This video is about the most broken toy in wow ever that allows the player to become invincible, impossible to target and generally glitch out everything and have a huge advantage in pvp (and also do crazy things in pve). - เกม
In WoW SoD Phase 3, they added a toy Pet Stone that spawn an object with collision, allowing players to climb anywhere in the world.
pretty sure toys are intern/junior projects to ramp them up for lua/sql/c++ . the problem with these people is that they make broken toys usable in rated arena
To be fair it is nicely designed visually and functional for its intended purpose. I got the impression someone with potential and talent was told to do the wrong thing. You can tell this happens with game protection all the time-the sheer laziness of the fixes suggests the employees just don't want to be doing that.
you're telling me blizzard hasn't thought about just changing the phasing to be the players sitting down entering their own private phase (and unusable in combat) rather than phasing the INSIDE of the table? smh
Like in many big companies they sacked most of the working force (devs) and kept the useless commercial side.
Neurons are a scarce resource nowadays.
@@akiyamach Neurons are not required and are sometimes dangerous to big corps. They only keep the bare minimum.
I don't actually think this is phasing. They're just making you invisible. Phasing would cause the disappearing player to also lose sight of all other players. This is just the same tech that allows them to prevent players from covering quest NPCs. That said, all of the issues voiced are still valid even with this explanation.

Same for me (and apparently 23 others) I’ve not played since the end of the war of thorns/Start of BFA that was my final straw and it’s only gotten worse from then withthem doing more things that rub me the wrong way and taking away more and more QOL stuff.

@@archvaldor It's an amazing insight into the exploit community and the anti-exploit attempt company (Blizz) plus it gives people a glimpse of forbidden power in this game.
Honestly, the worst part isn't that bliz made a broken toy. It's not even that they can't figure out how to fix it. It's that people are comfortable admitting that they've heavily abused something they knew is broken for personal gain, even at the expense of other players, and know that they'll face no repercussions. You could admit to botting, goldselling, even packet hacking, and as long as you aren't getting the game for free or something, they won't care.
Honestly the worst part is that people are still supporting a company that has openly hated their customers for years. You're all just paypigs tbh

Ironically, if you actually sit down at one of the chairs you are no longer untargetable and can be attacked by any mobs nearby. Also the table goes away with 2min 27sec left on the CD, so it has a duration of 17min 33sec.
Also it's cast time is reduced by haste.
The first human who invented hiding under a table in a fight also must have seemed OP to the people of their time.
We just need an animation for going under the table and allow us to hide under other tables in the game world.
I'm all for incorporating a cowardice mechanic into wow.

@@archvaldor There should be a coward class, the tank spec invokes a bed and they hide inside of it, covering your head, as your head is covered you are invulnerable ofc, and as it is a bed the mobs wants to get under it so they aggro you. The dps spec is just that, you hide under a table and cast are of effect spells under it. Then there is the healer spec, in this spec you are just a normal healer as healers are all cowards anyway /s

A few months ago I saw a dk use this to avoid being killed. What one of the coolest things I had seen in a while.
This is what happens when you fire the entire QA department, most of the developers don't actually play the game, and customer support is replaced with AI bots. 2024 Blizzard does not make games or products, they make money.
Fan boys will trip over themselves making excuses for all the bugs. Look at the people fawning over mop remix as if we are measly peons who should be happy that a game with a monthly sub actually has monthly content, even if it's all super buggy.
@B-... if you hate the game so much why are you still clicking on wow videos? Seems weird af. And all I've heard from MoP remix is that the scaling is fucked and bronze drops to infrequently. To act like the wow community doesn't hold the developers to a high standard would be lieing.

Players don't actually care about bugs in the game. The game just needs to be fun. Also, I assure you, they do test things before they go live. Testing code is mandatory for every large scale app. Its just very difficult to automate in video games, especially live service one's with continuous updates. There is no standard framework for testing these types of games.
It's just flat out not worth it to have an enormous QA department.

I presume that fire spells leave a trail nonetheless and your target can see the direction they are being attacked from. I’d improve on that by switching to arcane and spam arcane blasts which as you know explode on target and leave no trail 😈
You just reminded me how difficult it is to locate an arcane mage in cata and how dumb the damage is:) Fire is my natural spec but you are dead right it leaves a massive trail.

Holy shit how am I just finding out about this now? I got the toy during the event while farming for the 36 slot bags on several toons and never thought about testing it further.
imagine abusing these and nothing happens to you, but if you are "afk" 2 games in AV doing mine or fishing, you get an 8 day ban for not participating in a battleground ^^ Like i get in classic wow in tbc prepatch for farming batches and honor in 6 minutes rush av games ^^. So funny
I love that blizz is so inept, so stupid that they keep throwing updates that don't work at this thing when all they have to do is just remove the phasing.
How do these people even work in the gaming industry?
If you can one shot the mobs they wont 'evade'. On one of my remix toons I put it down in brewing storm and my shield slam 1shots them, everything else will damage them then they will reset/evade. They are also lootable from inside the table.
Oddly enough when I search for this in my toy box, I cant find it. Not sure if they are hiding it or what but I cant even see if I ever had it.
The recent Hearthstone event is when you would have made the table toy, if you have it. Can check items you haven't collected also see if it shows.
15 years ago they would instantly ban everyone that abused it along with the video creators xD
Another idea I just had is dropping the table on other players while they are fighting something to force the mob they are fighting to reset.
Just did it using another account, had my rogue use vanish, then stand right behind my warrior and use the toy, he instantly dropped combat and the mobs reset.
In conjunction with one of your other recent videos, it looks like this is an exceptional way to reset/respawn the dogs near the end of Throne of Thunder to farm threads in remix.
You'd think so wouldn't you? Very perceptive. However the table is not usable in raids so you'd need to find something like that in a dungeon....
@@archvaldor So... it boils down to Ri’mok and Pa’valak I guess? Everything else is indoors or seems to spawn too few adds and way too slowly to be worth your while. Or should I be looking for a trash pack and not a boss?

Having seen so many Rexroy videos I thought you were mad when it wasn't a gently squeezed tiad but I stand corrected. This with the old toad as a combo would be really fun and horrible in his hands.
Sadly bliz really nerfed the toads hard....strange as they probably got several million dollars worth of free publicity from Rex's toad videos. Btw I hear he is coming back soon fingers crossed....

Blizzard has the absolutely shittiest QA/Development team I have ever seen.
The toy is simply intended to be like that. Even tho they've fixed it to not being able to use it while War Mode is ON, they must extend the fix to not being able to use it while normal PvP is ON, like this, it wouldn't affect anyone and there wouldnt be more complaints about the toy.
Blizzard hates to change the whole mechanic of little things like this, another example is the Infinitely divisible ooze, it's been broken since years, and it's still working in TWW.
So, well, if they intended to make the toy like that, we have to except minor changes to it that fix the majority of known issues.

If the invisibility is to handle people ruining the game... then only make people invisible for the people sitting at the table...
There was one in Shadowlands (maybe bfa) that did this as well and they broke it pretty fast. Just changed it to not being able to be used indoors or something, I think

When Im about to do a wpvp quest, and I see the a Hearthstone table, I avoid that quest
To be honest if you know how it works it makes relatively little difference. You can tell a group of players to focus it with aoe and the user will go down pretty quick.

I now realize why WoW devs don't watch your vids for any longer than a few minutes. It's because management will fire them on the spot if they blink unproductively, EVEN IF it's related to the game. I'm sure only a few people at Blizzard have access to watching your TH-cam videos at work without getting fired, with the way that scrum masters and daily meetings are going in the development side of things it's actually silly to think they'd have free time.
There's so many toys that despawn in combat. It seems like an easy fix if they gave a shit
Hmm, would this work on a raid boss you're progressing on. If so, I can (as a druid tank) after a called wipe potentially just get out of combat and ress a healer after and others could also use it to escape death.
Unfortunately banned in raids now. Nice thinking tho.

I wish I knew about this toy back when it was obtainable. Not even for the power of the glitch (which would be very fun to explore as well), but because I play Hearthstone every day.
Speaking of which, currently there's a big bug that prevents most of European Hearthstone players from using the built-in shop altogether. I as one haven't been able to use the shop for 4 days now. What this consequently means is that I'm not able to play the mode that I play 99% of the time - Arena - as you need to use at least the in-game gold (or real money) in order to access it.
So I straight up can't play the game. And Blizzard can't get ANY money from the affected players... And they still haven't fixed it for 4 days. Do you think they are capable of fixing a relatively complicated phasing toy bug that doesn't affect their revenue if they can't fix a bug that affects 99% of their European Hearthstone revenue for 4 days?
Thank god someone shows blizz' laziness the middlefinger. Wish, more people would do it so that it some day breaks the game altogether and they are forced to make changes that arent lazy
WELL - it looks like they removed the toy entirely lol.
I bought it and was trying to test it and it's completely removed on ptr and beta.

@@archvaldor Yeah I tested it on live, it's working. If you go on beta or 11.0 ptr the toy does not exist anymore. Even if you mainly put it on your action bar and then copy your character, the item does not register. Everything else does, this toy in particular doesn't.
damn gang my bad. it still works in non wm. with pvp enabled. same with taking a follower dungeon q. which will take you out of combat and immediately unflag you.
Yep they just stopped you putting it down in wm. You can actually take it with you into wm if you can leave it whilst in proximity to the table.
Man i just wish that one day we can play hearthstone in wow, and collect cards etc from playing wow

This needs to be abused in a race to world first mythic kill, or in MDI tournament. Then suddenly it will be fixed within a week

That would be the fix. You would be amazed at how little imagination Blizzard have when it comes to these fixes. Onb the basis of what you've just written you would be overqualified to work as a bug fixer.

Is this usable inside of M+? A lot of dungeons are outside and insta dropping aggro in M+ allows some insane skips.
Haven't actually tried it in mythics yet. It is not an area I like to go into because the mythic community often perceives it as an attack on the integrity of what they do - I'd rather try and make people happy about something if possible.

I think you can just type in "wowhead how to get hearthstone game table" and follow the instructions. Just a question of playing someone with the table till you get all the cards.
