      Si'! Io gia' pensavo di far rosolare, nel soffritto, un pezzetto di guanciale e qualche bocconcino di carne, far sfumare col vino nero, e proseguire come la nostra ottima cuoca ci ha illustrato😊

    Adoro la sopa y ésta receta está muy especial para ahora q es invierno !! Quiero prepararla , se ve deliciosa !!
    Tengo una inquietud : la cebada no es muy dura ? No hay q remojarla antes para q ablande ?

    Ricetta stupenda alla terza volta che l'ho fatta ho aggiunto ceci foglie di alloro e picchio d'aglio, non mnetto il pepe in quando non lo digerisco maho messo il peperoncini (poco)

    Perché non utilizzare l'acqua di cottura dei fagioli ,eppoi non si spappolano ( i fagioli ) con tanta cottura?

    Ma le lenticchie rosse secche già quando le faccio bollire 6/7 minuti si ammollano, se cucinano 40 minuti cosa diventano?
