I'm 71 yrs old, a scratch cook, baker and detergent maker. I go through a lot of vinegar and baking soda. What impressed me the most was the damn cheese grater hack and the foil to sharpen blender blades. Brilliant !!! I've been watching you a long time and you never fail to impress me. :o)
Amongst all the decent/good tips, you picked the worst tip to praise. You can't sharpen your blender with tin foil. Tools never get sharper by cutting stuff, otherwise you might as well just blend stones to sharpen it. People use sharpening stones, so why not just blend them to sharpen your blade?
I love your channel. I am young 75.5 yrs. I live alone I learned so much from it. Just keep your ideas going i liked them very much and will try them in my cooking.❤❤❤❤
OMG, you’ve done it again. LOVE all your hacks. How to soften butter, shredding cheese horizontally, jelly jars for dressing. But my favorite hack was using a pineapple corer to cut corn off the cob! Ingenious!! How do you come up with this stuff? You’re the bomb! 😉 Many thanks…

Yeah. This channel has such great tips!! Please share with your friends and family!! One of my favorite things is to save all my vegetables scraps into a big ziplock bag, adding to it as you use your vegetables through the week or longer. Put this bag into your freezer. Then when you are ready you can use these scraps for vegetable or any stock you choose to make! Saves so much flavor!
Save the paper dry onion skins separately. When you have enough, run them through a food processor and use them as seasoning. The skins won't necessarily desolve in dishes so be aware of their texture.
I used to do that when my children were growing up. I had a large chest freezer and kept the scraps in a gallon zip lock. It is good to be reminded about old habits that worked. Plus I gained knowledge on the newer hacks that were presented in this video.
Once you show us it looks so simple and we think 'why didn't we think of that before'? I love your channel and have learned so much. Thank you for sharing.
I don’t even think you have a job, because all you do is sitting or walking around all day long just to think about what’s next to be clever about. Man, take it as a compliment, because you’re all that and more. I love it. You’re so intelligent.

Love the food grinder for coffee beans...(Ever been in that position where you grab the coffee & discover you bought beans instead of ground...left there sitting, staring at the beans, dreaming? I did think of taking a hammer to them, but they're very slick & hard headed, exploded all over the kitchen.)
The coffee beans left in vodka or other spirit for a few weeks makes a nice coffee liquor just add a simple syrup and strain out the cofee beans, then feed those to your compost.
I noticed you touched the minced garlic, I’m sure it left your fingers smelling like garlic. To get rid of the smell, rub your fingers on a stainless steel knife, bowl, or pan while washing your hands, it works with onions, also.
I guess you really ARE never to old to learn! I am 70 years old and you still have hacks that I have known. I love your show. I love your hacks. Thank you so much.
I use clothespins in a similar way. If the object is heavy, I use one clothespin and a wooden spoon under the dish (but this is limited to small dishes like ramekins). This man is certainly a genius!

or use "lemon tea:" into the steaming rice to make lemon rice. I go through boxes of lemon tea by tearing the bags and using the dried contents into crumb crusts, batter, rice
@@WebspoonWorld no problem. you can also use "fruit teas" to make simple syrups for fresh fruit and yogurt or pancakes etc rather than cooking the fruit. Mint tea makes good base for simple syrup for ice-cream or plain cake and then add the fresh fruit on top with some crushed nuts or chocolate shavings. Easy way of making "fancy" delight especially on hot days.
I watch the whole video and especially love the parchment paper in the skillet cooking the egg with no mess left over and I loved all of the garlic ideas❤❤❤
Yep, ,saving the hassle of using a knife later by doing it all at once before hand. he saves that effort for using that utensil next on the pop top can.
Here i can just buy a set of smaller butter packs if we need to use it in such portions. smh. 'Never thought that in other parts of world people need hacks for such a thing. But then we also have ghee/purified butter. I never portion the 500gm chunk beforehand because I don't use the same portion for everything.
For cleaning the pan, you use electricity, vinegar, lemon, and baking soda. I use just a piece of coarse steel wool and two-minute elbow grease, and then there is no sign of burning on the pan.
A paste made of baking soda, lemon juice and salt (any combination and amounts) rubbed into most any stain and laid out in the hot sun all day will usually take the stain out. Of course, be cautious about the color fastness of the fabric.
