Thats a nice trailer. Very well built. I love the small things like how all pins/clips are all wired to the trailer so you dont loose them when you really need them.
Just wanted to say thanks for all your videos on laying pavers. My wife and I watched them multiple times and as of a few days ago completed a 670 sqft patio for our backyard. I tagged you in one of the photos on instagram. We couldn't have done it without your help and I really appreciate it. It was a lot of hard manual labor without the use of machines other than a plate compactor but it looks great!

The biggest most important change I made on all my trailers is upgrading the tires to 14 ply. Since going to 14 ply I quit having blowouts period. Which has helped tremendously.
Some smart thinking there. 😎 It isn't clear if it's been done, but some form of internal release for the catch would be a VERY good idea, as there will inevitably be some kids that will get themselves locked in that storage area. Other than that, about the only thing I might suggest is using transverse grooved composites and/or have them pierced for better traction and self cleaning?

Just grabbed an LPX last week.... built well but was very unsatisfied with the wiring. The 7 way whip was about a foot too short and wouldn't even plug into my pickup (stock 19 ram 2500 with regular hitch). Ended up having to redo everything myself. Also, the jack handle wouldn't slide into the pole to raise or lower. Must have been built on a Friday.
WOW, great looking trailer. Looks like it would carry a heavy load. See some - think hauling M1083 5 ton truck - where the trailer is bulging at the seams. Make a great little camper trailer, bring your snowmobiles and UTV's, sleep in the toolbox
This is a diamond C trailer so I don't think PJ options would work. But I really like how this trailer has so many tie down options and their placement. Love that!
My boss just picked up a new Big Tex Equipment trailer. It has those same ramps which are great. No adjusting to fit wheel base of equipment. That feature for thre forks is a brilliant idea. The next innovative feature they should do is an anti theft feature.

I like the idea of the recycled rubber/ plastic deck . But the one thing I will say is when wood rots out for some guys it’s the first tie they will look at the cross members and underneath of the trailer to check for cracks and broken welds. Just my opinion.
@@Dirtmonkey just worry that could bend and tweak up the plate or the lock that holds it in up place so doesn't open or close properly. Like new design idea's that improve but need to be durable to hand being used.
Beautiful lookin trailer, love love the hide-away winch, ramps and wheels. I don't know about the decking, unless it's just dirty, it doesn't look good from here for being new. Wonder about it being warrantied against fading and if it's paintable or if you could put products like rhino liner or line-x on it.
You wouldn't need rhino liner or line ex on this decking. Its like the entire board is made of something like that. I wondered about fading. We will see what happens.
You should make a video of your equipment all together once so we clear our heads to what your equipment is and what equipment you don't have. I once thought you had a 10,000 sf polebarn full of nice stuff until I was told you do a lot of showcasing of equipment for manufacturers then they take it back. Keep up the good videos man.

I'm planning on purchasing a 20k diamond c equipment trailer this season to haul heavier equipment than my current setup, cool to see one on your channel! I was planning on a winch plate but im pretty impressed by that hide away winch so I just might have to wait until it's an option!
Diamond C is really the leader in quality and lasting trailers. We had a gooseneck for hauling large rectangle bales and equipment from field to field. Stout and never broke anything on it!v

I literally ordered that damn near identical trailer and it finally came in. 22ft LPX orange with black accents. Might have to sell it to get the pop up winch!
I have a Diamond C trailer that I was not very impressed with how they just torched a hole in the steel to run the wires for the lights. I had to tape them up as they were rubbing through already. I can't have 500 miles on it. Paint job was lacking also. They missed bunch of spots underneath
@@Dirtmonkey I bought it brand new from the dealer here in Colorado. So I feel it was done at the factory. Granted its a much smaller trailer than yours. I have already had to replace some of the decking as they used number 2 grade boards and they just cracked apart
i saw a pretty serious orange diamond c trailer today on i12 in Louisiana... it was made like a semi trailer.. had a 5th wheel hookup and a low flat deck on the front but it was being pulled by a pickup with no bed... i was thinking's that was every bit of 30k to buy that trailer...
Detachable fenders with 19.5 tires. No more paint, LINE-X the metal surface. No more rusted trailers. If my wife decided to hangout in toolbox, I would’ve hooked it to my truck and pulled her around the block.
@@Dirtmonkey you got the hookup, suggest it to the powers to be. Standard 19.5 tires on ALL the trailers. Includes 2 tires. Less flats, less time loss because tires issues. Anybody whom has had issues because of tires should understand how frustrating it is. 2ed suggestion, anyone ever had damage to equipment you had to pay for, should understand the importance of removing the entire finders while loading/unloading. Something else that just came to mind, no more paint. Linex all metal surfaces for steel trailers. No more rusted trailers. Or just bring aluminum trailers more mainstream. Problem solved.

The mechanic “jokingly” said the rim would crack before a 14 ply tire would blow.

We got a 32' C with hydraulic jacks and dove and juat picked up a 40' with max ramps last week. Top notch trailers!

The hide away winch is a sweet design and the extra deck over the spare tire and storage area is sweet as well they thought of everything!

We never claimed the other trailer on insurance. it wasn't worth having a claim against us. So it was a total loss.
