- He loves to have breakfast. He really loves pancakes. So, I decided to wake him up with a delicious breakfast of pancakes, eggs, and that delicious Swaggerty's sausage. There are no recipes here. I'm cooking for him and he's enjoying it.

Being on dialysis we make homemade pancakes. Less phosphorus in homemade ones.we add blueberries , and other fruits to it.we love our scrambled eggs with a touch of milk. Makes them fluffy .

What a wonderful treat for you and Pop! My dad told me years ago when I was learning how to cook, and he asked me to fix scrambled eggs, "You don't have to chase them around the pan honey, just let them be until they're ready", lol. I've got a bag of blueberries in my freezer just waiting for me to make some muffins to surprise my husband next week while he's golfing.
Yum thus breakfast looks amazing! And we love us some Swaggerty sausage, too! And you're right it's not greasy at all, great for sausage balls. Sometimes I even have to add a little grease to make gravy with it.😂

We used to have breakfast Gor dinner when the kids were home because everyone would eat it. Now we have it because we love it. You know, the older we get, the more we just eat what we feel like eating and not worry about the time of day. I love ketchup and horseradish with my eggs and sausage or scrapple. I use butter in my pan and make one plate sized pancake instead of a bunch of little ones.
Oh this breakfast looks wonderful !!! And I love Swaggerty Hot Sausage … and I’m with Pop , I eat ketchup on my scrambled eggs too ! Blessings to you both !!

I love making breakfast for dinner! I enjoyed the blueberry pancake mix from the Old Mill. I also picked up the grits. Maybe I will look for the jalapeño corn mix next time I am down there.

Hello Karen. I love your salt and pepper pot. I like how you can get your hands in to pinch as much or as little as you need. Do you have in there, whole pepper corns or ground pepper ? Whatever, what a great way of grabbing salt and pepper. I also liked how you did your eggs rather than scrambling them to bits. I'll give that a try. Happy Cooking. Dave x

We put the completed pancakes on a platter in a warm oven to keep them warm until they’re all done.

Karen I was laughing at you when Pops put the ketchup on his eggs. I put ketchup on most things…but not eggs. I have to see if we have that brand of sausage here in Tampa Bay. But I would love a big breakfast like that.
