I tried the grated potato and egg it this morning👍🏽, I added other ingredients besides salt and pepper to my tast bud, ,but yes great idea to prepare breakfast like that so thank you.
I make a version of these often, they are so delicious! But take an important hint: after you grate the potato be sure to wring it out because potatoes contain a *ton* of water. You’ll get a much nicer final product.
