For anyone with the same problem, fixing the wobble on the mirror on the grigio car is usually just a loose screw; if so sorting it is literally a 10 minute job
@@normalguysupercar To fix mine I actually followed your video (thank you). The problem wasn't the 3 external screws that secure the mirror to the plastic bush but the ones inside that hold the plate the bush is attached to. They were just not quite tight. All done and still good a year later.
Great video and great topic! A car with solid service is worth paying up to get like the red which was serviced by a top shop and is actually priced low, IMO. Crazy that mileage would lessen the value much in that case. It’s surprising with the way those were/are priced that they all haven’t all sold. Richard’s obviously needs to go to the right collector. Mo was great😂!
Ferrari fanboys: "The blue F430 is worth no more than $50, because it's missing the Scuderia shields." 😅 I am actually genuinely shocked someone spec'd that car so well, and left out the shields, since it's well known in the Ferrari community they are a large resale bonus.
Great video Dan--Mo looks like me in the mid-afternoon--ready for a nap. LOVE the blue one. You should find a buyer for it and the red one soon. Keep your super informative videos coming and enjoy your weekend.

I LOVE the blue color, especially because it's unusual on a Ferrari. I saw one recently that was a "non-factory" Pine Green and it was stunning. All 3 cars are nice, but for some reason (personal taste), I can't stand red interiors.
Always 2008 and 2009 with less than 20K Miles will command top prices in F430 Spider $165K to $175K as they received major upgrades on Headers, Transmission, ceramic brakes standard, etc
@@normalguysupercar please let me know wich part is not true, also I fogot that 2008 and 2009 dont have key switch on the doors ;-) (You did not that but still we love you)
@@normalguysupercar are the original headers ever ok on an F430, or are they always a ticking time bomb? Would you prefer to buy an F430 where the original headers had been replaced?
@@normalguysupercar Hmmm. I beg to disagree - if you look at how paranoid people can be when parking these cars, these sensors are a godsend. It would be interesting if you poll people on this - if it was a silly, non-needed feature that nobody really cares for, all modern cars would not have them - just my 2 bits.
The Grigio finishes on Lambo and Ferrari are the most unique. Reason being is not all people want them because they love skittles color. These paints are stunning in the sun and on the road!
Great content! I miss my F430 Spider... it was my favorite Ferrari even over my 488 Spider. It was fast but you could still really wind it out and not go to jail if you get caught. My 488 Spider was just stupid fast. My F430 spider was a 2006 that I bought in 2016 with 800 miles on it so I totally get what you are saying about the Nart Blue one you have... it is basically a factory new F430 spider.
The Blue Nart 430 is beautiful…I see that Gulf Coast Motorworks in Bonita Springs, FL has it for sale at $170K with 6,250 miles on it…would love to find out who had it for 1000-ish more miles and then sold it to you guys…presumably at a reasonable discount to your current asking price (for your deserved profit margin). Seems crazy how often some of these cars change hands.
Also, it got sold from a dealer in west palm beach with 4,780 miles on it…it had different/original seats and non of the Carbon Fiber upgrades in the engine bay.
I checked it a few times….keyed it into google…check it out when it was sold from Pinnacle motors in west palm beach, FL. Has great photos on the old listing.
As someone owning a classic saab 900 convertible in that exact grey color (it's not original saab), with a red canvas roof, I immediately gravitate towards the grey one :-) Cool it's the cheapest
I just found my first 458 with high miles but extremely maintained it does have a salvage title but all and every part is authentic . And white. Runs drives and I score it for $21,900-
actually that's a good option like what you wanna do with the car if u are a collector you have a nice car the blue one if u wanna drive get the red one so simple but I personally would buy 430 coupe it fits much better
Ceramic brakes are a costly (15000$) but necessary addition to a great car. At least on German Autobahn. I wouldn’t by one without them! If the new headers are without the first converter you need to recalibrate the whole mapping. Only few people can do it right but you gain an additional 30 HP and torque.
Where do you get your cars from? I know dealers can buy from auctions, but from my research...you don't see a lot of Ferrari's or supercars at these auctions.
One of the reasons I have no interest in the more modern cars is the innumerable options and overly digitized (electronics) of recent modern Ferraris. Older cars are simple, color and interior colors and your done, end of story!
The blue car is one of the most stunning 430s I’ve seen. Agree that the red car with the new clutch and higher miles is the best deal overall. I love grey over red too and those aftermarket rims actually look really good IMO but unforgivably some fatass destroyed the driver’s seat so have to factor in fixing that and a new clutch soon-ish means the red one is a better buy for only $11k more, with nicer options even with slightly higher miles.
I was a bit interested in buying an F430, but thanks to this video and few others I've watched on TH-cam, I've decided against it. Compared to Porsche for instance, the quality and reliability really looks poor. Crazy that you get so little mileage out of a clutch for example. Plus all the loose pieces (side mirrors, tail lights, etc) is really disappointing. The engine sounds incredible but it's just worth all the maintenance headaches and expenses for these cars.
Spiders on F430 allways has cost like 20% more than the coupes on average. The look with the top down no way any coupe can match, similar with 458 but without that huge difference.
These are not the turn signals these are only the reflectors US models only have them. Difference 60.000 USD not 50. Best combo red/black nobody buys blue.
I’m shocked at how bad the build quality is considering how expensive these cars are new. Even a Ford with 35,000 miles would not be vibrating the mirrors and rear lights loose, have sticky buttons or manifolds that crack. I have been fortunate enough to own a Porsche Boxster S. although a pretty much entry level Porsche and despite being 15 years old and 80,000 miles it had less faults than the grey car.
The Grey car would be for the first time Ferrari owner on a tight budget who knows he will have to put money into it down the line if he wants to sell it down the line?
You are right about removing the tricolor stripe. I only like the tricolor stripe on a black or white car and never down the center of the hood. Stripes look better down low above the rocker.
Thank goodness for MO’s extreme attention to detail and intensive supervision ✌️
Lol yes he is a good shop dog
For anyone with the same problem, fixing the wobble on the mirror on the grigio car is usually just a loose screw; if so sorting it is literally a 10 minute job
It's typically not the screw, it's the rubber the screw goes into gets loose

You have to listen to them on cold start. You can do a smoke test but that's not always possible or practical.
