I needed to buy a screen protector for my iPhone 15 Pro, and after watching this review of yours, I decided to go for the Flolab 3D Infinity Design, even though there are cheaper options out there. OMG it is worth the extra money. The install / alignment kit works perfectly. No dust, no bubbles, and the alignment is so perfect you can not even tell there is a screen protector there. The only thing I needed to do was go around with the included squeegee to press the edges down and DONE. Edge-to-edge perfection. The fit was so perfect, I was concerned my case might lift the screen protector off, but my Phone Rebel case snapped on with no issues. This is the third time I have purchased a product based on your reviews, and each time it has been a home run. Thank you so much for these honest, detailed, informative, and enjoyable reviews!! Awesome video as always. I was wondering if you would include the full scoring/rankings spreadsheet. I believe you have in the past, and it was really neat to see and allowed viewers to judge which category matters most to them when buying a screen protector!
Maybe next time you can check if the screen protectors with black bezels cover part of the screen? You can check this with the camera app where the white lines in the frame lines get covered, this is being called out in many forums.
Even the ones with clear borders cause a prism effect if they're not edge to edge. A lot of screen protectors for the iPhone 15 Pro don't cover the edges well at all.
@@adriftatlas I am very interested in this too. Do you have any links to places where they have run tests about this? I need a quality screen protector for the 15PM but would hate that part of the screen would be covered by its edges
@@Thorz74 I use the JETech ones for my iPhone 15 Pro and they're edge to edge. They're dirt cheap so not sure how durable they are but mine hasn't broke yet. I've also seen on Reddit that people like Torras in that regard but I've not tried them myself. I'm not sure I trust professional reviewers. Better to see what regular users on Reddit like. They also tend to be more OCD and notice stuff like this. :)
I've tried Torras and Flolab protectors on my 15 Pro and checked this with a picture that places a 1-pixel wide outline around the screen edges. Both of them covered up the rounded corners of the screen, but Flolab was just a bit better with the straight sides/top fully visible. The Torras was very close, but at least one edge would often be covered or "partially covered" (edge pixels only visible by tilting the phone away from it.)
I have the FloLab NanoArmor for my iPhone 15 and it's been very solid for about year now. You're right the slight curve to the screen protector makes a huge difference. Yes it's more expensive than other screen protectors but it's worth the protection. An screen replacement for an iPhone 15 is like $300.
Never bought a screen protector before - and ended up going with the final one with people seem to think you are advertising. Even if you are, it’s great lol At first when I installed I thought I done it wrong because I couldn’t even tell the protector was on. It’s alignment is literally perfect and that always my main concern
Exactly!!!! Literally the only reason why I got a benks screen protector over all of the other covers the speaker and doesn’t allow dust or small debri to get trapped inside
Bought two Flolab screen protectors and both wouldn’t adhere near the bottom edges. I’ve installed a bunch of screen protectors and while Flolab was probably the easiest to install, perhaps they need to distribute the adhesive a little better?
I really want to see the results for flolab live tested. I took your advice on flolab years ago. As the best protector but they Broke more frequently than the five pack I picked up at the dollar store they replaced. I would order replacements from them over and over again and they would always break within a month. So I really don’t understand how flolab keeps topping your charts.
I wish you had a companion website with a list of the 44 protectors that were tested to reach these five with the results listed. I've been using the AmFilm screen protectors for the last 2-3 phone cycles because they're always dirt cheap on Amazon (two protectors for $5-10) and the installation is dead easy (full size dust sticker and nearly foolproof installation frame). I'm really curious where these would fall in your testing. I can imagine that they aren't the most durable (I usually do end up cracking at least one during the lifetime of the phone), or have the best coverage/coating, but for $5 they've always sacrificed themselves before anything happened to my phone screen which is really what I'm looking for from a screen protector. It's hard to justify paying $40 for a screen protector.
Ignorance is bliss, I guess. I used to be like you, trying to be frugal despite having an expensive af phone. But once you try out a premium screen protector, especially Flolab, there's no going back. You'll regret wasting your time penny pinching on something you interact with hundreds of times a day.
@@eurekaflows that’s why I’d love to see the full list of what was tested. If the AmFilm protectors are like 43/44 on the list I’d know that I’m really missing out. If it were in the top 20 in terms of coverage or coating (again durability doesn’t really matter for $5) then I’d keep doing what I’ve been doing.
I used AmFilm on my previous iPhones (6S, XS) so I initially got their protector for my 15 Pro. Unfortunately I can't quite recommend it for one reason: it's not edge to edge, and it covers just the screen itself with absolutely no bezel coverage. This caused an irritating rainbow fringing effect at the edges at almost all viewing angles, left the bezels unprotected, and (worst) would cause a ton of dust/lint to get trapped in the gap and stuck to the protector every time I put the phone in my pocket. The protector itself seemed decent, can't speak to its strength. But afterwards I tried both Torras and Flolab protectors, and there was a noticeable increase in quality for both coverage and the feel of the screen.
I remember finding this channel 4 years back when I got AirPods pro. I see you've reached over 400k subs. So happy to see you're still doing amazing work. Best phone/tech accessories channel. :)

After viewing Flolab’s website, it appears that the 3D technology has been incorporated into the Pro and the Max models of protectors; there is no “3D” model protector apart from the Pro and Max. There is just the Pro and Max products with and without 3D technology. I state this for clarity and to help this review. 3. I would like to see the results/rating of the Mous tempered glass and hybrid glass protectors if you still have that information and video footage. I got the spigen screen protector and while using the squeegee to push the bubbles out, it left really long marks on the screen. Also, as mentioned by others, the benks screen protector is upside down. 😅
I never use the squeegees for that reason, some of them are really cheap and nasty. I just apply pressure with my finger. Works better, feels more precise, and never damages the screen.
Came back here to state this. Because of this video I ordered the Flolab. When putting it on my phone a small piece of plastic ripped off and stayed between the glass and the phone. Completely messing up their perfect system that comes with it. A short email later and they were sending me a new one. With almost zero questions asked. I was pleasantly surprised. Just wanted to state that because I think it’s worth stating.

I'm currently using the $20 Flolab case friendly version on my 15 Pro Max thanks to your last screen protector video. I also have the Anti-Blue Light Pro Screen Protector before they released the 3D version. I think they released the 3D version was due to a lot of complaint on the edges since I saw a lot of comment on a complaint post on Reddit about their screen protector and was telling people not to buy Flolab screen protectors.
Bought the flolab protector based on your review. However the only protector available was the NanoArmour3. I'd like to know how it holds up. Remember, not everyone wants an iphone and may be interested in your reviews for other phones like samsung.

Honestly the no glare thing would be a game changer for me, I use my phone in bright areas sometimes. Glad flolab is the one to have this technology since they're ranked one. More screen protectors need to have it and should add points to your rankings if they have it

Hi Aaron, Have you ever tested screen protectors in combination with phone cases? I am using a top pick Mous case (love it) with a top pick screen protector and when the case is on the screen protector pulls away from the bottom corners - quite a bit. If I remove the case the protector settles right back down. This impacts the touch sensitivity of the bottom corners. I wonder if some screen protectors integrate with cases better than others. Monte
Which screen protector brand are u using? Just curious. I think I wanna get the Mous case. The price is def up there but, so isn’t the phone itself. I want to get something that is going to protect my iPhone 15 pro max with durability. His recommendation seems to be the mous & flo lab screen protectors. Anyways, after reading ur comment I’m curious which protector u chose ?
okay but then beside that we all know that we want one that has the curve for the 15, and the scratch proof more than anything.. which one then the saphire is #2?
I'm using the Flolab matte variant on my 15PM, and I'll never go back to a non-matte screen protector. It's truly outstanding! The only issue is that it doesn't work perfectly on non-15PM models, leading to air bubbles on the edges. For those with non-15PM models, the best choice would be the 3D variant, as reviewed by Aaron. It's a great screen protector, even though it's not matte.
Hi! Thanks for the very informative review! I have a question related to the FloLab screens. How do you compare anti glare matte version against the clearvue version? :) which one do you prefer? And how does it feel different when you glide your finger over the screen?
I am currently using the privacy screen protector from Flolab paired with a carbon fiber Mous case on my iPhone 13 Pro since it came out and it has not cracked to this day! The fit is perfect and there isn't a gap between the screen protector and the case which is my absolute favorite part. $40 is not expensive considering how much the phone is; I would not cheap out on a screen protector and go with Flolab. Once I upgrade to a newer iPhone, I will defintely be buying from them again. I try to convince people to buy it but they get so turned off on the price.. buy cheap, buy twice. Unfortunately I haven't ran into anyone that uses their products. Their loss. Glad to see they're still on top winning, great video as always!

I think you are mistaken about the small bump at the bottom of the BENKS screen protector. You say it goes at the bottom of the phone and that you don't know what its for but it looks more like it supposed to prevent dust on the TOP speaker.
The strongest one isn't necessarily the safest option. The one that break easily are the safe ones which can be analogous to things why helmet are not rock hard or why cars compress in impact, it is help soften the blow to what you are protecting

I just received my flolab max screen protector using the 10% off code and the install was amazingly flawless, something that I can't say when putting on other screen protectors in the past (looking at you, that 1 stupid piece of dust that sneaks underneath a frame before the adhesion happens) I'm not sure if the black border on the right side is cutting into the display, but even if it is I can't even notice it. I originally had a cheap jettech screen protector on which is fine but the fingerprints are a bit too noticeable on that one. Feels a lot better having a more trusted product on my phone now.

I'm currently using the $20 Flolab case friendly version on my 15 Pro Max thanks to your last screen protector video. I also have the Anti-Blue Light Pro Screen Protector before they released the 3D version. I think they released the 3D version was due to a lot of complaint on the edges since I saw a lot of comment on a complaint post on Reddit about their screen protector and was telling people not to buy Flolab screen protectors.
that dimple at benks is supposed to cover the earpeace speaker
Bought the flolab protector based on your review. However the only protector available was the NanoArmour3. I'd like to know how it holds up. Remember, not everyone wants an iphone and may be interested in your reviews for other phones like samsung.
very in depth review yet concise as well, i think you killed it in this video. i did have a question about the Flolab screen protector though, were the MAX PRO and 3D similar in strength? also i know that the PRO has the anti blue light but the 3D does not, would you still say 3D is the best?
Is there a pdf or complete research you found on all screen on your testing
Honestly the no glare thing would be a game changer for me, I use my phone in bright areas sometimes. Glad flolab is the one to have this technology since they're ranked one. More screen protectors need to have it and should add points to your rankings if they have it
Aaron, can you tell me how to remove my cracked nano armor? I don’t want to mess up my screen surface. Thanks!
PLEASE make a video where you tell us why the other screen protectors didn't make it!
We all knew Flolab was gonna be #1, but still watched. I ordered the 3D version as soon as it came out, and my phone isn't even here yet.
Same here! Looks like we picked the right one 👍🏼
I am using the 3D version and rhino mod nx case for my iPhone 15 Pro Max and loving them both!
does the flow lab anti reflective screen protector effect the clarity of the display? Matte screen protectors often make the display look worse.
Hey arron..!! Would love it if you did the reviews for s24 ultra aswell..got the flolab for iPhone of my wife and now im undecided what to puck for my s24.
LMAO "blew the competition" ... away. 🤣
Appreciate the review, please keep doing these every year for us! Or 6 months, updates in general is nice
Is the flolab one available for iPhone 15 Pro Max? Getting one soon and the flolab screen protector sounds awesome
Have you tested the mous hybrid glass for the iPhone 15 pro max? I would love to see a review about it.
I would like to see the Mous tempered glass tested.
Love these reviews! Most trustworthy tech reviewer on TH-cam.
I ended up buying a FloLab screen protector shortly after finding your channel. Also Kristin (can’t remember the channel name) has many videos using flolab. This thing is beautiful, I have the 3D edge one for the 15 Pro. I can barely see it, goes right to the edge, hasn’t scratched yet, installation is fool proof. Best screen protector I’ve had to date, thanks!
Hi mate, compared to the original screen can you see the pixels on the screen now you have the flolab privacy screen?
@@mrdragonz2112 I don’t have the Privacy one. I have the one that comes with the blue install tray, it is amazing. I have placed an order for the privacy and an additional clear one. I’m pretty sure these will be the only screen protectors I will use going forward. I’ll try to come back here and give some feedback on the privacy
@@CastroJordan brilliant. Thanks mate
Hi, are you making any new reviews soon for the iPhone 16 protection covers/glasses? Thanks!
Hi Aaron,
Have you ever tested screen protectors in combination with phone cases?
You should get sponsors, I’ll still trust you
Can you do one for the Iphone 16 pro please?
I'm using the Flolab matte variant on my 15PM, and I'll never go back to a non-matte screen protector. It's truly outstanding! The only issue is that it doesn't work perfectly on non-15PM models, leading to air bubbles on the edges. For those with non-15PM models, the best choice would be the 3D variant, as reviewed by Aaron. It's a great screen protector, even though it's not matte.
Same. It took a while to get, but well worth it!
Why would it only work on the pro max?
@@CastroJordan they messed up the cut. 3d infinity versions are out already and even comes in the matte variant
Is the matte screen protector worth it? I get that its anti-reflective and anti-smudge but does it not make the screen darker?
@@DynestiGTI it is brilliant! I will never buy a non matte screen protector ever again
Subbed bc theses are the only good videos on sp and cases, and you helped me pick the mouse case and screen protector for my s24+
👌Thanks! great content
you installed the banks protector the other way round. the protruding bit is for the top speaker piece
His number 1 screen protector happens the be the only one he is sponsored by 🤣
Looking sharp as always, Monty! ❤
thank you for this research! really appreciate your hard work and dedication and certain helps people like me who just want the best
Boom! FloLab 3D in first place. It’s great if you’re caseless!
I hope the flolab iPhone 16 one is still good, cause I am about to BUY
Does the flolab anti reflect thing reduce clarity and resolution?
Fantastic video. This is the first content i've seen of yours... and i have to say that it doesn't disappoint! Concise and quick with lots of data points. seriously, what else could one ask for in a product review.
Do you think you'll be doing a side-by-side for Privacy Screen Protectors for iphone 15?
I have the Dbrand screen protector installed on my 15PM, and I dont recommend them for the Pro line at all. They reused the sizes from the plus and regular 15, they didnt take account for the new slimmer bezels, and it shows. Dbrand got lazy.
I just ordered the #1 recommendation, the Flolab Pro thru your discount. Thank you so much for your unbiased reviews Aaron!
I'm glad I found this channel
Do you think I can use a case with the 3D Flolab?
Depends on the case, I use a Mujjo leather case with mine and it's perfect.
Just found this Channel and its the best on youtube! I'm about to buy a new phone and your reviews are really helping with selecting accessories for it. I remember when i used to buy alot of trash items and learn from making mistakes. But now i don't have to make those expensive mistakes. Amazing!
What phone are you gettin?
hey, haved you tried magic john screen protector for iphone or ipad?
This video looks quite convincing but unfortunately US amazon reviews tell a different story about Flolab that appear to be far worse than much cheaper screen protectors costing well below $10 for a 2 or 3 pack - it's really hard now to find a decent one... Could be competition leaving bad reviews but how do we know...
I own 3 models from iPhone 12. They’ve gotten worse every year. Now they’re garbage that break easily. Don’t buy these. Not worth the price
@@Tbagstealer I got a cheap and simple one that does the job - same on my 11 Pro Max that fell on the ground quite few times and once such screen protector crack but saved the main screen + UAG Armor Military Plyo case that's excellent although one should expect it to start falling apart after 4+ years like mine but managed to get identical because it simply works and protects the phone.
I just watched 1 min of the video and already seen a tons of effort you put into this review. And they sounds so credible. I'm sold. Sucribed. Thank you so much
Just bought the FloLab 3D at your suggestion for my 15PM I’m getting this weekend. Can’t wait!
I think you are mistaken about the small bump at the bottom of the BENKS screen protector. You say it goes at the bottom of the phone and that you don't know what its for but it looks more like it supposed to prevent dust on the TOP speaker.
Is there a reason why Belkin wasn’t tested? It’s mentioned that Belkin’s ultra glass is tougher than tempered glass?
The strongest one isn't necessarily the safest option. The one that break easily are the safe ones which can be analogous to things why helmet are not rock hard or why cars compress in impact, it is help soften the blow to what you are protecting
Thank you for this review. Should I buy one for the Iphone 16pro assuming it will be as good as it was for the 15?
somehow no brand names make a phone screen cover for the zenfone ??
Thank you for the review! I just purchased the FloLab screen protector based off of this and used your link/discount.
Thanks for great work! Where i can find full list, to know what to avoid.
Benks Glasswarrior vs. Flolab? Which is better oleophobic? Flolab seems not great in this aspect. Smudges are visible(
Big question. I use Peak Design cover for my iPhones (11,13 and 15) Pro Max. I have a problem finding the correct size of the screen protector. They are always too big and the cover pull up one or two edges..can you help me?
Great video editing bro
that little tab is for the speaker up to not the bottom
bro got super jacked since last time I watched his videos! keep it up!
You’re the best. Always get my flolab screen protectors through you.
Getting one now! Thanks
You should list all the products you test, so we know who didn't make the top 5.
I'm really disappointed at Belkin screenprotector this year..
Could you please tell which screen protector covers entire screen without any gap 😅
Great videos, i LOVE them. You always cut to the chase!
Get ready to try those for iPhone 16 pro XD.
Regards.
I’m actually surprised you haven’t hit a million yet. You will get there
A good reviewer isn't biased.
I can’t find the actual flolab nanoarmor 5 anywhere ?? Am I searching the wrong name ?
I just received my flolab max screen protector using the 10% off code and the install was amazingly flawless, something that I can't say when putting on other screen protectors in the past (looking at you, that 1 stupid piece of dust that sneaks underneath a frame before the adhesion happens) I'm not sure if the black border on the right side is cutting into the display, but even if it is I can't even notice it. I originally had a cheap jettech screen protector on which is fine but the fingerprints are a bit too noticeable on that one. Feels a lot better having a more trusted product on my phone now.
great review but looking for one that goes edge to edge on the phone do any do that?
