant mental battles. Tomboy catched his eye, he hit on her, made good impression and the rest is history. I am not sure if she gave up her tomboy nature to be more feminine for chad like others suggested, but she seemed quite happy until Wojak came in. Then it turned awkward, but there was nothing to be said. Wojak had his chance since childhood and he blew it, because he followed the lead of others instead of thinking on his own. It's too late to fix it, maybe with time machine or if he gets a shot in next life.
If you always expect the worse, you won't be disappointed.

Rather than being a happy and unrealistic scenario, this is a good ending, for me atleast. Not everything is a fairytail happy ending, and as for wojak... I do guess that this is one of the life lessons he needed. Letting go of certain things is one part of life, after all not everything goes to your plan accordingly. There are some things that needs to be forgiven, forgotten, replaced and conquered in life.

All along his friend was trying to protect him by becoming the bad guy so as to shield him from the reality of the situation. The closure ending that I would go for is for all four (including Sam's Chad husband) to finally meet up together and finally talk things out once and for all before deciding on what to do next with their lives.
I don't always expect happy endings from this type of channel, but it doesn't stop us from writing out our own endings.

This happened to me, there was a girl I used to play out with from 8 to 13 years old, she was a proper tomboy, she was beautiful to me, she wasn't afraid to get stuck in with football and exploring the woods behind our houses, she was kind and compassionate and like a second mother to her two younger sisters, she worshipped me but I was too afraid to tell her how I felt about her. I dont know what happened. We just stopped hanging out when we went to separate highschools.
Now 10 years has passed and she's one of the most stunning women I've ever seen, she travels the world with her handsome wealthy boyfriend. Im in the next town over from my hometown with nothing.

The reason I didnt pick the option of moving on, was that I didnt think zoomer deserved Sam, I couldnt justify that. But honestly Wojak was also at fault, and it only makes sense that Sam moved on, and so should Wojak. All in all I find this satisfying

Part 3: Wojak goes back in time, tries to orchestrate things in his own image, but his past self keeps steering it off. Eventually, after years of orchestration, his past self is with her, expecting a baby, but he loses both her and the baby in a fatal car crash.
Extra points if after each time he alters the timeline he gains new memories in that instant, and that is how he guides himself.
Even more extra points if he realises the crash is unpreventable after 50 tries, goes back into past again and does nothing, letting the timeline go as it did originally.
Lol it would be preventable just make the guy driving go somewhere else or hold him in a area or something unless it’d be a different driver

The Problem is that the movie ending is kind of similarly unsatisfying as this one so Im curious if this storry can possibly be brought to a good end.
I think the point is to change the story through the way we live. It's a story to relate to and then to avoid.
This is what happens when multiple butterfly effects ripple into each other. Control is an illusion, there is only action and reaction.
Why are Chad's feelings invalid? Perhaps Chad's a good guy, found the love of his life and is about to start a family with her, eh? Perhaps Wojak is simply self-absorbed and paying the just price for his unwillingness to commit and admit his own feelings? Perhaps Chad just did everything right?
