Great recipe guys. As usual. It's amazing how things change as the times change, when I was in school we were taught that the colors of the flag meant Hardships (black) there are but there grass (green) is green and the sun (yellow) shineth. That was in the 80s.
I'm Muslim & I choose to watch this video. Just remember, you are always giving us tips & ideas no matter what type of protean you're cooking. speaking for my self. I could use some of the spices &/or ideas while cooking a leg of lamb for example. The reason for my late comment it's due to my schedule, I'm always watching the vides few days late & I catch up on few while I'm at it. I always look forward to your videos. My one dish that I always look out for during the holidays is a holiday ham with the pineapples, cherries and the cloves!! If there aren’t any cloves on the ham, it ain’t a ham and that’s my preference.. the way mummy was eating that ham made me want ham like yesterday.. that ham look absolutely delicious!! It’s nice and juicy with the glaze it’s supposed to have… just looking at the ham, it just delicious 😋😋😋.. once again, mummy killed it with this recipe.. and how can I forget that rice she made… man oh man you guys are just soooooooo lucky to be having it for dinner tonight!!!

My mother used to her ham the same way. She used the same ingredients for the glaze but the difference in her glaze, she added the juice from the cherries.
