May be true, still no rust to appear.
He didn’t want to use Bondo the whole purpose was to prevent the rust from doing more damage and he accomplished that
@@MeFixingEverything straight to the point, honest presentation, no hidden magic tricks, cuts, edits, etc.. he did mention on a budget, this is much better rather than the bare rust spreading on your car, thanks for sharing this bro!

Just plug it with some old fabric.

may as well have just sprayed over the rust, don't look much different.
Different it is. By your way rust will spread, here 8 months later and after a winter, no sign of rust bubbles.
