They’ve abandoned two storylines that I most interested. 1. The mole theory, 2nd catching one of the monsters. This seasons slow pace and short episodes with no answers have frustrated the H3LL out of me!
Yeah I definitely feel some of that frustration, especially with the catching a monster thing. I guess that plotline was more a representation of Boyd's grief and anger rooted arrogance after Tien Chen died and his desire to start figuring some things out. But Donna was there to talk him back to his senses. I think? Maybe that was the angle/approach? But either way seeing them try to capture one of those monsters would have been a great plotline so I'm 100% with you on it not happening thus far.
@@BrandonCBaldwin And the flickering lights, spider is the forest, Sarah's voices...but REMEMBER that while it's been over two years for us, it's only been a month or two tops in town. Donna's completely right when she says "it's one thing after another!" It's like people getting wiped out from a hurricane, they get the power back on just in time to hear there's another hurricane headed to them tomorrow.
It wasn't dull- it gave us a lot of you watch closely. Like Tilly using the metal teapot and vase of yellow wildflowers to make tea for Fatima when she's talking with Ellis. That same teapot and wildflowers were on the table in the monster tunnels where Jasper was sitting. Tilly was in the tunnels. With the monsters.
Wow I didn't catch that at ALL. Good eye on you. I guess for me I was more so focused on the characters interacting with each other rather than the environment and little details like that. BUT THAT MEANS TILLY COULD STILL BE EVIL! After all there's every chance that in the next episode we cut back to her "murder" and she just sits up and laughs maniacally or something Xd
@JustVoid17 Right? I'd shit if she turns up later, sitting in an easy chair in the monster tunnels. If that's the case, it means that Tilly and the monsters are definitely on an opposing side to the Crows- which would kinda explain the dead crow in the tunnels being eaten by a rat in season two.
I’m sure Henry thought his wife was losing her mind when she started talking about that stuff and they were not getting along before she disappeared

Nice catch. The show is layered pretty well. This episode was subtle but it’s caused controversy so it has still done its job.

I thought Acosta and Boyd was gonna start kissing for a split moment.
He's probably talking about dying. He's saying is this really where i die?
Or maybe summing the evil that hunt (from) 🤔
