Nice emphasis on Zenkutsu datchi from maai, with hip rotation, keeping the back leg in place Claudia Sensei! I love the kiba datchi drill. You have strong Zanshin! Thank you.🤜🏽
Not correct. The ultimate goal of any woman who studies martial arts is to master it(e.g. skills) and she will be able to defend herself from a male attacker. Just remember that the martial arts were mastered by a people who were much smaller(e.g. Chinese,Japanese) and sometimes weaker than men of other nations(e.g. European, African)……but they were able to beat them with the mastery of martial arts. By the way, all it takes to knock someone out is a precise punch/kick to the chin…..lights out for that man regardless of how strong or big.
Just like Kung Fu, Karate is not going to encourage people to fight with others. Enough is enough. Enough to protect you and defend from bullying is enough.
Extraordinaire ! Very good .

Why doesn't she turn her head an instant before her turns? One would think you want to see what you're getting into before you get there.
Great observation. The sharp look in that direction just before moving
Teaching in progress!

A woman may have very good technique, but she will never be able to surpass the man in strength, skill and endurance.
