  • Hello from the road!
I’m traveling for a few weeks but was able to coax my granddaughter into making a short video of her favorite Chocolate Peanut Butter Chia Seed Pudding. This recipe makes 2 to 4 servings, depending on your appetite!
Prepare in the evening, chill overnight, and you have a quick, delicious breakfast in the morning. Perfect for hectic school mornings!
    Whisk Together Thoroughly:
1 Cup Milk: Use your favorite. We use almond milk.
    1/4 Cup Chia Seeds
    2 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder
1 or 2 Tablespoons Peanut Butter: We use creamy.
1 Tablespoon Sweetener: Agave is used in video, but maple syrup would be great.
If desired, add a 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract. We skipped the vanilla as we had none available.
    Chill 2 hours or more.
Serve plain or add a topping. We add my homemade granola. Berries or other fruit would be delicious 😋

So easy! I add cinnamon and blueberries instead of peanut butter.
