Top tip - don't buy things you think you might need, that's the way to end up with things you don't use.

Hi Bob, Thanks for another interesting video regarding acc's, I'd like to ask if you could tell us motorhomers about your blow up air awning only seen partially at the end of one of your videos and not to any great depth i.e. how to choose which one you ended up with plus size and what you use it for.

I usually feel worn out just watching you. We have our caravan sited at Borders and we can be there in two hours. Just load up a few things and we are off. I bought some black storage boxes similar to yours at Consett Pound Shop. Very handy to have. For a£1 you can’t fall off. It costs us under £10 in Diesel there and back that includes touring Scotland 🏴. At Asda Spennymoor green petrol ⛽️ £1.23.7 a litre, Diesel £1.25 a litre if we are staying a long time we get our fuel ⛽️ at Annan Tesco. We often call in at Alston for lunch 🥗. But it’s practical meaning we can be laid back and holidays are affordable and pragmatic. Anyway each to their own, continue enjoying your holidays.
But u have a caravan that goes nowhere when a motorhome can travel the world so no contest really 🤔
It would be interesting to see you do a video showing how you maximize/use your starage areas because you seem to have an awful lot of things.

Anony Mouse I think often you need to see and feel what you are buying. You can often get good advice talking to the traders and the dealers. We will lose a valuable resource if we only buy online.

Kev Andrews in the summer we put a quarter tank full before we set off. In the winter I tend to just fill up a filter jug in the fridge. Normally enough for a brew when you get there. I have also got a 15 litre water carrier I sometimes take during the winter.

That's a difficult question. We'd spend quiet and long time looking at what suits us and our budget, but a similar layout, twin beds, travel seats, so Bessacarr 574, Adria Coral can't remember the model, and Bailey 79-4t would be on the short list.
Just buying my first. Bought at a show so deal very good. Someone said to me at the show, "consider the layout that best works for you and how you intend to use it and work round that. We're waiting for delivery of a Mobilvetta Kea P65 Automatic. Can't wait!
@@freespeech7605 Good advice, it's often the trick of finding a practical layout without too many compromise in comfort.
@@BobEarnshawMoHo one thing we would have liked is the lounge area at the rear but I wanted the large garage. Therefore, the Euro lounge behind the cab is not massive. One exciting discovery yesterday was thatvtge single beds raise up.to allow you to sit up in bed and so would work nicely as a quiet reading respite area and for semi-invertibrates like me it works well.

Bob. Hopefully you see this. I have a Benimar Mileo 301 motorhome. The grey water waste is emptied by pulling a lever opening a knife gate underneath the vehicle. It is a great system as it flows very quickly. However, if I'm staying somewhere for a while we like to get a fully serviced site so that water is available without having to move. Unfortunately we are unable to empty the grey water into the small grate that is normally in the corner of a pitch. Are you aware of any system that is available to allow me to attach so that I can happily stay in the one place for a while. Many thanks.
Yes, we noticed that on the Bailey Adamo and Ford based Chaussons. Some Adamo have been modified to bring the pipe out of the side.

What is the purpose of the bungee cords that come with the wastemaster? I can never work it out!

You need what is essential, if you're getting a campervan then you don't need aquaroll or aqua waste.
Great work as ever Bob. I've been looking for a water pump and plug for our motorhome but they just seem to do various pumps and the wires and sell a black plug on its own for £15 or so. Did you make the pump assembly up yourself or was this an item you can buy. Cheers

Are these items for Motorhomes or caravans?
Everything except the dashcam, sat nav and reversing camera could be used for a caravan, but you might use those for your tow car. Have you subscribed yet?
A couple of people have asked about the pump I use to fill up my tank from the Aquaroll. I bought the parts from Todd's, but this one should work. www.towsure.com/whale-superfil-80-filler-pump
Do all Motorhomes have tha ability to use an aqua roll and what about campervans, if not can you have it done , great video by the way
Good question, you will need some form of external pump to bring the water into the motorhome or campervan from the aquaroll. Space to keep the aquaroll is often the problem in smaller vans. However, as most motorhomes and Campervans have refillable tanks, an Aquaroll is not essential, just useful if staying in one place for 3 or more days.
Bob Earnshaw thanks yes space is limited in a camper, I googled after watching your video and found a couple one was expensive but the other idea was much cheaper, buy a drill pump but then you have to store a cordless drill
