    The first few months of the year have already flown by and between moving into our new house, work, and traveling, I've been off my game. But we are here to reclaim our fitness journeys and get back on track. Today's video will be focused solely on nutrition and I'll be walking you through how I set up my nutrition to get back on track using the MyFitnessPal app.

    Really appreciate your openness! I am currently going through something similar- I haven’t gone to the gym or been following a healthy food regime for 8 weeks- as I travelled and getting back into the flow of things has been tough to say the least 😂😂😭 Definitely will try out MyFitnessPal💕

    Fitness pal saved my life😂 I had a trainer recommended it and realized I wasn’t eating at all. I was in the gym burning over 1000 calories and literally eating only 500 calories a day. Not even taking into account my resting calories burned. I felt like a zombie😂 Now I eat a lot😂 and make sure I train consistently. It’s not always super healthy but lifting a lot has given me more wiggle room when it comes to what I eat. This app is awesome and I love that it’s menu is huge!

    Thank you for making this video! In the past I lost weight in a very unhealthy way because I focused on the goal and losing weight fast. It did more harm than good in the end. This time, I’m going to focus on the process and be kind to myself. Also, I love seeing another Hmong girl killing it out here 🙌🏼💕

    I really appreciate how you said that we should start with where we are instead of where we want to be. It gave me a lot of perspective with my own eating and how I view food

      YES. I will be once it’s fully furnished (everything is on back order rn 😓)! I did originally film an empty house tour, but I realized after we filmed everything that I had a lil wardrobe malfunction that I didn’t catch earlier, so I never put the video out. 🙃😭

    are u defining yourself as a petite? because i am a petite asian woman n sometimes it's rlly hard to maintain enough protein daily because i get constipation n have very bad bloating

      I’d say I’m petite as in on the shorter side (I’m 5’3”), but I’ve generally have a larger bone structure than many of my Asian friends. ☺️
