I didn’t feel well most of the day, I think because of the time change. It was hard, but I managed to avoid the temptations that came my way. I’m really tired, so I think I’m just going to go to bed. No temptations when I am asleep! Good for you, for figuring out how to resist the cake. I know it must have been hard!

you had a win in my book by not eating the cake! Today I had a headache and had no desire for anything BBBE lol but I had a burger patty and my slip-up was a piece of cheese as I had no desire for a plain patty. Day 4 here we come!
It was smart to make a small compromise for a huge win. I had planned 3 meals today but ended up eating two. Brunch was an 8-oz steak with 2T butter. I decided to skip lunch, but by dinner time my appetite had grown humongous and I ate a whole pound of very fatty ribeye steak! It was delicious and hit the spot. However, as someone who has a food volume addiction, I'm wondering if I should've eaten lunch to avoid needing to have such a huge dinner. Do you ever have a whole pound of fatty steak in one meal?
That sounds delicious! Yes, I’ve definitely had a 1lb steak before. Lately I’ve been focusing on just eating, even when I’m not super hungry. Especially when there’s temptations around. Over eating beef (if it’s even possible) is way better than a small bite of cake (or other junk) 😊

I totally get that. I get headaches after eating sugar. What did you end up eating other than the burger patty?

Gross , a reset to me is giving up on meat . Makes my body feel better lol. Everyone’s body is different 🤷🏻♀️
