I assume you are referring to the jack. With a normal ball mount and a normal tailgate, there is plenty of room. That said, placing a jack behind the toolbox is a PITA to get to.
Every brand is different, but typically full width ramps will be a roughly 3-4' dovetail, whereas a 'normal' dovetail is 2'. That trailer is about 17'+3'. Due to this, we stock 'normal' equipment trailers 16-22' lengths, and the full width ramp trailers generally 20-24' lengths.
