I checked out a 2023 limited. There may not be a heated seat hard button but it’s in with the climate control settings. Also to access or start the massage seats the button is actually on the seat adjustment. Just because you did t see them where they were for your 2021 they are there in a different location
The one I saw had the missing options clearly noted on the window sticker and Ford gave a credit for each item that it was missing. listed on the window sticker was $175 credit for the missing heated steering wheel and $375 credit for missing massage seats for example. Hopefully these shortages go away for good so it doesn’t impact any new cars
Great video...some 22 and 23 have no seat heat, no steering wheel heat, no massage. They I bought a 21 with only 13k miles and had all the features. Buy a limited 21! They are out there. And the prices have gone up with less features.....
Received my 2022 limited in June of last year after waiting almost 12 months. Don't have the knob display, but one feature that is overlooked is this phone holder/tray? In the front of the phone charging. My 2022 didn't come with that; I ended up buying one from a dealer, which cost over $30.00, I believe. I also installed Pirelli Scorpion AS Plus 3 on the truck; this made the ride much smoother. I also notice rust forming on my rear axle after I got the truck and added Corroseal rust converter; before things started looking bad. Thanks for the

I just did the same - bought the 2021 to get the extra features until they replace them again.

I have a 22 Platinum and I’m so angry they removed the small display for the climate controls and the Ambient Lighting package
I didn’t realize ambient lighting was also effected! That’s crazy… it’s like a base level truck now
my 2023 Limited has the heated steering wheel and wireless charging options, It doesn't have the display climate control knobs and the massage seats.
Just doesn’t feel right for all that money
