SURV good this season? I kinda wanna give it a shot but havoc DH looks so tempting as well

I think Havoc will be more resilient to nerfs because they got more of a tree rework and having Netherwalk is insane, much better than Turtle. You also bring a very strong debuff for the group, AOE stops, a RANGED interrupt, a 2 min Meta CD now… if they nerfed all their numbers tomorrow you’d still have all those things. If they nerfed Surv numbers tomorrow you’d be very sad because they can’t hold a candle to all that utility.
If you love Surv though and are mid on DH, you will always put out better numbers on Surv. So familiarity and comfort with a spec is better than trying to play something new all the time, especially if you’re not playing at cutting edge levels of content. Play whatever makes the game most fun for you personally. It’s GOTTA feel good because we pay money to play this. Surv is definitely strong this season, just strong because of numbers tuning and the fact that they carried their single target bomb amp tier set into the main kit. Havoc strong because of tree rework.
