Lovely home in a wonderful park-like setting.
Very cute but for me I'd like three bedrooms, more kitchen cabinets and a very large walking pantry as well as a larger laundry room that could house a chest freezer and a dog washing station! Also, I would cover the porch with a roof so as to enjoy in all weather conditions! Also I like more of an open floor plan for the living, kitchen and dining areas! But this design is still very nice!

I love these smaller homes!!! Beautiful! Only 1 change, offer some overhead storage. An attic perhaps. What would kick... A 2nd story walk out/platform. I love another posters idea of having a roof over the decking. Thanks for sharing.

This is a beautiful home with lots of large spaces. I believe that there is enough space to have 3 bdrms and another bath. It would require smaller bedrooms, a narrower hallway but you could still keep the beauty and have another bedroom.
I like it and theres room for a grand piano😊
The floor plan is nice, but I would add a door to the laundry room & more overhead cabinets in the kitchen, plus change a lot of the finishes. I would also add roofs over the front deck & back porch. 😊

The entry is well-equipped and the living room is spacious. I'm not a fan of fireplaces, so I'd have this house built with an entertainment center instead. The kitchen/diner has sufficient counter and cabinet space, though I'd add a couple of more uppers. I like pocket doors when they're necessary, but here the bedrooms would be better with conventional doors for privacy and security. I applaud the separate shower stall, so the freestanding tub should not have a shower. Overall, this is a very functional house.
I really like this home. It's entry way , living room, dining room and guest bathroom is perfect. The only things I would change would be the kitchen cabinets, and take some of the front deck to add on a master bathroom. Otherwise it's perfect and beautiful. I rate this home a 9.

Such a spacious beautiful house. I believe that for a two bedroom home it needs another full bathroom or even half bath incorporated into the laundry perhaps. The dining area could have double French doors out eliminating the egress from the laundry. Then a commode and sink could be added to the laundry. A door accessing the laundry could be added from the dining area.

It's basically a mobile home comes in two sections then bolted together on your foundation by the delivery crew.

I liked the outside but the inside reminds me of an office building or a clinic of some type, to clinical for me.
This house is very spacious and well equipped. For me, however, everything that is black would have to be changed to light 💛. I also wonder whether AVN Studio might be child-friendly, as only double rooms are available 🤔

This is not really a tiny house, with almost 1200 sq.ft. but it is a very nicely appointed house, and pocket doors give rooms more space.

Doorways are too big. It's great for airflow, but a horror to heat. Closing off the lovely entrance would also conserve heat: energy is too expensive to waste.
No pantry or utility room!? Where are the heat and hot water coming from?
I agree with a year around room, good for plants, pets and people.
The huge window seat in the bedroom is lovely.
The house has potential, but the designer didn't quite get it.

The phrase “people who live in glass houses should not throw stones” comes to mind and seems incredibly appropriate. I wonder to myself if you have yet grasped the irony of your comment.

It's too big , it's beautiful, but I can't understand a bedroom so large which in this case 2 chairs a table with another 2 chairs ,a bedroom should be large enough to sleep and then get dressed when you get out in the morning, when I get up in the morning I have coffee in the kitchen then I make my bed and I don't want to se my bedroom till it's time to go to bed ,

There’s nothing real about this house starting with the thumbnail description of 39’x33’! What’s up with the “lawn” surrounding the “house”? It appears to have snow on it but not on the other plants, trees or tropical plants on the porch or roof! The entryway is in a full blown war with itself! The checkerboard tile is having a raging battle with the “stone” wall! Nothing about this house, furniture or finishes looks real. The wood grain in the living room trusses is vertical instead of horizontal and look like cutouts rather than interlocking beams. The 3 skylights in the living room aren’t shown as a having any purpose or even a light source. The doorways into the private rooms are way too narrow and the laughable pocket doors must be 4 inches thick! The furniture almost looks floating without correct shadows. AI all the way.👎👎👎
One more thing: How would a person living in this house control the water when it rain. Look closely at the exterior of this house.
