- Welcome back. We are at Majestic Homes in Billings, Montana, looking at the Paladin, or Legacy 572 by Shcultz Homes. The Schult Legacy 572 has a country kitchen to impress. This home design is a three section modular home with the front section being the kitchen - offering optimal natural light all around! The kitchen is easy accessible from the large utility room and walk-in pantry. In addition to an awesome kitchen the Legacy 572 also features a spacious great room. The bedrooms are split with the master suite on one end of the home and the other two bedrooms on the opposite end. The master suite includes nice walk-in closet and master bath. The other two bedrooms are Jack and Jill style with a bathroom in the middle with access to both. This home is by far my favorite so far. I would have a couple small tweaks but nothing major. Being this is a modular home do you have them in a 5 bedroom in this style? If not how much customization can one do on these?

Wow this one is almost perfect that kitchen was great! Utility room was good and the master bath was too! Lots of room and lots of storage and lots of Windows who could ask for more? Great home tour!
This house has been my favorite house since you filmed the other version of it last year. The island seems smaller than the one you previously posted. But I like that they moved the microwave over to the cabinets instead of in the island like the other version. This house is my dream home!! Absolutely love it!!!❤️❤️❤️
In another version the microwave is on the same wall as the ovens and at counter level.

Absolutely appreciate the walk-in pantry, and gun storage, could even hide a walk in safe, or storm shelter. This home is huge, plenty of space for a crafter in the laundry room. Thanks for the tour.

This is absolutely perfect. It has everything I want. The office with the sliding doors. The double oven, the gas stove, the big stainless steel sink in the corner, the commercial fridge/freezer. The jetted tub separate shower. I mean it is perfect. I love it.

Where was the 3-section modular in 1993 when I was broke and had 6 kids to raise while farming and I would never have wanted a swimming pool which I eventually got to have (basically the kids wanted it for the grandkids) but it makes a huge difference for us old folks!

Congratulations on broadening your adventures. Really like this one. So much potential with décor and staging could be done here since its not an open floor plan. Happy to they're moving away from that (open floor plans) and giving more options again.
I think this kitchen at the stovetop area is better - gives more counter space and freedom of movement - I'd be claustrophobic trying to cook in that little cubby. And finally - enough drawers AND furnace/water heater access in laundry right at back door. Genius. No more dragging a bad heater through the house dripping to replace it.

I really like this place. It's very big and roomy. I wouldn't have staged it with a huge sectional though. It takes away from the actual room people would see and imagine decorating. They need a better staging team. Not that any of that matter when you're showing a house. You do a really great job showing the details so buyers can really get an idea of how the home is designed, how to utilize the space and hat features it comes with. So thank you for all your hard work. I'm new to your channel... I usually watch Chance but I think you are doing a superb job at this. In the near future I'm going to be looking for a nice manufactured home to purchase and this helps me so much. So thank you Nate.
I just wanted to add for future reference that the eating area in the kitchen is called a Breakfast Nook, or area. Not that you need to call it that, you can call it whatever you choose... just don't call me late for breakfast. hahahaha 🤣🤣😂🤣 My only problem ith the house is the size of the bedrooms. For such a large home the bedrooms are too small for my needs. Also, these ne tubs aren't really tubs. A tub should allo the bather to soak ith enough room to stretch out. Bath tubs ere originally made for Royalty to pamper themselves in arm warm and bath oils. Today they just keep on getting smaller and smaller and people tend to pay more. But I do love that jacuzzi tab in the Master bath.

Wow! This one is a 10. The only change I would make is to use the morning room as a den. Finally plenty of storage! Great kitchen and utility room and double sinks in hall bath. It’s all great actually.

All those storage spaces i surely can use .Hi Raiden !!Like i said earlier im having a wrapped around kitchen for all my pots :) . I have 2 pantries with 3 shelves i have enuff food to fill that 1 pantry in this home you are showcasing. I forgot to say it earlier i apologize for not saying it ?wink wink. This home is huge, The home itself is something I would love to have, love that the kitchen has a gas stove and not one but to ovens that’s great. The size of the pantry is fantastic also. This home is all that anyone could want and more.

I would have them put in a pocket door where the master toilet is. Also, instead of the office, extend that master bedroom. Third, I would use the first dining room as part of the living room. Other than that, this is an amazing house!

Sweet! Love this one. Just all of those gorgeous wood doors! Wow wow wow... I was going to guess 375k not surprised by 300. That's just a little over 100 a square foot. Don't happen to have that lying around. But if I did, that 20 acres and this home would be mine. Just 17 more years and mine will be paid off and look out 😆

The kitchen was the selling point for me , with the refrigerator all I wanted to do is just feed people plenty of room for friends and family
I like how the kitchen also lead/connected back into the utility room. I also like how big the utility room is too but for me I will get rid of the sink at 12:35 and get rid of all the cabinet at 12:39. Why? I have people in the family who has "special needs". Sometimes..."shit happens" so for me it make sense to get big washing machines, big dryers and install them in the utility room.
