OMG I love this home. The cabinets and doors are so beautiful. The kitchen finally has lots of space and lots of places to put things. The pantry is great for all the kitchen gadgets that you usually have to keep on the counters because there is never enough space but not the case in this home. There is not a single thing I find wrong with this home. Must say you also did a very good job of showing it as well. You are not quite Chance but I am sure that will come with time. (Lol)

The stand up freezer space in the pantry would also be an excellent space for an additional refrigerator. We use our second fridge for cooling cases of water, soft drinks and all sorts of other drinks. When we entertain it also comes in very handy for storing food prep items.
This is the absolute dream home! Especially with the hidden gun cabinets for the fellas! What would make this perfect for me would be an add on garage and a fourth bedroom. I have a big family so we’d need that fourth bedroom. My favorite highlights were the master bath, the office and the gorgeous kitchen with the big hidden pantry! Thank you for this great tour!
I loved the kitchen and utility room. The main bedroom and bathroom were stunning as well. I could do without the makeup station because I don't wear makeup, but I'm sure I could find a use for it. Lol love the shoe rack/gun storage. It would be cool if it locked. Safety for the kiddos is a must.

I really like the door options - I'm a pocket door fan. I like the hidden gun racks in the MBR - but must be someway to lock it; also liked the closets/ladies makeup area. In the kitchen - not a fan of the MW below the counter, but other things make up for it. Wow - love the huge S/S frig/freezer in the huge kitchen with a hidden pantry; huge utility closet is a big plus, too.
I LOVE this home. I really like the roominess of all the rooms. There are enough cabinets to hold all the things we have collected in your 50 years of marriage. I could move into it right now. I would want a wood burning fireplace though.
Nate, Not sure why this is just coming up on my time line, But I Absolutely Love Love this Home!! Its easy accessable for Disabled People also , which is great to include everyone when entertaining. I love the Huge frig/freezer, the ovens are higher. I would put Porches and a Garage on this , it's the Perfect Home for me!! Thank you so very much 😊

I think it's beautiful I'd make small changes because I can no longer get down in a soaker tub so I would need a walk in tub. But I have fallen in love with this house. Great job!!!

When you said ladies your makeup area with that music it was so funny 😂. I absolutely love this house. I wouldn't want the jets in the soaker. I like that it has the handicap bar in the bathroom. Only getting older. They're a pain in the neck to clean. Thank you Nate

Yes, I remembered when you toured the previous one several months ago. I really do love this house, it is so spacious. I would most likely get rid of one of the double ovens & put the microwave there. I dislike the ugly barn doors they look very awkward protruding out like that. Other than that this home is a winner for me!!! 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

Love it! My only issue was the odd angles in the living room and kitchen flooring where the pillar is. Must be the kid in me that absolutely loves the secret pantry and the walk thru in the master bath as well. Big master bedroom with a huge walk in closet. The laundry room too! What's not to love?

Awesome home probably is the best one I have seen it has everything that I like in a home. I would change the gas fireplace out for a wood burning fireplace and option out a couple of doors especially in the master bedroom and bathroom with either pocket or barn doors and add on 2 nice big porches/ decks with a nice roof pitch to stay dry all year long. The gun safes are a bad ass feature also!! My favorite home hands down.😎😎😎💯💯💯👍👍👍❤️❤️❤️🇱🇷🇱🇷🇱🇷👍👍😎❤️💯
I really like the guy surprise but was thinking behind those other two look alike cabinets they could have done a hidden jewelry safe and a wall safe. I like the pocket doors as it seemed like there were so many doors you had to open in this video (more than normal?) You were right the microwave definitely needs to be somewhere else.
I've studied modular homes and their builders since about the year of 1994 when I walked into the first one I'd ever seen with an upstairs/attic and was in shock by what I saw, I didn't want to leave, I strongly didn't like the floor plan but wanted to live in the attic. lol. I'd studied mobile homes even longer since I was 15 having grown up in one and finding a portfolio of floorplans from when my parents were shopping for homes. Having said that, from what I have seen by Kit homes out in the Mid West, I think they build some of the most beautiful mobile/modular homes in that area. I'm fairly certain just by the web design and floorplans that they're also the same as another brand in the East just marketed under a different name with different cosmetics IE painted trim and non textured walls. I watched a couple on TH-cam who searched for 5 years (I think it was) when they finally found Kit homes and fell in love with the quality work. They bought theirs for about $160,000 fully customized, I think it was a 30X66. Thank you for the walk through, great job.
Love the way this home flows, and the kitchen is large with plenty of space, also love the real wood doors, and Hugh laundry room, Id make different color choices and all white counters, no carpet and maybe different floor color....
I have a large family so a real kitchen is nice along with the large fridge & a real pantry, I dont care for the double dinning but having the space available for family get togethers with in laws & that they are both right there not half way crossed the house is nice, office could work for a 4th bedroom, & the large laundry room is nice too.

I wouldn’t want to have to pay to replace that fridge. I would prefer a traditional size. Island is nice. I don’t like the microwave down low either. I would want it over the stove. I like where the sink is but would like a traditional size sink. Nice pantry. Nice laundry room. Nice guest bedrooms and bathroom. I love pocket doors. Beautiful master bedroom and bathroom.
