    Shepherds Pie: pin.it/5YaR58t
    Taco Casserole: pin.it/62Z7qda
    Teriyaki Chicken: pin.it/5Fe8MPJ
    Chili Recipe:
-2lbs ground burger, ground sausage or ground turkey (use whatever you like)
    -2 green bell peppers diced
    -1 onion diced
-2 (12oz) bags of frozen cauliflower rice
-1 (15oz) can of tomato sauce
-1 (14oz) can of dice tomatoes
Spices (add these to your own taste):
    -Salt
    -Pepper
    -Chili Powder
    -Ground Cumin
    -Onion Powder
    -Garlic Powder
    -Cayenne Pepper (optional)
Instructions: Fry up ground meat with diced onions and peppers in the bottom of a big pot. Once meat is cooked add all other ingredients. Stir and taste to add right amount of spices to what you like. Cook at a simmer for at least 30 minutes to combine flavors. It's up to you if you want to add in a can or two of kidney beans. This will make roughly 3 quarts.
    EASY Bread Recipe:
    -3 1/2 Cups Warm Water
    -2 Tablespoons Yeast
    -1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
    -3/4 Cup Shortening or Lard
    -3 Teaspoons Salt
    -8 1/2 Cups White Flour
Instructions: Dissolve yeast into 1/2 cup warm water. Combine 3 cups warm water, brown sugar, lard/shortening and salt. Add yeast mixture. Mix in flour. Set in warm place and let rise until double in size. Punch down and let rise again. Punch down and divide into four loaves. Let rise until double in size. Bake at 350 for 30mins. Enjoy! (P.S. Don't give up if it doesn't work the first time! Yeast can be funny depending on the temperature in your house and even depends on what the weather is like outside! You'll find the best spot to let it rise and how long to let it rise and you practice making this recipe!)

Love this video. I usually run a paper towel with butter over the top of the bread while it's still warm, this will soften the crust and add more flavor.

I'm going to be watching your channel religiously. My boyfriend and I are moving in with a room mate into a big house. he will be paying for most of the bills and i will be in charge of cleaning and food making for the most part. I'm horrible with money, and he is horrible at cooking and cleaning. so this is what we both agreed on. But i've been wanting to food prep and learn how to make homemade items to save use some money down the road. and your videos. gah. im studying them like im having a test tomorrow. XD

I love making my own bread. I make bread probably 3 times a week and I have a few different go to bread recipes depending if I want a regular sandwich loaf, sourdough, or like an artisan chewy bread with a crunchy crust. I also love making cinnamon raisin bread and garlic sun dried tomato bread! Ughhh so good and easy

I tried the "best fried rice" recipe here on ytube and my family LOVES it! Truly it is such an inexxpensive comforting recipe made with tofu instead of chicken with some great value already made egg rolls. Before my fried rice was a bit muchee and not that great but now that I've found the techniques to make it just right, it does truly taste better than takeout.

Your videos are so informative, and easy to follow, i love that your not fussy about measuring, I don't fussy measure either..... and with the bread, I only have 2 bread pans so I toss cornmeal on a sheet pan and make dough balls or one big long one score them and bake it like that, gives you an almost old world bread. Thank you for sharing ❤

I'm learning sourdough too. I haven't mastered the bread. The long wait times are hard to manage with a more than full time job outside the house. I did get a starter going and I have been making simpler recipes with it. I do a big double batch of sourdough waffles and freeze them most weekends. They're great week day breakfasts for my kids before school. They take 2 sections and make little sandwiches with jam, nut butter or nutella. Weekend crepes have been a tradition at my house for a while, but sourdough crepes aren't any harder and the kids like them even more that regular. Both of those recipes I got from Farmhouse on Boone's channel. The other thing I've started making with the sourdough is biscuits made with discard.

On the bread if you don't have mixer but like me my old hands don't work well. For 3 dollars at thrift store got a bread machine. Now half the recipe and put in your machine order usually liquid first and put on dough setting it will get you to the first rise. All you do after is punch down put in bowl start second rise than put in 2 bread pans and rise and cook. Just thought offer this . great food ideas.

I have never heard of putting cream cheese in spaghetti sauce before. That just sounds so strange to me. My mother's recipe for Oven Spaghetti (or Baked Spaghetti) has cottage cheese in it. So, where you put the first layer of mozzarella is where the cottage cheese goes. Of course, we do put mozzarella on top.

Great video. What is the name of the label maker that you use?

Love the ideas you shared. I do have to wash my meats that can be washed lol. Working with past clients I have two that worked in a chicken factory and one that worked in a beef factory. The stories I have heard ...mmmm. Will make you wash the meat you cook (that can be washed except like hamburger meat and non-sausage links you know)
Guess that's why the meat package doesn't state " Already Pre -washed".
    But thanks for sharing.
