For me you are one of the two best reviewers on YT, unbiased and professional reviews, but also you have the talent to recognize aspects which are important to regular riders. As for the bike, is this 2023 or 2024 model? I believe you reviewed both R and non-R models recently. I was in a market for mid-adv bike during previous months and I actually went for 890 adv r, partly due to my heavyweight figures (202 cm & 110 kg), so I was attracted to that WP Xplore suspension, but more importantly due to fantastic reviews from reviewers who I trust, such as yourself. Rialiability is a big concern, but KTM dealer in Serbia is a super big company who also imports Honda & BMW motorcycles and majority of premium car brands. Anyway, keep up the good work and I hope you will get far more subscribers, you deserve it well. Regards from Serbia!
My 1190S was also unfamous for the heat emission to the legs... Without Kat the situation is much better and manageable, I had no big problems wearing tourism motorcycle pants. I think you should think about installing a complete exhaust system, less heat and weight, better sound (also car drivers will better hear you coming) and little more power with a proper map adjustment.
They run very lean, for emissions and to make the cat work optimal (which needs to be really hot). Most important is to make them run more rich inthe lower rpm. I ordered a Rapid Bike Easy for mine (150 euro’s). Hopefully it makes a difference. At least it will run even better I guess.
did they fix the cam issues? I'm very much looking for valid info. I'm interested in a 890 but simply can not afford to drop the money on the bike and then face engine repairs in the thousands of dollars. That would sink me on the bike. I need reliable info on the issue lol.

Heat complaints are valid.
I heard about oil leaks, that puts me off a bit
This second generation has been launched in 2023, what's new for 2024?
Nothing.. It's not like these manufactures refresh every year.
First lulz
