I think it's Tesla technology being used by tapping into earth's magnetic core and the Ionosphere. Tesla was gonna use this technology to provide free power to the world, but the elites sabatoged him because they were getting rich off of Fossil Fuels. This technology is also used in Haarp to effect the weather patterns. I think thats how it being powered. Also I believe when a portal opens there is a surge in electromagnetic energy and that is what attracts the crows because they navigate using earth magnetic core.
Just one thing that I want to add to this video is that the jukebox was deliberate every single time. Every song was very much appropriate for the situation. It was never random, not even once.
All I know is I could listen to you talk all day. What a wonderful voice you have! I have really been enjoying your breakdowns and theories. I try not to have any of my own because I''m always wrong. After all I didn't trust Tillie!
Can you consider covering this theory I have? Every single thing in Fromville was “brought in” by each group that sees the tree. It can be something as small as Tabitha’s bracelet, or the piece of clothing Henry saw in the caves, all the way up to full size structures like the motel sign, the out of place diner, and maybe even colony house as a whole. It would explain the hodgepodge of different building types and how things like the bracelet showed up in the first place.
I have a theory you wont regret reading about the whole place, the monsters, the electricity, and the Anchooey kids lets start with the place, first of all i feel like every one missed the point that there is the seen place that we always see in the series and there is the unseen place that Boyd went by the tree, also he went to the unseen place when he used the torch when he destroyed the music box, the point is that what they cant see in the seen place can be seen in unseen place, like the building that Boyd reached when he went through the tree, in the seen place its not there its only some walls, but in the unseen place its fully build, and they dropped a hint at season 3 when Henry told Ethan why there is a motel sign but there is no motel, the motel can only be seen in the unseen place, and to go to the unseen place you need some tool from the unseen place like the torch that Boyd used, and if your lucky you can end up there by using the tree or by using the numbers that Victors Mom used which is a coordination to a specific place when they enter the tree, there could be a possibility that there is a number that will send them to the unseen place as there was a number that sent Tabby to the tower. About the lights there is no wires but there is electricity, i believe its the same, the wires is there actually but in the unseen place that's why they cant see the wires but somehow the electricity works and that could also explains the flickering and how some lights are not fully working because the electricity its not from the seen place but actually from the unseen place. And about the monsters i don't think that Boyd and Sara got saved by the light, it seems there is different monsters other than the one we saw already and i believe it was mentioned by Ethan in the quest/book that there is a spider, boogeyman and scarecrow and there could be other types of monsters, maybe a giant which pulled Boyd and Sara when they were in the tent. and also Martin mentioned that the monsters that come to town is only the tip of the spear so there is different type of monsters out there that we didn't see yet, i believe that the monsters only come at night to the seen place, and go back at daylight to the unseen place and i think Boyd and Sara got lucky that it was close to daylight and that's why they got saved and not saved by the tower light, what could proof this, is when Martin told Boyd go before they come back, it seems that all type of monsters go out to the seen place at night and go back to the unseen place at daylight, i know some will say but there was 2 monsters left at daylight when Victor entered the tunnel with his father Henry but it seems also the monsters need a tool to go the seen place and go back to the unseen place, especially when henry said why they have so many items from us, it seems they need some tools also to come to the seen place, and that's why you see the monsters dress clothes from humans that's old from 1960 etc, maybe that's the tool for them to come to the seen place, but why there is 2 monsters left and cant go back to the unseen place, I'm not sure but its possibly they don't have a tool to go back to the unseen place, and it seems they need a tool as how Boyd used the torch that he got from the unseen place so he could go to the unseen place, but for the humans in the seen place they must use a tool from the unseen place with a light because if you remember when Boyd had the torch and went to that specific place he couldn't go to unseen place without lighting up the torch, but you will say why the monsters don't need a tool with a light to come to the seen place, because the unseen place is the opposite of the seen place and i believe the tower in the unseen place doesn't have a light and that resembles that they don't need a light to come to the seen place but for the humans in the seen place the tower have a light and that resemble why they need a light to go to the unseen place. And so many people asking why there is a tower with a big fire light in a forest, there is a big chance that tower light is the access of the seen place and the unseen place and if the light is turned off, the access from the seen place to the unseen place and the opposite wont work. Another proof that all the monsters come at night only is when they went to the cabin, the thing that comes knocks only comes at night and the spider webs that they found at the forest, there was a very big web but no spider at the morning and for sure its not the small spiders that made that big web. About the Anchooey kids i believe that the Anchooey kids exists but in the unseen place, and to save them they must go to the unseen place, and to go there the best time is at night when all the monsters are not in the unseen place and the only way to escape from this whole place is from the unseen place and not the seen place, that's why no matter how much answers they find and look for its useless. So all humans need to go the unseen place at night, but only one need to stay at the seen place to turn off the light at the tower so the access from the seen place and the unseen place get closed, so that the monsters cant go back to the unseen place and that should be Jade because i believe that he need to sacrifice him self so the others can escape this whole place, and they showed us that Jade saw that Anchooey kids get sacrificed at the tunnel and that resembles sacrifice and that Tabby is the opposite of sacrifice and she is the one to save the kids from the other side which is the unseen place, and that's because they showed us many times about Tabby and saving the kids and how the kids comes for her in the tunnel as they want something from her which is saving them. Also i think there is specific coordination that you need to be at so you can go and come from the unseen place and its not random, like for example the place that Boyd was at to go the unseen place when he used the torch, also why there was talisman rocks at a specific place when Boyd found them, and Boyd himself said it, what if the talisman rocks is there to stop them from going outside and not inside, this itself says that they come from a specific coordination and they don't randomly come out in any place in the seen place from the unseen place, and it seems someone already knew about this, that the monsters come at night only from the unseen place and that's why they placed the talisman rocks in a specific place and most probably it will be Victors Mom, but it seems like Victors Mom doesn't know all types of coordination that the monsters come out from, otherwise we wouldn't have seen the monsters in the series that have been showed until now. So if the humans figured out all types of coordination and use all the talisman rocks they have, there is a big chance that they can stop the threat of the monsters that we have seen until now only, and not the other monsters that haven't been shown yet, some will say but there was talisman figures near the cabin but something still came and knocked at the cabin and that the talisman figure didn't stop him from coming to the cabins, and you might say that the talisman rock saved them from him coming inside the cabin, but actually not it didn't save them from him because of the talisman rock, i believe every type of monster works differently from the others and every type of monster have a specific way of killing and doing its stuff, i believe the talisman rocks or figures doesn't work on all types of monsters and it only work on the monsters that we have seen in the series until now. About the radio, there is a host that's controlling everything from the unseen place, and he spoke through the phone and the device that worked when they used the tower and talked to Jim when Donna was with him and talked through the monster and told Boyd that you said you wont break me. The thing that I'm not sure about why the monsters come at night only? it seems the monsters is there to stop the humans by killing them if they go out at night, and also just as a distraction to stop them, so they cant figure out about the unseen place and turn off the light at the tower, but if its truly a distraction and they really want to stop the humans why only at night and not the whole day? There is also a big possibility that the light of the tower if turned off, it doesn't mean that it stops the access from the seen place to the unseen place or the opposite, or that it destroys this whole place and the humans can finally escape this whole place like how many people says, but actually bring the unseen place to live in the seen place and it will be only one place, and that's what the host is afraid of, because the only way to escape is from the unseen place, but at the same time it wont be easy for the humans, because now there is a possibility that they will be against all types of monsters for the whole day and not only at night and they will need better tactics to survive and escape this whole place. And i believe the key to actually leaving this place is the Anchooey kids like how it it was mentioned many times by Victors Mom that they need to save the kids to escape this whole place, because these kids was used as a sacrifice before and that what could possibly made the host so strong to control this whole place, but if the Anchooey kids is saved the host will be weakened and that will be the humans only chance to escape from this whole place. What do guys think about this theory? I hope you guys enjoyed reading it, as i enjoyed writing it, Thanks!
That was interesting I agree with most of what you said but I don’t think the light do much on its own I think it’s controlled by the bigger one and also in my opinion I think all of them are one the light the boy in white the monsters all of them are planning for bigger thing.
Of course you are brilliant as always! I was watching Cabin in the Woods again and I could not stop thinking about From. I don't think there is any connection but I see it i talk about it.😊
I can vouch for the music box too, i was rewatching and noticed when Kenny's mother died then the music box kinda taunt him with a song "Celebrate, celebrate, its time for celebration" And when that new cop comes to argue with byod asking for her gun back music box says "oh ohh child" Edit: commented that before watching the full video
The electricity mystery has bothered for some time too. No one has been able to determine a word that makes sense via Morse code (maybe if they are all put together as you have in this video there may be?). I just read an interesting Reddit theory about this yesterday so it’s funny your video is today! The theory said the town is like children playing. The Hotel is missing bc they lost that piece! Hey electricity, running water, etc. kids don’t know how it operates-they just have it! I always believe this aspect is a nod to twilight zone “little play things” or something like this. A couple can’t leave a town. They wake up in a Groundhog Day situation-same bed-don’t know how they got there. At the end of the episode you see a giant baby hand picking up the people and moving them with a Mom calling to the giant Baby that it is time for bed. That’s all I got…for now! 😊
Theory updated Eloise/Acosta We dont know Acosta's first name and the actress told in a recent interview that she's not allowed to reveal her first name.. Acosta told in this episode to kenny that she doesnt have family in the real world... I'll explain now: We see Miranda leaving victor and eloise in the cellar, but later Eloise leaves the cellar chasing Miranda, Victor said he found only his mother's body near the bottle tree , i believe she sacrificed herself for Eloise to get through the tree cause they were being chased by the monsters, thats why the body is found near the tree. The next plot has some kind of timetravel and i believe timetravel exists since s1 when Boyd entered that farway tree he had that bottle note inside of his pocket 1864 , and i believe the dungeon was in perfect condition in 1864 and in current time is in ruins like we saw. So, with that i believe Eloise somehow ended up traveling through time through the tree and ended up in the real world but in the future (based on Miranda's timeline) that explains why henry didnt found Eloise, cause by the time Eloise Acosta returns to the real world he's no longer looking for a little girl, thats how she ends up in an orphanage explaining not having family in the real world. She probably also lost memory due to traveling, like we've seen with tabitha and victor the loss of memory , explaining why she didnt knew her family's house in the real world, maybe Eloise Acosta will remember when something triggers it . Also we know Eloise is stubborn because Miranda told both her and victor to STAY in the cellar, and what did Eloise do? She left the cellar. Eloise in the latest episode is told over and over "No" by Boyd in answer to giving her gun.... Did she leave without her gun? Well ..... 😏 I'm looking forward to Acosta and Eloise's interaction in Fromville.
Your theory is interesting. Except that if she lost her memory, she wouldn't likely know her name. So she wouldn't be known as Eloise but something else. But if the actress can't reveal Acosta's real name, that has got to mean something. Unless the writers haven't given her a first name yet.
If this environment is controlled by humans or extraterrestrials then Wireless Energy Transfer (WET) could be how the electric is distributed. The town could possibly be decorated as old, 50's-60's, to hide the newer technology hidden in the town. Possibly very sophisticated, but made to look like old times to throw off the people. This is just one of my theories. I really enjoy your channel! Keeps me thinking!
@@forpromouseonly4534 I don’t know I’ve seen several flickering lights not at Tabatha’s house that could be translated into Morse code. I can’t recall which episode, but there are multiple.
In the dungeon, fake-Abby says that From feeds on hope and not fear. This is probably a lie, because that's what an evil entity would do is try to warp even what's good about people's experiences and make the light seem like darkness. However, although opposites fear and hope are not mutually exclusive; and so the idea that they are doing something to help them get out of From's imprisonment gives them hope, but dashing that hope causes more pain. And I think that this is the real key. I think From feeds on pain.
I've always wondered why they didn't connect their chargers to the radio tower and then connect their laptops, devices, and cellphones to the chargers. They could have charged their cellphone and devices. Oh, I forgot - all of their devices, cellphones, charges, and laptops have disappeared... Now, instead of using their devices to take photos (and do other things), they have to rely on one measly Polaroid camera that has been monopolized by Elgin - Elgin is not allowing anyone to get close to it.
@@angelae5748they have not disappeared, they don't work. No communication. No 5G. No bars. No internet. Are you just rtrded ? Or is this some kind of disease. You think you have found the loophole. XD. Christi told Kelly. Cellphones don't work here. Cellphones don't work here. Cellphones don't work here. You can turn it on. Play Angry birds if you want. But they don't work here. One more time all together. Cellphones don't work. Can you stop annoying people now ?!
Last episode, when Donna was washing dishes, she paused for a moment; and I thought, Oh my God, the entity of From probably controls the water like it does the electricity. Where does the water come from? A well? Maybe not anything but the air of a cave. And the reason I say this is because the motel pool *NEVER* has gross, green, dirty water in it. It's just empty. Completely. Because water is a resource, just like the electricity, the music, the moving trees, all of this place belongs to From. Everything!
Yes I’ve also wondered where the water comes from. At the very least they should investigate it to make sure the water is clean and not having it spiked with drugs/hallucinogens.
Different devices have different light waves…Elgin had a flashlight the showed what is really in the root cellar as opposed to when Jade turned to light switch on and saw the symbol and man crushed by boulders in the closet. So maybe the lights are showing the way for Boyd…Also the lights in the diner look like Fairy lights.
On the jukebox part, when the newcomers first notice the radios/jukeboxes, the residents always explain it by saying, "it does that sometimes." Which... is also what Henry says to Tabitha when his car auto plays the tape with her wedding song in ep 3. That stuck out to me right away
I like your theory. Another possibility is that the entity/person/people that are controlling some factors in the town are just messing with the people by making the lights flicker and the turning on of the music box.
Is there also a magical water tower with an osmosis purifier? why is nobody talking about magical plumping? Where do the pipes go? Let's dig a hole and find out!
Ah, I think it's what's IN the water that we need to watch. In s3 ep3 and 4 the camera focuses on shot after shot of the residents drinking water from the tap- usually just before some supernatural event takes place. It's very deliberate.
Well my friend you have so very interesting ideas I can’t say you’re completely wrong or right but we all have to seat back and wait I’ll keep watching
Dude, I’m telling you, those lights flickering are a person trying to get he Matthew’s attention, IT ONLY EVER HAPPENS AROUDN THEM!!! And with the trailer seeing Julie in the dungeon, and in the cave, AND!!!! The monster in the first episode telling Julie, “hey don’t you remember me?” Tells me that she bout to time travel a lot, and she going to try to save her family, and get them to notice her.
I've sort of equated the lights situation with it being winter. Or maybe we were shown the flickering lights as a "accept this happens a random" thing so we remember. It makes sense that Christopher handles the music, maybe on a vibrational pattern. But as to why Christopher could still be alive...I think he is inside Jasper. One more thing, if Christopher is responsible for the jukeboxes,. that could be why Jasper makes the really creepy scream.
About the table music box, we think it's trolling because we feel that Kenny's mum's death is a bad thing. But if Abby was right and dying here is a way to escape, then the "Celebration" song could be a way to comfort Kenny? Then it would make sense that the song for Acosta is in fact meant to calm her. And it would explain why it was used for Boyd and the Matthews. But of course it's only true if there's only one entity using the music boxes. On the flickering light topic, what if they stopped because the entity causing them gathered enough energy to manifest in more effective ways, like using the phone, or being seen and heard? This could explain why the BIW disappeared for a while according to Victor, the factions at play might need some kind of energy to interact with the material world.
@@DappsTheProducer I understand what you mean, but there seem to be more than one "supernatural" factions . So the monsters could be of a different faction than the one using the table jukeboxes.
Almost everyone in the viewing audience wants to say that all the characters' cellphones are dead, even though we have not seen one person use their cellphone once they step foot in Fromland. Yes, the alarm did ring on Kelly's cellphone rang, but we didn't see her using her cellphone. So, my question is, when people were grabbing items that had cords and plugs to build the radio tower, how come no one grabbed a cellphone charger? There should be a ton of cellphone chargers laying around... But, not one cellphone charger or cellphone in sight! There should be dozens, if not hundreds of cellphones and cellphone chargers in Fromland, regardless if the phones are dead or not. Out of 100s of cellphones, at least 1 should still be charged, because no one has been using them. But, for the naysayers, if all the cellphones are dead, how come they didn't charge their cellphones by plugging the cellphones into the chargers, and then attaching the chargers to the radio tower? So, to all the people who (without proof) say that all the cellphones are dead, even if they are dead, where are they? We see tons of useless stuff rusting away in Fromland - but we don't we see any cellphones or cellphone charges stored in the cardboard boxes. Why? They could take photos with their cellphones, instead of using the Polaroid. Jade could do his scientific calculations using the calculator on his cellphone. The powers-that-be took the cellphones so that they couldn't use them or charge them. Changing the subject, regarding the numbers 4 and 7 that we always see in Fromland, 47 is the number for silver on the Periodic Table. Silver can be used to create electricity, particularly in renewable energy technologies. Silver has the highest electrical conductivity of all metals. You can use silver and water to create electricity, particularly by using saltwater as an electrolyte in a battery. Food for thought regarding both issues (the cellphone/cellphone charger issue and the electricity issue) ...
I've always wondered about cellphones and lack of attempts to use. Particularly when we see new arrivals. The chargers i can wrap around my head why there wont be many as we dont go out with our chargers but some were travelling and moving etc. So yh, good observation. The people do a lot of stupid stuff on the show
Ye. Kelly had a cellphone. Kristi told her. Cellphone don't work here (meaning they have no communication) then what ?! How would a cellphone solve anything. 😂 Ridiculous
Question. While talking about the music playing and Kenny smashes the music player box when it plays "Celebration," why is the music player fine when the music plays for Acosta, "Oooh Child"??
Also there’s a scene in Season 2 where the Exit sign flickers as Jim is recovering in the clinic. He notices and tries to climb up and check it out….then enters Tillie 👀 and distracts him.
In an interview the creators said that they knew where they were starting and where they wanted to end but that they were feeling free for what was happening along the way. So the flickering lights might be something meaningful or the writers just having fun with a supernatural cliché. It could be the same thing with other details that bug us like the clocks, the colors, the symbols. The flickering lights could also be happening because the characters saw this happen in supernatural tv shows. The electricity could be a manifestation of beliefs or of some kind of energy that flows in the tunnels. (By the way do you remember how as soon as Tabitha made a hole in the tunnel ceiling, Something hastily plugged it by collapsing the house on it? Almost like a body sending platelets to stop a bleeding.) It is the same problem with water and air, we don't really know how they are supplied to Fromville. And I'm not sure we can say for sure that the BIW controls things in Fromville, he might just know how to use some of its features, like communicating with humans or sending a human back through the lighthouse. I think he's not a guard but more of an older and more knowledgeable inmate so to speak.
I wonder if there are any connections between the actual songs that we've heard. For example, "Ooh Child" by the Five Stairsteps came out in 1970, and "Celebration" by Kool and the Gang came out in 1980. I don't know if that, or any part of the specific songs matters, but I do wonder.
The spontaneous events, music and source less utilities are why I don’t feel anyone is an evil spy. This entire place is listening and watching. The entity does not need an accomplice. It will simply manipulate everyone to where they want them.
Lots of good takes in here. I thought the light flickering in their home was, somehow, being caused by Victor walking around beneath their house? We know he'd be under the Matthews' at this time since he went through the tree at the same time as Julie. And, of course, the premise of digging into the ground was to discover where the electricity was coming from in the first place. Almost like the Stranger Things S1 bit where Will is able to turn the lamps on/off as he walks around in the upside down? I'm not sure if this holds much water, but I just had that impression for some reason. The idea of having a finite amount of energy that can be drawn is interesting! We see the temperature in Fromville immediately plummet following Tabitha's escape (although it appears to be gradually cooling down in the days prior as well, it certainly seems to accelerate at the start of S3). Maybe it takes a great deal of energy to bounce somebody back into our world and this is reflected by the rapid drop in temperature? It seems that, in the latter half of S3, the temperatures have begun to pick back up now. Maybe this is demonstrating that the energy needs some time to charge back up after being depleted?
I also thought it was interesting in season 2 (I believe) when Jim was about to take a look at the "Exit" sign and Tilly (I believe) came in and distracted him from looking at it. Did it have some clues around electricity or did it have a camera/microphone to monitor the people?
Jim, Ethan, and Julie are gonna walk in and find christmas lights strung up all over the ceiling and over the alphabet painted on the wall, and Tabitha in the cabinets with a ball of christmas lights....because she followed the blinking lamps right to the monster stretching out of the wall. Watch.
Apparently Harold Perrineau who plays Boyd would sign on to do the show without knowing they had a complete plan. After what happened with Lost and people being unhappy he needed that reassurance. I believe they told him the outline of the story to get him on board. Don't take my word on it but I'm pretty sure that's what was said.
I can't put my finger on it, because I never really understood Nikola Tesla's manner of energy transmission, but he comes to mind a lot when I'm puzzling over the electricity issue with Fromville. I feel like it's related, but I need time to sit down and understand his method better. The issue is, he never truly worked out the transmission of electricity enough to make it work, but we CAN transmit energy today through wireless power transfer, such as energy beams. I can't help but wonder if that's something that might be happening here.
We always see the numbers 4 and 7 in Fromland. 47 is the number for Silver on the Periodic Table. Silver can be used to create electricity, particularly in renewable energy technologies. Silver has the highest electrical conductivity of all metals. You can use silver and water to create electricity, particularly by using saltwater as an electrolyte in a battery. 47 (silver) may be a clue as to how Fromland gets its electricity.
Martin knew julies name, because Martin seen future version of julie before she throw the rope to boyd. Martin being captured and chained just like julie, randal.
Igor did you watch show Dark? I think it is an amazing piece of entertainment and also a good exercise to stretch our imagination on idea of time travel
Also, did anybody else see Outer Range? (Super pissed it's not being renewed) something about the cave Tabitha finds when she's looking for the energy source reminds me of the river of time Chronos has under the ground, and seems to be an energy source as well. Thoughts?
Ok. I can't find my previous comment, so I guess I'll just say I think you're on the right track. Sorry if I mistakenly shared any spoilers. Definitely not my intention.
I like your theory, it’s possible that it could be Christopher however I was leaning more into the Boy In White. Sarah said she doesn’t think the BIW is a kid and we do know he’s got some kind of mystical powers. I think he’s the one who talked to Jim each time. The time on the radio when Jim was trying to find a signal on the radio at Colony House when Jade and him built the tower. Also when the phone rings and Jim answered only to hear a child say it was Thomas. I think the BIW is both good or bad but he don’t understand it as good or bad it’s just him.
I like so much this theory. In my opinion (after reading a lot of theories and analisys of the show), there are two forces controlling what happens in From, there is not only one entity. So I believe that when Boyd listened "The boat" song it wasnt a bad entity, I mean... Feeling hope is an emotion that can be used as food to bad forces OR to empower people to try to understand what is happening in the town. So in my opinion, electricity is used by good and bad entities, and the goal is being able to know (in Victors and Ethans words) wheter is a good or a bad sign. Another thing that drives me crazy: in Henrys car the radio is broken and the song that is sometimes "randomly" played is BLUE (Miranda/Henry + Tabitha/Jim song). So...... Wtf. Is the electricity of Henrys car being controlled? Is the reality outside Fromville being controlled by this entities? Did tabitha go outside Fromville or is Maine part of Fromville territory? Why wanted Miranda to have the bottle tree near her house?
After reading a lot of theories and think probably too much about this show I have decided to trust my instincts (might be completely wrong but I am sticking with it). Faraway trees are connected with time travel, the numbers in the lighthouse are years. It’s a parallel universe (intersection of three realities). The seven kids it’s a ritual, probably because of famine, sickness or fear of natural disaster. The children look sick (radioactive exposure). The attitude don’t ask questions reminds me of religion, believe blindly in the rules, no explanation needed. Residents of the town have either some indication of mental illnesses or addiction, severe trauma. I believe From is connected somehow to the program that Jade built we just don’t have enough information to realize it, that is the reason why Sara cut his friend’s tongue…
Morse code y'all. All of the questions are like the smoke monster on Lost. I stayed for the smoke monster. When I finally got the answer, there were too many other red herrings to appreciate it. The answer is literally in the title of the show. Lost from... Their next series is going to be called Why, which will be followed up by Because, which will be followed up by I said so. 😂 It's the same mechanism in each series. I have a loathe love relationship with the creators for making me care. 😂
Loved the video. Comments about Christopher ..... I think the evil entity played him. Used him as a scapegoat. I don't think the entity thought of him high enough. Remember, everything we know about Christopher (anyone) is through the eyes of a traumatized person (Victor). So we're back to getting our info from a unreliable narrator .... again, I ADORE Victor. You also showed the scene where Jade was stabbed by the Civil War soldier, with Jim telling him that whatever he saw wasn't real. How come that angle/conversation wasn't discussed more? As usual, looking forward to more videos! PS. THANK YOU for addressing those who create 'bait and switch' or 'I know all' videos. Honestly, that's the reason why I limit myself to the content creators who i watch. Take care!!
I remember lights flickering some, once back in E1 just before Ethan and Tabitha had dug the hole in basement.I felt a source of communication from something or someone?? Day light seems that’s when they can listen?? Don’t talk amongst yourself until night ya’ll. !!!!!😂
Note: the EXIT light in season 2 ep3, when Jim is trying yo reach it and Tilly shows up. On the other hand... I think there's been a "change of power". The "good" one is the one that makes lights flicker and puts good music. The bad one is the one in this season, no flickering, sarcastic music, everything going wrong...
I wish people would understand sometimes parts of the story die because just like us, they are trying to figure things out so they're going to try things and move on. How much more could they do with the electricity bit
I just noticed the music box has half of the alphabet and the corresponding numbers. What if those numbers from the letters Jade brought need to be associated with their letters in order to crack the code?
After the storm and the lights blew and Flung glass into the girls eye that was enough to scare everyone into not speaking about it anymore lol but it is weird that they don't talk about the power system now
Yes so for the longest time I always asked if we could figure out the electricity and how they know things in that moment we could figure something out.
Why didn't they connect their cellphone chargers to the radio tower in order to charge their cellphones? Wait a minute, they don't have their cellphones, or their chargers, or their laptops. The cellphones, chargers, and laptops have disappeared probably for this exact reason.
06:49 Are these white pointy shaped towers that we can see on this frame in the background, next to the right corner of the upside down triangle of glass? It might be nothing but now that I've seen it I can't unsee it.
Excellent analysis! Your theory about Christopher isn’t a stretch! Victor buried an item from everyone that died, and he did not bury anything belonging to Christopher! Therefore, Christopher is most likely alive. In addition, Christopher’s puppet was in the caves, so Christopher might have turned into a monster!
If Christopher is a monster, i believe Victor would've recognized him. I'm not so sure Christopher killed everyone. All the bodies were decimated the way the monsters do(removed organs, ripped open stomach) gotta be really strong to do that
Can we talk about Acosta and her incredibly suspicious nonexistent backstory? Because another creator said that we don't know her first name because it would give something away for the future...AND in the diner when talking to Kenny she said that she wasn't close to her family and when she said it, it seemed like a sensitive subject for her....
Also, why was Acosta (a Camden, Maine police officer) at the exact spot of the car crash in a city that's 45 miles out of her jurisdiction (Camden, ME)? Seems like Acosta followed Tabby from Henry's house (in Camden, Maine) for 45 minutes to a city "a couple of towns away" (as Henry said) - the city that had the park with Miranda's original bottle tree. That town's police department should have been at the crime scene, not Acosta. Maybe the hospital where Tabby was at, and the Camden police department, are in on it. And maybe Acosta is a police officer whose job is to apprehend people who escape From and send them back to From.
It’s Matthew McConaughey trying to send a message in Morse code from a tesseract. How does a real life lighthouse work anyway? Off a huge diesel generator?
I agree. I think Jade is the new Chris, Ethan is the new young Victor. Tabitha is the new Miranda. Ellis is the new Boyd and yes he will have to make a decision to kill Fatima like Boyd had to kill his wife. Yes they’re all replaying roles
That doesnt make sense though.. it does with tabitha and miranda and jadr and chris but that is because chris and miranda are dead.. boyd. VIctor are still alive.. but maybe it is more of a necessity for a certain kind of role rather than full blown "reincarnation"
Where does Elgin get the never-ending Polaroid film? I remember the film was about $10 for 10 pictures in the 80s so he should have run out a while ago.
IMO they are all in an extended state of unconsciousness / death / coma / limbo. My #1 theory is car crash, considering the one single thing they all have in common is they were in a vehicle driving somewhere, or riding with someone somewhere, from various parts of the United States at various points in time. The second thing all of them have in common is they suffer from some form of psychiatric issues, addictions, mental health issues, etc. or they were in the vehicle with someone who was, or they were collateral damage of the one who was and who was having some kind of incident. That suggested they may have been transported to a medical facility somewhere, a research lab, perhaps...and are maybe the treatment or research or experimentation revolves around accessing their consciousness from the outside or some way of using the doors of perception to enter somebody's comatose state and who knows. That would be far into the future or some epic alien technology type situation. Who knows. But unless it is a massive continuity error or flaw or oversight on their end, all the characters were in the US when they ended up at the tree. Nobody from Canada. Nobody from Mexico. Nobody from across the pond. All of them were in the US...and because of that, it strongly suggests wherever Fromville actually is, it is not a universal state or realm in the way people presume heaven or hell or limbo would be. Further evidence pointing to this being some kind of unconscious state research or treatment or experimentation, etc., is the reality that all their respective mental health issues are playing out in their experiences in Fromville and chances are they can't leave until they resolve them. Their experiences are all conveniently tailor made for what life issues they were dealing with. Fatima can't get pregnant in real life.... bam .... mystery pregnancy. Tabitha couldn't save Thomas in real life ... bam ... she's the chosen one to save the children. Jade's brilliant mind led to massive success but he's an arrogant drunk ... bam ... becomes obsessed with symbols and solving the mystery of what's going on. Jim's distractions kept him from saving Thomas, then he lost himself and his family ... bam ... he is obsessed with keeping his family together. Boyd couldn't save the soldiers ... bam ... his trials are saving the town and saving them all... and so on...that all feels like it is by design to me, so whether it's purgatory or a lab grown experiment or research or treatment, who knows but it's along those lines, IMO.
I think creators have a plan. Though I think the electricity is a part of an answer it is.not actually a question. Electricity show us that it is probably magic. Probably creator of this place either does not know how it actually works or does not care how it works - it is a set, a playhouse. If AI would make you a house it will probably also create electricity but it wont go so far to make a power plant. I thini flickering light shows us that this illusion can be unstable and in s1 and s2 he have only seen a little instabilities. The music box I think is a way of a creator of this place, the entity to communicate to townspeople. It shows us that it is propably a game for it. I am pretty sure that the town, the electricity, junkboxes, etc are actually clues and shows us what is the character of the entity that created fromville

Your theory about why the lights flicker is brilliant! I didn’t even think about it too much during the episode

Well I also was very suspicious of Tilly:) So maybe trusting me also not a best idea:) Thank you so much for the compliment!
Nahhhh, doesn't fit the show and what we have been shown thus far
@@iamnwbthen where is the motel?
@@rizkyadiyanto7922 we don't know. Probably went down like the Matthews property did.
your theory is that... someone brought a diner and a house to town?
Interesting theory, thanks!
That was interesting I agree with most of what you said but I don’t think the light do much on its own I think it’s controlled by the bigger one and also in my opinion I think all of them are one the light the boy in white the monsters all of them are planning for bigger thing.
You’re my favorite From channel .Great job as always
Of course you are brilliant as always! I was watching Cabin in the Woods again and I could not stop thinking about From. I don't think there is any connection but I see it i talk about it.😊
Hello from Brazil m8, really like your channel and the way you present things. Keep up the good work, i am sure you'll grow quickly
I can vouch for the music box too, i was rewatching and noticed when Kenny's mother died then the music box kinda taunt him with a song "Celebrate, celebrate, its time for celebration"
And when that new cop comes to argue with byod asking for her gun back music box says "oh ohh child"
Edit: commented that before watching the full video
I never thought about the possibility of Christopher still being alive but that would be super cool to follow up with!
I think Cristopher is dead. The monsters collect items of the people they killed and they have his doll in the caves.
I didn't know about this episode, but it sounds a bit like Stephen King's Under the dome.
Theory updated
Eloise/Acosta
We dont know Acosta's first name and the actress told in a recent interview that she's not allowed to reveal her first name.. Acosta told in this episode to kenny that she doesnt have family in the real world... I'll explain now:
We see Miranda leaving victor and eloise in the cellar, but later Eloise leaves the cellar chasing Miranda, Victor said he found only his mother's body near the bottle tree , i believe she sacrificed herself for Eloise to get through the tree cause they were being chased by the monsters, thats why the body is found near the tree.
Well ..... 😏
I'm looking forward to Acosta and Eloise's interaction in Fromville.
Your theory is interesting. Except that if she lost her memory, she wouldn't likely know her name. So she wouldn't be known as Eloise but something else.
But if the actress can't reveal Acosta's real name, that has got to mean something. Unless the writers haven't given her a first name yet.
Interesting...
@@krbcan1569 I'm just trynna connect the dots, I might be wrong for sure
If this environment is controlled by humans or extraterrestrials then Wireless Energy Transfer (WET) could be how the electric is distributed. The town could possibly be decorated as old, 50's-60's, to hide the newer technology hidden in the town. Possibly very sophisticated, but made to look like old times to throw off the people. This is just one of my theories. I really enjoy your channel! Keeps me thinking!
Tony? Is that you?
Yeah it reminded me of Nikola Tesla’s wireless electricity.
Could the lights be blinking in Morse code or something like that?
So far, there is no evidence of that as there hasn’t been a translatable sequence shown yet.
@forpromouseonly4534 Fair enough
I thought the same thing
@@forpromouseonly4534 I don’t know I’ve seen several flickering lights not at Tabatha’s house that could be translated into Morse code. I can’t recall which episode, but there are multiple.
I saw comments in tiktok said it said “The tree is lighting” in morse code .. but Idk 🤷🏻♀️ not sure
One thing that is unclear is that they were allowed/led to create the radio tower but then the entity was angry and created the storm
I think Tabitha’s digging caused the Storm. Not the radio tower
@@geekademy But the storm disrupted their radio tower, not Tabitha's digging.
XD.

I love that you call it Galadriel’s light..such a Geek thing to say 😂✌️
Doing a rewatch and I realized, the first flickering light is in the Que Sera, Sera intro! Must be significant!
Interesting’
And the light of the fire torch showed Boyd the complete different dimension with Martin.
The most sensible theory ive seen today@@jasoncaldwell5627

Similar to the scene in Stranger Things when Will tried to communicate with his mom with the flickering Christmas lights
Except that it does happen to others. An excerpt of the lights flickering around Boyd is presented in this very video.
Or like in the movie interstellar @@AirForceKrissy

I don't think so. Cause the monsters kill anyway
The people do a lot of stupid stuff on the show
EXACTLY
@@7Pxndx7 Thank you for agreeing! Unbelievably, I have to argue this point with some people... ugh!
@@iamnwb Thanks for the feedback!
Ye. Kelly had a cellphone. Kristi told her. Cellphone don't work here (meaning they have no communication) then what ?!
How would a cellphone solve anything. 😂 Ridiculous
The jukeboxes are the biggest itch in the back of my brain since I started this damn show
Jade is My favorite characters too!! He’s curious and genius 👏🏼❤️ I hope he can make it
Jim was low key hating. Jade is way smarter than Jim. Lol 😂
Almost like a body sending platelets to stop a bleeding.)
It is the same problem with water and air, we don't really know how they are supplied to Fromville.
Thank you!! It doesn't make sense for an all seeing entity to need an inside agent.
Maybe this is demonstrating that the energy needs some time to charge back up after being depleted?
es ist alles eine ewige Zeitreise bei From!
Watch.
just imagine if its the dharma initiative on the radio/controlling the Juke Boxes!
I see the storm light archives in the background!
FYI-Now when I do a search, “Gee” Geekademy is the top spot! Previously I’d have to type your whole channel name to find you!
Awesome!
I think the music boxes are motivation. Even the "Celebration" one. Don't think it was taunting but saying focus on the good times, not the death.
This show was written 20 years ago. There’s definitely a plan !
Great theory Igor, very likely 👍
Martin knew julies name, because Martin seen future version of julie before she throw the rope to boyd.
Martin being captured and chained just like julie, randal.
There’s a pulsing to the light, same timing of a lighthouse
Nice observation. A lit torch also revealed the dungeon for Boyd
Igor did you watch show Dark? I think it is an amazing piece of entertainment and also a good exercise to stretch our imagination on idea of time travel
Twice:)
@ здорово, и я дважды 😜! Ооочень надеюсь, что здесь у создателей тоже получится соединить все в единое целое 🙏
Also, did anybody else see Outer Range? (Super pissed it's not being renewed) something about the cave Tabitha finds when she's looking for the energy source reminds me of the river of time Chronos has under the ground, and seems to be an energy source as well. Thoughts?
Dude I said the same thing about the music box last episode!!!
I wish someone would bring up the fact that they have running water and indoor plumbing.
My only complaint about to show is the inconsistency and continuity
3:30 Im not sure BUT JADE clothes looks like what the Dead guy has on when ELGIN went to the CELLAR
Yup same polo shirt!
No, it’s different. If you look closely it’s not the same shirt at all .
While the shirt may be slightly different, I saw on another review that the shirt worn by the dead dude looks to have stab wounds . . .
@ I meant to say it’s lols similar but is slightly different instead of Not at all.
Take care!!
The tree roots, like a potato and a light bulb lol
I remember lights flickering some, once back in E1 just before Ethan and Tabitha had dug the hole in basement.I felt a source of communication from something or someone?? Day light seems that’s when they can listen?? Don’t talk amongst yourself until night ya’ll. !!!!!😂
Note: the EXIT light in season 2 ep3, when Jim is trying yo reach it and Tilly shows up.
On the other hand...
I think there's been a "change of power". The "good" one is the one that makes lights flicker and puts good music. The bad one is the one in this season, no flickering, sarcastic music, everything going wrong...
i like your theory
The radio songs are 100% a product of Fromville.
After the storm and the lights blew and Flung glass into the girls eye that was enough to scare everyone into not speaking about it anymore lol but it is weird that they don't talk about the power system now
The lighthouse is the Eye of Sauron! I have been saying it all along.
🤣😁😁😁
It's the anghkooey kids trying to communicate
Yes so for the longest time I always asked if we could figure out the electricity and how they know things in that moment we could figure something out.
Here's a spoiler theory of mine ,Boyd is really Tabitha.
Why didn't they connect their cellphone chargers to the radio tower in order to charge their cellphones? Wait a minute, they don't have their cellphones, or their chargers, or their laptops. The cellphones, chargers, and laptops have disappeared probably for this exact reason.
Yes even not connected to internet, a laptop would be a very powerful tool in Jade's hands.
Biggest question how do they have clean running water? I didn’t see a water reclamation plant in town.
06:49 Are these white pointy shaped towers that we can see on this frame in the background, next to the right corner of the upside down triangle of glass? It might be nothing but now that I've seen it I can't unsee it.
No it's just rock
Excellent analysis! Your theory about Christopher isn’t a stretch! Victor buried an item from everyone that died, and he did not bury anything belonging to Christopher! Therefore, Christopher is most likely alive. In addition, Christopher’s puppet was in the caves, so Christopher might have turned into a monster!
If Christopher is a monster, i believe Victor would've recognized him. I'm not so sure Christopher killed everyone. All the bodies were decimated the way the monsters do(removed organs, ripped open stomach) gotta be really strong to do that
Also all the monsters wear 50s clothing. Why we don't know, but imo it's less likely Christopher is a monster
Any1 peep Jade is in the same outfit as corpse Elgin saw in the last episode
It’s jasper all along. 😂
Do you think if they blow up the light house it would get them out of there? That's genius!!
Thanks!
Thank you!
My theory is that someone may be using Morse code
Jade n Christopher r connected
Do you think the lights could be giving us a message in morse code?
Telsla had method of transmission of electricity w/o wires.
Please no ghosts, too many mystery boxes as it is,lol.
Agreed:)
how does colony house has drinks?and other food supplies than veggies?
