- Today we are at Majestic Homes in Billings Montana, looking at The Paladin, (aka Legacy 572). This is a 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath triple wide home. All the bedrooms are spacious. The kitchen in this one is to die for if you like to be the one to cook and entertain. Huge dinning room and a morning room. What more can you want out of a home that is 45' x 76' giving you 2692 sq ft of top end living.

I really like this. Would incorporate more pocket doors.
The stand up freezer space in the pantry would also be an excellent space for an additional refrigerator. We use our second fridge for cooling cases of water, soft drinks and all sorts of other drinks. When we entertain it also comes in very handy for storing food prep items.
When you said ladies your makeup area with that music it was so funny 😂. I absolutely love this house. I wouldn't want the jets in the soaker. I like that it has the handicap bar in the bathroom. Only getting older. They're a pain in the neck to clean. Thank you Nate

Nate, Not sure why this is just coming up on my time line, But I Absolutely Love Love this Home!! Its easy accessable for Disabled People also , which is great to include everyone when entertaining. I love the Huge frig/freezer, the ovens are higher. I would put Porches and a Garage on this , it's the Perfect Home for me!! Thank you so very much 😊

I LOVE this home. I really like the roominess of all the rooms. There are enough cabinets to hold all the things we have collected in your 50 years of marriage. I could move into it right now. I would want a wood burning fireplace though.

Yes, I remembered when you toured the previous one several months ago. I really do love this house, it is so spacious. I would most likely get rid of one of the double ovens & put the microwave there. I dislike the ugly barn doors they look very awkward protruding out like that. Other than that this home is a winner for me!!! 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
Agree! And the kitchen looked way better in the previous model with the stone arch over the stove, old cottage vibes!

Awesome home probably is the best one I have seen it has everything that I like in a home. I would change the gas fireplace out for a wood burning fireplace and option out a couple of doors especially in the master bedroom and bathroom with either pocket or barn doors and add on 2 nice big porches/ decks with a nice roof pitch to stay dry all year long. The gun safes are a bad ass feature also!! My favorite home hands down.😎😎😎💯💯💯👍👍👍❤️❤️❤️🇱🇷🇱🇷🇱🇷👍👍😎❤️💯

Love it! My only issue was the odd angles in the living room and kitchen flooring where the pillar is. Must be the kid in me that absolutely loves the secret pantry and the walk thru in the master bath as well. Big master bedroom with a huge walk in closet. The laundry room too! What's not to love?

The best home I’ve seen. The kitchen is incredible! Am a firm believer that every bedroom needs it’s own toilet but this home is fine just as it stands!

I've studied modular homes and their builders since about the year of 1994 when I walked into the first one I'd ever seen with an upstairs/attic and was in shock by what I saw, I didn't want to leave, I strongly didn't like the floor plan but wanted to live in the attic. lol. I'd studied mobile homes even longer since I was 15 having grown up in one and finding a portfolio of floorplans from when my parents were shopping for homes.
Having said that, from what I have seen by Kit homes out in the Mid West, I think they build some of the most beautiful mobile/modular homes in that area. I'm fairly certain just by the web design and floorplans that they're also the same as another brand in the East just marketed under a different name with different cosmetics IE painted trim and non textured walls.
I watched a couple on TH-cam who searched for 5 years (I think it was) when they finally found Kit homes and fell in love with the quality work. They bought theirs for about $160,000 fully customized, I think it was a 30X66.

OMG I love this home. The cabinets and doors are so beautiful. The kitchen finally has lots of space and lots of places to put things. The pantry is great for all the kitchen gadgets that you usually have to keep on the counters because there is never enough space but not the case in this home. There is not a single thing I find wrong with this home. Must say you also did a very good job of showing it as well. You are not quite Chance but I am sure that will come with time. (Lol)

Could do without the dining room connected to the living room. I would just extend the carpet and make that a sitting area away from the TV. I don't like the microwave down so low either so I would just have that taken out and I would get me a roll cart to put up against the wall with my microwave on it. Other than that I love this home. And I like the handicap bar in the master bathroom.

Love the way this home flows, and the kitchen is large with plenty of space, also love the real wood doors, and Hugh laundry room, Id make different color choices and all white counters, no carpet and maybe different floor color....

This is really nice home what is the things I don't understand is each home that's been presented doesn't have extra closets for hanging your clothes up or just Closet in general I'm not talking about clothes closets like for your bedrooms but just extra space to put your stuff in everything in here is beautiful very well-presented this the first time I have seen your video and I loved it

I absolutely LOVE IT! AND the proportions would be PERFECT for MY crowd! IF they weren't all grown with their own families! My husband and I got rid of our big house, and got an RV to travel the country in. (Can you say 'Tiny house'?) We were pulling in the slides to hit the road, and my daughter saw him collapse. It was a Saturday. We took him to the ER. They did emergency surgery on him that night - after they gave him 5 units of blood so he could survive the surgery! He has cancer - it was stage 4. It ate up all our savings. He died 2 1/2 years ago. I'm still living in the RV - I haven't gone anywhere (costs money). So you see why the price broke my. Heart! Beautiful & Perfect - but not for a widow who lives alone!

@@suesmith-Longsally At the beginning of the video he made a comment on the outside about noticing a bar on the frame. He said that it was there because the home is a modular. I had never heard or seen that pointed out before, so I took note of it. Because of that, I am assuming it is a modular. I would also say that I don't believe I have seen a home of those dimensions that was ever intended to be set up as a mobile. The higher-end homes are usually modulars. Some can be set up as either - choice of the buyer. Either way, you can figure that compared to a site-built home (not considering brick or block), you will come out ahead by more than just the fact that your wait-time is much shorter - no weather delays during construction - but you know that often site-built homes can come apart during wind storms, but mobile and modular homes, once strapped down, are usually much more sturdy than site built - before the owner EVER spends the first night in it it has to hold up to going down the road at 65 miles per hour. Site,-built don't go through that kind of testing!
No, I'm NOT a salesperson, and I'm NOT earning. a commission. I just remember one really pushy salesman telling me that about 25 years ago. Then, when we finally made our purchase, some of the girls I worked with asked me if I wasn't AFRAID to buy/live in that -right here in Hurricane Central - Tampa, FL. I spouted that fact. I also pointed out that because we had decided to buy an older model that was in pristine condition (and absolutely beautiful!), we KNEW that the home had withstood EVERY SINGLE HURRICANE/TORNADO/TROPICAL STORM for the prior 18 years - and it was STILL STANDING; So, those are a couple facts that might help you weigh your choices!

I love the pocket doors, but don't like the one bathroom door that ends up right up against the toilet...would rather have a sliding/pocket door for that area
Everything perfect, but it would be nice if it came with a 4 bedroom.
I don't like the microwave so low. I'd rather loose one of the ovens and put the microwave in its place so it's up higher. I'd also option out the 2 windows behind the bed in the master. 2 windows in a bedroom are plenty.
Liked everything except microwave location. I don't know if I would ever get the freezer & pantry filled though.

Perfect except vent’s should be in the ceiling not the floor. Ceiling fans in the rooms and bedrooms too. Other then that come get my 4 bedroom and I’ll trade for that one in a heartbeat.
The home is outstanding. Love the 2x6 construction & cabinets. BTW if you keep declaring “the ole lady” (will have space….) your lovely wife will become an old lady before her time. You will eat the words of your mouth. Consider treating the other half of your body (your wife) with respect, honor & love & your son will, too

My wife and I love this floor plan. The secret gun storage was a pleasant shock as I plan to buy some firearms. Now to find where we can see one in person. And how much it cost. We are buying land in Eatonton , GA. If the seller can't bring it there we will find a way to move it should we decide on this.

My only complaint is the low mount microwave...anyone with toddlers or pets is gonna be challenged by that thing stuffed into the island like it is. Other than that I'm quite satisfied by the design.
