1 onion.
2 cloves of garlic.
1 raw sweet red pepper.
600 g minced meat.
2 tomatoes.
1 leek stalk.
40g butter.
20g flour.
500 ml milk.
100 g hard mozzarella cheese.
Some vegetable oil.
Salt and ground black pepper to taste.

300g rice.
300g mozzarella cheese.
1 onion.
1 zucchini.
1 eggplant.

I never put oil in the water when boiling pasta. The pasta will get coated with oil, and it will then not be able to absorb the sauce. I am Italian and learned that when I was a child. Your recipies are wonderful.
I do it's tasty good,so when the pasta is done I wash the pasta in Cold water
I doubt true Italian put oil in the water.

Never add oil to pasta water, it’s not necessary and in dishes with sauce, can make the sauce roll right off of the pasta. To keep pasta from sticking, watch and stir. It’s that simple. An Italian woman taught me that. Other than that, looks delicious.

I've been making this for my kids for well over 20+ years. I actually thought I made it up. One day, I decided to try something new. They love it, so I've been making it ever since. I just call it something different. Wow! It's amazing that someone else knows this recipe. I place cheese all throughout and with each layer. It's so delicious.

I used to put oil in the water with my pasta. Then I didn’t understand why I did it, lol. Now, to prevent sticky noodles, we melt 1-2 tablespoons of butter in it after it has been drained. I’m not Italian, but the butter keeps the noodles from sticking and adds a nice flavor

Στην Ελλάδα βάζουμε λάδι στο νερό!! όχι τόσο πολύ..1 κουταλιά της σούπας.. μόλις βράσουν ρίχνουμε 1 ποτήρι κρυο νερό. Αφού τα σουρώσουμε άλλοι ζεσταίνουν λίγο λάδι στη κατσαρόλα τα ρίχνουν μέσα κουνώντας την κατσαρόλα όχι ανακατεύοντας κι άλλοι βούτυρο φυτικό

Both of these look amazing. From the USA and need to covert some of ingredients, I am a wing it cook, and for sure will be making both of these. The Rice looks tricky, but I am certain I can manage. Don't speed it up, I love the real time so I know how long it should take. God Bless you and Thank you. The Music was so soothing and relaxed me after a day of gardening.
Unless I missed something, I can get all of these veges in my local Walmart. No need to convert any of these ingredients. Also, the rice looks like it was overcooked to get the texture.

My mother in law taught me how to make perfect rice every time. 1 cup rice in pan, heat over fire then add 2 cups water. Stir and bring to boil. Cover, Place on super low flame for 20 minutes and that is it. If rice is watery just give it a little more time.

@@user-fs6uv6hm5t I forgot, use some oil or butter with the dry rice in the beginning. You can also add some thin spaghetti (broken up in 1 inch pieces to the rice at first.This is how one makes rice pilaf.

Salve, questa rcetta ha poco di italiano.Diciamo che è stata un po' rivisitata per accontentare tutti i palati.La cucina tipica italiana è più semplice di quanto pensiate.E poi salse,salsine,besciamella,maionnaise,panna diciamo che non ci appartengono....l'abbiamo ereditata dai cugini francesi😁Io non sono nazionalista e amo tutte le cucina,soprattutto quella medio-orientale.Ma quando si parla di vera cucina italiana allora bisogna stare attenti.Poi ognuno è libero di personalizzarla.A me va bene, purché sia buono.Ma la cucina italiana e' un patrimonio che va salvaguardato....😍

Sono d'accordo, non è per niente una ricetta italiana. Sono a favore di personalizzare la ricetta quando si ha dei gusti diversi aggiungendo oppure togliendo qualcosa, ma si può anche dire una ricetta italiana rivisitata.
