OMG thats a lot of chia seeds for one serving. I use 15 gm of chia seeds, almond milk, heat in the microwave for 1 min then stir then microwave again for 1 min, add a little more almond milk and put in the fridge for 30 min. It makes the same amount then I put the fruit, or nuts or coconut or what ever with some greek yoghurt on top, no honey and its amazing.

I made a mixture of two as i cant eat anything chocolate related till fri,i did the first but instead of cocoa.i added coconut flakes and i left the honey out it doesnt even need it,the banana gives it super sweet taste itself very yummy😊😊😊😊xxx

Either one would be good honey or maple syrup. Thanks for the recipes that’s awesome. I can’t believe they’ll be done in 20 minutes. I thought it would take hours.
Its a Lot less work if you put the ingredients directly into individual pots. I add matcha. dates. Shredded coconut. crushed walnuts. You can just yse your imagination imagination. Its better to put in fridge overnight. You.can add figs. Jam. Etc etc. Yummmmm

Ampliou minhas possibilidades... ja fiz com suco de maracujá no lugar do leite para hidratar e para servir com frutas picadas ( melão , morangos mirtilos ) ; fiz o suco de inhame cozido ( uma raiz) , frutas vermelhas, e farinha de uvas roxas , ficou um creme mais grosso e coloquei a chia neste creme , servi com mirtilos ... ❤ ameis suas sugestões! Eu hidrato a chia para alguns dias , e deixo separado num pote na geladeira , no dia que vou consumir, faço a montagem com as frutas e tudo mais... o suco de maracujá pra hidratar a chia ficou bem azedo , qdo fizer de novo vou adoçar com alguma fruta , já o suco de inhame batido com frutas vermelhas para hidratar a chia eu preparei de uma vez e fui consumindo dia a dia , ficou bem consistente .
