Man, i keep coming back to your reactions. You keep it interesting with your attention to details and some funny comments. Fun fact: Myles met Lemmy while touring with Slash. He even had a drink with him and what appears very thoughtful conversation. In Myles words: i saved the cup that he was drinking from! Definitely is a big fan. Lemmy advised him to slow down and not overwork himself. 😉 At that point Myles was juggling Alter Bridge and was touring with Slash.

Actually though Myles is known for the power of his voice, he does very well on the softer side. Of course he has one of the best male voices in rock/metal. Mark sounds great here, as does the rest of the band. The sort of excellence you expect from Alterbridge. Nothing wrong with 8.3, appropriate. Great reaction!

I don't know your age but I'm guessing that you are younger than I am...I'm 65 going on 66 in a few weeks....I grew up on Eagles, Pink Floyd, Led Z. Black S, Yes etc. and my daughter introduced me to Alter Bridge about 3 years ago....wow, I listen to their 6 albums most of the time now. Im 56 and have a similar story to yours. Grew up with classic rock and metal through 70’s 80’s and 90’s. Thought new great rock music was dead (because its not on the radio anymore). Boy was I wrong! Discovered AlterBridge via Slash and Myles Kennedy about 3 yrs ago. They are great and all their albums are fantastic! I always come back to AB over all other bands and am not much interested in the ‘old’ classic bands either. They would have been giants of rock if they came out and did this stuff in the 80’s and 90’s. So talented🤘.
