If you toss your bananas in lemon juice first, they won't go brown. This works for putting them on a fruit tray too. And it enhances the banana flavor!
@@TheLuzy18 same! I absolutely love prepping and all that good stuff BUT when it comes time for reheating I find the taste is way different for SOME things it oh but especially reheated chicken/meats 😳🤢
I learned that trick from you for the broccoli and I do it when preparing cauliflower too. So much less mess. The large stem is able to be used too, from both! I don't peel the cauliflower stalk but I do the broccoli. The outer layer is quite tough, so I peel this off a d slice the stalk up into coins and it's delicious too. Please give it a go.
Love your videos. For your safety, I would highly advise putting a damp tea towel or paper towel under your cutting boards. I've worked in many kitchens, it truly works!
Nice video! I’ve read that the green stem of the strawberry has nutrients, so now when I freeze them for smoothies, I leave the stems on and freeze them whole.
Not sure if you mentioned this or not but can you say how long it takes you to prep about all this food and also do you recommend doing it on Saturdays or Sundays and also include how long does it feel stupid for
Hi Adaline, I usually don't comment on how you do things, but this time I have to ask you, did you rinse the mushrooms? I always do because it can be dirt that is not so nice to chew. Just a question. Otherwise, I love your meal preps, and I really admire the time and effort you put in your meals, always making these healthy choices for you and the girls. Can't wait til your next video!
Really enjoyed your video. To pull the vein out of tender just hold the piece hanging out, put vein between prongs of fork and pull down with fork towards tender. It will come right off.🐱
Never tried biscotti...probably because I'm not a coffee dunker, but these sound & look delicious! Food looks amazing! Glad you take the time to prepare good nutritional meals for you & your sweet girls!
i love the breakfast bowl idea.....looks delicious. Do u heat it up in the microwave from the freezer? First time I saw your channel and learned alot of new things. Thank you. Just bought a freezer so loved your ideas and recipes.
Hi Adaline. I'm a new subscriber. Loved this Meal Prep. I'm looking for Meal Prep for my boys who are young adults that are quick & easy for them to reheat at home or at work and don't taste like frozen food. Would love to see something like that. Im going to look at some of your past videos now. Thank you! 👍❤
Adaline, I don't know if you will ever read this. But, you know why I love your videos? Bc. they are aesthetically so pleasing and you are such a nice person! (Since your "personal video" on marriage etc. I *love* your ethics! ♡)
Love your videos and I hope overtime that you can invest in more reusable bags like stasher bags, so that there is less waste... especially since you have a big platform I think you can make a big impact on people reducing their plastic waste etc which meal prepping can really help us do.
Woost-e-sheer. :) I'm really curious about how the eggs are when they're reheated. My husband has started eating bacon/eggs etc for breakfast. I've just started meal prepping I'd love to be able to do something like this for him {especially since the smell of eggs cooking in the morning literally makes me queasy}.
Sorry I'm new to meal prep but what things do you cook from frozen and what do you defrost etc? I'm always worried about making sure things are cooked through. 🙈
How many people would you say each freezer bag mela would feed? I'm finding it hard to feed my growing family, as my triplets are getting older. Hoping these meal prep tricks will help. TIA.
Hi I'm a new Subscriber from Charleston, South Carolina! I've watched 5 of your videos so far & now I'm obsessed ☺. I want to eat healthier & explore a vegan/dairy free diet. Any suggestions on how or where to start after eating the same for many years 🤷🏽?
I would suggest using reusable silicone bags instead of ziplocks to store your food, or even flat stainless steel containers. Great ideas, but way too much single use plastic.
Hi Adaline, another great video thanks! 💕 One thing I can not find in your description is (The HandHeld Mixer) you used in this video? The style looks retro. 🧐🤔 please share where I can get it thanks.?
For the tenderloin trick- put the tip of the tendon (the white string) through a fork tine and grab it with a paper towel or if you can grasp it tightly with your fingers and pull it through the fork. It’ll slip right out.
I feel like the mushroom and stuff with the eggs would be good if you just had the mix ins ready, and when you're ready to use it make it with fresh eggs like a scramble
Looks amazing! On the breakfast bowls do you freeze them or just refrigerate them? I am always unsure about how long meal prep items stay fresh in the fridge. Thanks!!
Depends how fast you will eat them. 1 week in the fridge tops. Otherwise freeze. I'd freeze anyway and you can take what you plan to eat the night before or heat up from frozen.
I found it! But I think it would be rude to share a link here. I actually found out you can just look up anything about chicken and a fork and find a video that way. 🤪
To pull the fat from the chicken tenderloin. My friend keeps needle-nose pliers, and pulls the fat from the chicken. I've also seen people use the back of the fork. I don't buy them, it grosses me out. Lol
Many of us can't say the "W" word it seems! I have heard that silicon products r not safe to use so have wondering about it all. Thanks for sharing your great ideas...
Just a friendly reminder to keep your hair and tell the little girls to keep their fingers away from the mixer. We have five little girls and when I use my mixer I put the splash guard on to help keep curious fingers at bay. Also, have you looked in to coconut aminos instead of using the Liquid Aminos. We avoid soy in our house like the plague so that is why we switched.
Use a folk. Hold that white pipe(don’t know what it’s called😂) piece firmly in one hand, put it between the folk. Holding that piece and pushing the folk downwards it should help separate that middle piece of the tenderloin
If you toss your bananas in lemon juice first, they won't go brown. This works for putting them on a fruit tray too. And it enhances the banana flavor!
You’re a hero
I would love to see follow-up videos of how you heat everything up and how it comes out reheated.
Me too! That’s the biggest issue for me

If you freeze your fruits on a tray spaced apart before putting them in smoothie bags it will be easier to blend and they won’t stick

Nice video! I’ve read that the green stem of the strawberry has nutrients, so now when I freeze them for smoothies, I leave the stems on and freeze them whole.
Next time should leave the strawberry stems I put the whole thing in my smoothies and never notice a difference and saves on food waste too.
Wonderful prep ideas and I especially appreciate your modifications to add healthful benefits, like Braggs instead of soy sauce!! You’re so smart !!
Not sure if you mentioned this or not but can you say how long it takes you to prep about all this food and also do you recommend doing it on Saturdays or Sundays and also include how long does it feel stupid for

Fabulous looking food again as usual! Those precious girlies are well fed.
Thank you for this video! I prepped the stir fry. How did you cook the stir fry. Could it go in the instant pot?

Your videos are the best! Love your attitude and style! Happy to be here early! That looks like a great mixer! Very cool!
I use a small pair of clean pliers and a fork to remove the tendon, works perfect and quick!

Plastic?
Silicone?
Is it reusable?

Maybe this might help! LOL (wurster-sheer or wurster-shire) hee hee, Love all your meal preps, I look forward to seeing this every time you post!

In South Africa we pronounce it "Vustar" sauce 😂😂😂😂 Ain't nobody got time for the intricacies
I’m so glad I found your channel! Everything I have been looking for! Great content 😊
Thank you so much for the inspiration! I look forward to new recipes and tips!

I would suggest people stop using disposable dust masks that are poluting our oceans and have not been proven to stop viruses.
Give ‘Wust-er-shy-er’ a go, or ‘wuster-sherr’ Im from Lincolnshire in England! Just discovered your channel and loving it! X
Yeah I say it like the first example 😊
Just curious why you don't buy frozen fruit for smoothies to save money or do you shop sells?
So many great ideas again! I really enjoy watching your videos ☺️
Hi Adaline, another great video thanks! 💕 One thing I can not find in your description is (The HandHeld Mixer) you used in this video? The style looks retro. 🧐🤔 please share where I can get it thanks.?
I've done this for years, good for you!:)
Your content is great! Would love to see you do this in a more enviro friendly way with less plastic though 🤟
Maybe even the washable/reusable freezer bags :)
I love this!!! Thanks for sharing ❤️ but I have a question. If I’m trying to lose weight how much should I eat?
Do you like it better than a Kitchenaid?

This is the type of meal prep I prefer. Things taste better cooked as fresh as you can do.

So wait for this🤗🤗 youre explenation is so clear for me! Thank a lot🥰🥰
Just recently found your channel, love it! But please tell me you washed those mushrooms 😅
Looks so delicious as always. You are a good cook for sure.
You can pull that tendon thing out of the tenderloin with a fork. I have a video where I demonstrate it, but I have no idea which one unfortunately.

I love your meal prep routine !!!! Perfect... Kiss from Portugal
Want to try the tenderloins and stir fry for sure. You always make me want to get busy. Thank you
Your really good at this food preparations.
Love your videos. I also went on your list and ordered some of your items Amazon.
Do u have a link to those glass containers for the freezer.?
Wow the blender is only 129$ that’s a great price. Going on my to save for list 😊
I’ve hears to use a paper towel and a fork to get the tendon out from tenderloin
How will the meals executed then when you start to eat them each other after takeout them from the freezer ? …
Do your family eat any fresh not frezen meals?
I save so much time by buying the already frozen fruit for my smoothies. They have single fruit or combo bags.
Im new watching ur videos...I'm definitely going to have my freezer like yours😃😃keep up great work🌹💐
I love the amount of light penetrating your in home
To pull the fat from the chicken tenderloin. My friend keeps needle-nose pliers, and pulls the fat from the chicken. I've also seen people use the back of the fork. I don't buy them, it grosses me out. Lol
Simply and efficiently effective
I can’t say that sauce word either so I just say W sauce . They know what I mean. Great video
Are the mini muffins keto? Can you put the recipe up if so?
Im single mom of 4 and its reely helpful 💚
Love all your inspo❤️
Where can I find that chocolate biscotti and sugar and cinnamon muffin recipe?
I love chocolate almond biscotti.
Been looking forward to this!
Is it safe to put the raw chicken with the veggies in the stir fry? (I am a noob with cooking this is a genuine question)
Yes as long as you put the raw meat at the bottom and the veggies on the top. Never put raw meat on top vegetables
Do you reuse your bags? I used to meal prep a lot, but I want to avoid using so much plastic! But also not buy a million glass containers lol
You are amazing!!!
Put the little tag on the chicken between the prongs of a fork and use a paper towel and just pull. It comes right off
That is excellent bbq sauce. Even my sugar obsessed husband approves
I absolutely LOVE ur cooking/ pre vlogs. I have tried everything u do. Keep up the amazing vlogs. 🙏 thanks Canada Ontario
