I found out why it doesnt work. Since the file your changing language in is in german you have to write english as ”englisch” because thats how they are writing in german. It worked for me

I got the same version as you and I cant get the inpa to work on my e92. It works with NCS EXPERT with no problems. The messages I get when starting up inpa and choosing ”engine” is either something about the script or ”D60m57d0, D62m57B0 not found, control unit found D62m57A0”

I had similar issue for ages on 09 focus, I removed clocks and re soldered connections where cable joins pcb, there were broken solder joints which were barely visible. Resoldered and all ok since, that was about 9 months ago no issues since
