    Hey, babes!
    Today, I'll be taking you through a full day of eating with me/showing you what I eat in a day! While I love eating food, I've never been a big cook, so I like to keep my meals as uncomplicated and simple as possible which you'll see in this video.
    Not every single day of my week will look like this, but this is often how most of my weekdays will look like with a visit or two to a restaurant on the weekends for date night/catching up with the girls.

    I just want to thank u for your content.
    Last week I wanted to go back to the gym after 2.5 years. For some reason I felt so uncomfortable(mainly cause the gym was completely renovated and I heard a lot of guys confiscated the weights area) , so I skipped gym.. I felt like such a quitter.
    Eventually I told myself that I would go on the Monday.
    So last Monday I had the same uncomfortable feeling. Tried to find a video on YT to motivate myself and came across one of your video's. And it helped! I just got my stuff and went to the gym... and man I wish I did that the last time. Showing up is really 50% of the whole work out. Again: thank u for motivating everyone with ur content!

    You put me on to Cira pre workout…I absolutely love it! I’m sensitive to milk products so I go with a vegan protein powder. My weekly meals look very similar. I’ll use protein pasta for spaghetti, carb balance tortillas for tacos and sourdough for sandwiches. I eat healthy but not to the point where I feel like I’m losing out on anything. Balance and I bust my booty in the gym…so it works out😂
