Malik Nabers already has the mindset and abilities that resemble a 5 yr veteran in the pros. He's very confident in himself and outworks whomever they line up over him by a DC scheming to keep Nabers contained. That's been very very hard to do in every video I've studied on Nabers especially vs SEC competition. He is numero uno IMO

Yeah, I love the people who’ve been telling me MHJ is the best. Guaranteed to be picked by the Cards if he’s there. Chris is not alone. There are plenty of others with these WRs in different orders.
1: Nabers: Has the highest ceiling, can find a way to be a contributor no matter the team 2: MHJ: high floor, good route runner but not high-end explosion, ceiling will depend on the quality of his quarterback 3: Rome: Can be kind of like Pickens or Drake London, not a great separator but can still make lots of contested catches 4: Thomas: Could become like Metcalf or AJ Brown but could also fail to live up to his physical traits 5: Mitchell: Like simms said, potential based, can be a really good 2 or even a 1 if he puts it all together my top 5
@@JustManShii well yes I think he'll make life easier for a QB but I think having elite production will depend on having a guy that can develop elite chemistry with him since he won't be a threat to take any pass to the house

Chris I really hope you do a mock draft of what you would do no influence from others predictions. Base it off what the team needs obviously but also off who you truly believe is best for each team.
Situation is everything with these guys. Last year I loved Tank Dell, Flowers, Dontavion Wicks and Njigba. Tank's numbers were hard to dismiss and he was impossible to cover. I had no idea Jayden Reed was such a dog and was happy the Packers got Wicks late. Thought Reed was a reach, I was wrong, he's amazing. Wicks I think is the next D. Adams, his route running is elite imo. Too soon to judge on just one season but it was a good class, this year seems to be even better at the top end. Last year was deep as is this year.
@@valuehobby-channel Didn't have Olave or G. Wilson in his TOP 5. In 2022 it was Jameson Williams, Christian Watson, Alec Pierce, Treylon Burks, then Drake London. Two best receivers in the class nowhere to be found.

I listened to this same WR Rankings pod last year and really enjoyed it. The biggest difference in our Top 5s from last year was the exclusion of Tank Dell and the inclusion of Quinton Johnson. QJ's issues were deeper than just not being able to run a route. He didn't really do any WR things well. Not great going up for the football, not great at tracking the ball, and not much a release. I just don't want to bet on someone who basically has to learn everything about the position once they get to the NFL. That's such a long term project. In today's NFL, I'm just not sure that being that small really matter if you have threshold athleticism and elite route running. With switch releases, stacks, trips, etc, the dude's going to be open. I'd like to push back on your route running comments as well. 3 of the best WRs of the last decade were all primarily route runners first: Cooper Kupp, Devonte Adams, and Justin Jefferson. I'm not saying Justin Jefferson and Devonte Adams aren't athletic, they are, but they're not the description of overwhelming size and athleticism described. Justin Jefferson especially hit the ground running in the NFL in large part because of his nuance as a route runner. It's not the only factor, but it's way more important than portrayed in this video, imo. They primarily win with their route running and second their athleticism, imo. WRs like Calvin Johnson, Tyreek Hill, and Julio Jones were/are the other way around, conceded. Also, Antonio Brown was mentioned in the athlete camp and I believe that to be a mistake as well. His numbers were poor coming up to the draft and I think he primarily wins as a route runner, varying speeds, and his release package. The second part of that argument was throwing Jerry Jeudy under the bus as a "great route runner" who has failed? Great route runner is one of the most consistent factors in a WRs success, in my mind. Job #1 of a WR is to get open and job #2 is to catch the ball. Anything and everything, including your preferred athleticism, that helps a receiver to get open is what I primarily look for. It's just that in the NFL everyone is a great athlete. You need more than that, imo. I also have Malik Nabors #1 but disagree he's the best route runner or even in the top 3 in this draft. He's a combo between Jamarr Chase and Debo Samuel in my head, but with better route running than either coming out. The natural receiving ability and explosiveness of Chase with more of the body type of Samuel. I really like Thomas Jr but I'm pretty worried he can't turn a corner. That's what I personally saw on tape. He looks like an incredibly linear athlete. Any route he was asked to make that wasn't in more or less of a straight line, lacked suddenness. Lacked authority. I was super curious to see his shuttle and 3 cone at the draft, and he opted out of both. Not bad necessarily, but just means he's more limited to routes that use that linear explosiveness. #2 is too high for me. My thoughts on MHjr mirror yours exactly. Lower on Rome Odunze. I don't agree he's in the conversation for best route runner in the draft or even top 5. He's not a great separator at all. Both the advanced analytics and the eye test show that. A large part of his game right now is timing routes, which puts more pressure on the QB to make those throws on time and accurately. The game breaks down too often for that to be your main thing. Or at least, I'm less willing to bet on it. Very good once the ball is in the air but I'm not sold on players who aren't great separators and I'd put him below MHjr in that category, the route running category, the athleticism category, and the size of course. In order for him to become Keenan Allen, he's got to dramatically improve his release package and top of the stem abilities. So confused by the comments about Roman Wilson that I had to go back and re-watch him to see if I was missing something. I'm completely baffled. This is the one I'd point to as being the crazy overrate in the list. I didn't see anything that's being talked about in this video other than high end long speed. I see a small receiver with short arms, kind of a long strider who struggles with any route that's not banana shaped. Didn't see great route running. Didn't see a great release package. I'm not sure he can be a star in the slot, either. I'm not sold he has option route suddenness. He's really stiff at times through some of his routes. Just for the sake of putting my own chips on the table: #1 Malik Nabors, #2 MHjr, #3 AD Mitchell, #4 Ladd McConkey, #5 Rome Odunze, #6 Thomas Jr, #7 Troy Franklin. I think AD Mitchell is the best route runner in this draft. Crazy fluid and silky route runner. Constantly playing with the CBs blind spot. Throws head fakes, varies speed. Everything. Consistently wins at every level and the advanced analytics back me up, as he's one of the best separators in this draft. Huge fan of Ladd as well. He's quick, fast, and has an argument as the best route runner as well for me. Advanced analytics also back up that he's an elite separator. Finally, the only other player I haven't put some thoughts to is Troy Franklin. I think he has wiggle, as Chris Simms mentioned, but I think his long speed is incredible. He can run these sail concepts, post, and corner post concepts without breaking stride or losing any speed and that's pretty special. Reminded me almost of a Devin Hester type, where he seemed to get faster when he made small adjustments while already going full speed. I wouldn't touch Lagette. Would just let someone else draft him. He's playing highschool ball still. I'd prefer Maliciah Corley at RB. He's played some there, it suits his abilities, and it would be awesome to flex him out and catch defenses off guard.
Odunze has the demeanor and competitive fire to make teams fall in love. Sticking around when everyone else had left to beat his 3 cone time might have looked like a PR stunt, but still leaves an impression.
Until the Combine I wasn't sold on Odunze but he sold me with his forty time. Here on TH-cam you don't see much separation in games and coming into the NFL that can be an issue plus the willingness to work out also says something about his character. I believe he solidly put himself in the top 3 receivers and will explode up the draft boards of teams... Doing what he did made him some good $Dough come contract time...
What about Randy moss and Calvin Johnson and Julio jones? We get it you love route runners that’s why you had to go back to the 90s to use Jerry rice as an example. T.O. Was a physical freak, idk why goobers are obsessed with route runners at the WR position
@@GKA11111because route runners are the best WRs. How many rings does moss, Julio and Calvin have? How many does Julian Edelman have? Wes welker? The chiefs lost their speed and went back to back. Those big, fast, freak receivers don’t equate to team success. You need those route running WRs to get you big 3rd down plays and great in the red zone. Julian Edelman and amendola had more of an impact in the Super Bowl than Julio. Same with the giants receivers against the patriots with moss.
Malik is very aware. From what i can see, he's not as physical while running routes, as Chase. Chase used his hands a lot and bullied DBs to create seperation while also having top end speed. This is why i say chase is a tier higher
i liked that in Nabers' interview with Simms, when asked what he thinks he needs to work on, first thing he said was using his hands at the point of contact gonna be exciting to see him at the next level
Does anyone know how Chris and Ahmed scouted Jayden Reed last year? He sure looked good in his rookie season and was drafted at 50. I wonder where Reed would go in this draft? It seems like maybe 3rd round as stacked as it is this year
@@danstickney3660 legit questions, people say Caleb took a step back this year but he lost the one NFL caliber talent he had to play with (Jordan Addison) and had one of the most useless o-lines you could imagine, while Jayden Daniels had a couple top 5 talents at WR, solid protection comparatively, and just in general superior talent around him from top to bottom..... if you swap Caleb and Jayden's rosters last year i guarantee Caleb is back to back Heisman and Jayden is a 2nd rd pick in the Jalen Hurts category instead of the Top 3 pick category🤷♂
Did Jefferson and Chase make Burrow stand out? In both situations you have a transfer QB who improved greatly in his second season at LSU, so I'm going to have to say that the QB's improvement allowed those WR's talents to shine.
Even after Bears got Allen I still hope if Rome Odunze is there at #9 they take him. 3 headed monster DJ-Allen-Odunze, with Kmet and Everett too. Or by some miracle Alt falls to them there take him and have an elite o-line, I can't imagine him falling that far. He is an absolute beast.

But ‘how much was Bo Nix and how much was Troy Franklin’ may just be the dumbest statement I have heard from a talking head this year.
I’m fairness to JSN, Flowers was Lamar’s go to guy as the Ravens WR room had nobody on Metcalf or Lockett’s level. Hopefully, especially coming from a Seahawks fan, JSN will come along even more this upcoming season coming season
Quinton Johnston had Brandon Staley as his Head Coach, who got fired. Maybe that more has to do with his lack of production at the NFL level. They also didn't use their runningback Spiller at all until Staley was taken out of the equation.
I don’t know what film this guy watched of Brian Thomas but he literally only showed the ability to run a go route. I’m still looking for film of him running any other route good to great consistently. And his release package is super limited and not transferable against elite corners in the NFL
Guys like Keenan , Mike Evans, Fitzgerald have been ELITE without the super human cuts and jukes and explosion. They’re consistent , they’re elite at what they do. Harrison is a top 2 WR , nabers is the arguable but besides that he is the real deal as a prospect
My Patriots missed out on a WR1 with the 3rd pick and watered down every subsequent pick as a result. By the look of his tape, Drake Maye actually being serviceable starting QB will be a damn miracle… 🤦🏿♂️
gonna become like running backs soon, there's so much elite talent at WR coming out every year and they're starting to command so much money on the open market (like elite RBs were 10-20 yrs ago) that a balance out correction is due to happen at the position like it did for RBs.... with so much talent in the draft every year, GMs are gonna start saying "why pay $30M/yr for a WR who is almost 30 years old when i can just draft a guy in the 3rd rd and get great production".... not to say it will happen overnight but it'll happen
@@mattcarberry368 I can see that. Even in this draft I think the top 3 guys are great but if you told me 3 years from now AD Mitchell will be considered the best out of this draft wouldn’t be shocked. It really comes down to do you have a quarterback that can get them the ball. Nico Collins was a bust till they got Stroud.
Chris always leads the charge on a dark horse(s) every season. Here it's Thomas. There's a lot Thomas has to work on to reach the level Chris placed him at. He had a large amount of wide open looks and still made his patented bucket catch on them. Plays small for his size including high pointing the ball and ability on contested catches. I think this was more potential and measurables than pro ready. I don't recall any recent drafts where'd rank this high. Several reps where he was not focused/full effort, example, a tipped pass that was within 5 yards of him that he reacted extremely late to. Rest of the rankings were good.
No mention that the controversial thing about his list from last year was no Jordan Addison.... "Guys I don't make lists to be controversial I'm just bad at this" -Chris Simms Im sorry i poked a little fun. I enjoy hearing different perspectives even if i disagree. I will say on a real note Chris' fascination with fast wrs seems to lead him astray. Unfortunately fast does not = open in the NFL. Thanks for the fun vid tho Chris.
@GottaDo1 He clearly wasn't both Puka and Addison had better years than Zay. He was No.3 last year. That doesn't change the fact he missed on Hyat and overvalued Wilson as well.
He always has controversial WR rankings. 2 years ago, no Olave or Garrett Wilson in his top 5. Last year he didn't have Jordan Addison in his top 5. This year is only slightly controversial with Brian Thomas over MHJr.
I think it's just he doesn't really know what he's looking at with wide receivers. He's mainly just ranking physical upside and does not value route runners. He had Davante Adams ranked outside his top 10 wide receivers for a while, too. It's probably his weakest position to evaluate.

But the Brian Thomas jr take I personally don’t agree with. He had one good year with the Heisman Trophy winning Qb. Thomas and Harrison started college at in the same year. Harrison on 28 more catches has 716 more yards and 7 more TD’s in his college career. Thomas is gonna be good in the NFL but he’s not on the same level as Nabers and Harrison. Just my opinion

2022 vs Penn State, Michigan and Georgia
2023 vs Penn State, Michigan Wisconsin
Everyone needs to listen to Simms man he knows what's up
Malik Nabers already has the mindset and abilities that resemble a 5 yr veteran in the pros. He's very confident in himself and outworks whomever they line up over him by a DC scheming to keep Nabers contained. That's been very very hard to do in every video I've studied on Nabers especially vs SEC competition. He is numero uno IMO
I wonder if BTJ would be #2 pre combine
Great analysis as always. When are you doing the RB’s?
My most valued opinion is chris simms. Thank you for these
LSU is WR U. Wilson, Olave, Smith-Njigba, Harrison Jr. are all nice and fine but let’s get real ok. Would you Ragnar have those 4 guys OR Jamar Chase, J Jefferson, Nabers, Brian Thomas Jr? I’m pretty sure that ANY fuckimg GM and head coach in the NFL is going with the boys from Baton Rouge
Agreed
Best WR class I have seen in the 20 yrs I have been paying attention.
Yeah, the wide receivers are really deep. It's a bad year not to have draft capital. The bears only have four.
Daaaaaaammmmmnnnnn! Keep doing your thing, you have such positive vibes. For all of us, don't allow negativity into our lives, Jen is a great example.
Most mocks I've seen Brian Thomas Jr was 4th off the board and being a Packer fan, I really thought he was underrated and if he's there at #25 I'd take him. We have a stacked WR room and he's better than all of them imo. He's just a playmaking game changer. Odunze was fun to watch last year, I saw about 5 Washington games and he was phenomenal, especially just fighting for the ball and incredible hands. You're right about Roman Wilson, electric, nobody could cover him at the Senior bowl.
This draft is incredible.

Bub Means

Malik Washington

Just amazing class
I was blown away by Nabers tape. This wr class is the best I've seen. I hope Washington gets Jayden Daniels and trades both 2nds and gets Brian Thomas in the middle of the first. Lets go!
Thx Chris, love your guys work and integrity of past evaluations, Simms never pretends he was always right, refreshing
Yeah, I love the people who’ve been telling me MHJ is the best. Guaranteed to be picked by the Cards if he’s there. Chris is not alone. There are plenty of others with these WRs in different orders.
1: Nabers: Has the highest ceiling, can find a way to be a contributor no matter the team
2: MHJ: high floor, good route runner but not high-end explosion, ceiling will depend on the quality of his quarterback
3: Rome: Can be kind of like Pickens or Drake London, not a great separator but can still make lots of contested catches
4: Thomas: Could become like Metcalf or AJ Brown but could also fail to live up to his physical traits
5: Mitchell: Like simms said, potential based, can be a really good 2 or even a 1 if he puts it all together
my top 5
I think you got it opposite for MHJ ,feel like he’ll make any Qb a lil better, like a Amari Cooper type
@@JustManShii well yes I think he'll make life easier for a QB but I think having elite production will depend on having a guy that can develop elite chemistry with him since he won't be a threat to take any pass to the house
MHJ will make any QB look good. He a big receiver who can run good routes and has a high IQ. He’s going to be good anywhere he goes
Nabors is my guy too , he got that dawg in him that put him over the edge
I get prospect fatigue and liking Nabers’ explosiveness but saying Marvin isn’t a freak athlete is crazy 😂
i knew chris wont go MHjr at 1. he wants freakish explosive YAC wide outs. my only 2 surprises are roman wilson at 5 and xavier worthy not even an honorable mention. ... shut out to ahmed's picks, corley and washington. welcome to the YAC fans.
I do think Nabers and MHJ are close. And its just the flavor you may lean or team need. Both top 5 talents IMO
honestly it doesn't seem like Odunze is far behind either, kinda reminds me of a young Anquan Boldin
@mattcarberry368 i think MHJ and Rome are similar as well. MHJ just has that extra gear. MHJ being a top 5 talent definitely goes top 6. I think Rome is top 10ish and goes top 15 forsure
Comparing Ricky Pearsal to every white wr is hilarious especially when he ran a 4.41 with a 40 inch vert
ROFL, people are going to go nuts that Simms has Harrison as number 3.
You nailed it!!!
These rankings get better week by week. I am a huge Marvin guy and I'm at the point where I have to admit, Simms was absolutely right. He doesn't separate like Nabers or even BTJ.
MHJ at 3 is wild man, Chris is just so inconsistent. Did the same thing with Garrett, Addison, & now MHJ
Jameson Williams 1 that year. What a joke.
@@valuehobby-channel Didn't have Olave or G. Wilson in his TOP 5. In 2022 it was Jameson Williams, Christian Watson, Alec Pierce, Treylon Burks, then Drake London. Two best receivers in the class nowhere to be found.
@@valuehobby-channelJamo hasn’t played a full season tho, that’s still TBD.
He's actually pretty consistent. He has a type. He likes explosive athleticism, guys that can impose their will physically on a game and warp the geometry for defenses. He prefers Jamarr Chase types to Justin Jefferson types. Some people have different preferences, but Chris has been pretty consistent in ranking guys based on what he values in receivers.
he just prefer freakish explosive YAC wrs rather than nuanced route runners. everybody has a preference. i knew that MHjr wont be his no.1 guy. I am more shocked with the no.5 guy, roman wilson. as a casual fan watching only highlights, i dont see it
The media starts developing consensus on players, often prematurely, and then individuals simply jump on the bandwagon with blinders on.
ok so what film study have you done to counter these "premature media consensus narratives"? any basis of personal intellect you operate on to substantiate your beliefs through your own analysis that their opinions are in fact incorrect, or are you simply jumping on the bandwagon of whining about the media with your own blinders on?
seems to be the default mechanism people have to feel like they're making a point while saying nothing and having no actual insight "the media! narratives! fake news!" it's so played out
Mathew Stafford is NEVER GIVEN PROPER CREDIT for handing over 2K yards to MEGATRON
2K yards to COOPER KUP
1486 yards to the RC PUKA NACUA……
All 3 were great wide receivers BUT THE COMMON DENOMINATOR is MATHEW STAFFORD. He’s the one that will make sure that Puka has a 2000 yard season.
IMAGINE Puca Nacua on different teams. Zach Wilson is his quarterback…
Way to go to one of the worst QBs in the league to make a point
48:24 nfl corners? I'll take my chances with MHJ winning jump balls over Nabers and Thomas beating them with speed.
Chris really misread that Decagon for Thomas Jr.’s bench press. He did 11 reps not 19 😂
As a buckeye fan i gotta say Marvin Harrison Jr had a huge step back in qb play last season. You're right tho his separation is a step behind naybors.
I couldn't agree more with Chris Simms. I had Nabers 1, BTJ 2 and MHJ, and Rome Odunze a close 3 and 4 a month ago.
Chris the goat
What was pucas 40 time? What about Jerry Rice? Some people got game speed.
That's what my wife says... "he can't run a respectable 40 yard dash, but he is fast in bed"
@@GKA11111Simms also had Jameson Williams and Christian Watson over Chris Olave and Garret Wilson because they were more explosive athletes 😂😂
Not the bump and grind 😂😂😂
I love Brian Thomas his speed and fluidity are elite
Simms description of MH just makes me think of Adam Thielen as a comp.
Great listen, and zero dynasty reference. Much love
Malik is very aware. From what i can see, he's not as physical while running routes, as Chase. Chase used his hands a lot and bullied DBs to create seperation while also having top end speed. This is why i say chase is a tier higher
i liked that in Nabers' interview with Simms, when asked what he thinks he needs to work on, first thing he said was using his hands at the point of contact
gonna be exciting to see him at the next level
@@mattcarberry368 yep which led me to make this comment on his self awareness
I had to pause this episode and go watch an Interview with Legette. WOW! Simms wasn't kidding. I want him on my team now just to hear him more
He’s Bubba from Forrest Gump lol
Does anyone know how Chris and Ahmed scouted Jayden Reed last year? He sure looked good in his rookie season and was drafted at 50. I wonder where Reed would go in this draft? It seems like maybe 3rd round as stacked as it is this year
The question i would ask is, did Nabers ability make Jayden Daniels stand out?
Same with Brian Thomas. Did he make Jayden Daniels stand out?
Well, there you go. He did ask the obvious question
Revisiting this after my Jags took Brian Thomas Jr. didn’t realise he doesn’t turn 22 till October!
I trust Steve Smith Sr. and the original Marvin Harrison when they say MHJ is better than HOFer Marvin Harrison.
Of course they are going to hype him up they want him to get more money.
53:41 marvin harrison jr does remind of larry fitzgerald. Imo he is a move the chains z at the nfl.
If that’s the case that’s a top 10 wide receiver ever
🦆🦆TROY FRANKLIN is THE best Duck WR of all time. It’s not even close. For all the Duck linemen, QBs, RBs, TE…..everything!
NO WR! Finally Oregon had two great receivers with Troy and Tez Johnson. Simms co-host I understand you do not hyper focus on Duck football…..
Brian Thomas will be a #1 receiver, I completely agree!! Brian to the Bills is a dream 😮💨
Completely Agree With This List
I don’t know what film this guy watched of Brian Thomas but he literally only showed the ability to run a go route. I’m still looking for film of him running any other route good to great consistently. And his release package is super limited and not transferable against elite corners in the NFL
Ladd McConkey not even being talked about is criminal
Guys like Keenan , Mike Evans, Fitzgerald have been ELITE without the super human cuts and jukes and explosion. They’re consistent , they’re elite at what they do. Harrison is a top 2 WR , nabers is the arguable but besides that he is the real deal as a prospect
My Patriots missed out on a WR1 with the 3rd pick and watered down every subsequent pick as a result. By the look of his tape, Drake Maye actually being serviceable starting QB will be a damn miracle… 🤦🏿♂️
Can you review your picks from 2 years ago? Rather than just the previous year?
this is such a deep WR class I don't even see the need in drafting one in the first 20 picks
gonna become like running backs soon, there's so much elite talent at WR coming out every year and they're starting to command so much money on the open market (like elite RBs were 10-20 yrs ago) that a balance out correction is due to happen at the position like it did for RBs.... with so much talent in the draft every year, GMs are gonna start saying "why pay $30M/yr for a WR who is almost 30 years old when i can just draft a guy in the 3rd rd and get great production".... not to say it will happen overnight but it'll happen
Simms needs to fire his barber 💈 that fade 😂
Jamar Chase on the bears and DJ Moore on the Bengals, what a world we live in !
I need that same energy for Jaxson smith that your giving to tank dell. Situations matter
Say what you want about his rankings. But he puts the work in and watches the tape. Plus he gives us a detailed reasoning.
Xavier Worthy 5’11” 175 is a fine playing wieght, like Marvin Harrison Sr
I would really like to see how Chris Simms can do ask a Offensive Coordinator
Pula couldn’t stay healthy. I think a lot of people liked him, but had concerns over that history.
No Ladd McConkey????? This is blasphemous!!!!!!!!!!
there are like 20 wrs that looked better on tape than him. at best honorable mention.
"Guys I don't make lists to be controversial I'm just bad at this"
-Chris Simms
Im sorry i poked a little fun. I enjoy hearing different perspectives even if i disagree. I will say on a real note Chris' fascination with fast wrs seems to lead him astray. Unfortunately fast does not = open in the NFL. Thanks for the fun vid tho Chris.
What about Chris having Zay flowers as the #1 WR and he was clearly right
@GottaDo1 He clearly wasn't both Puka and Addison had better years than Zay. He was No.3 last year. That doesn't change the fact he missed on Hyat and overvalued Wilson as well.
Over/under on number of times Simms says "Right": 1,225
"Let Alone"
He always has controversial WR rankings. 2 years ago, no Olave or Garrett Wilson in his top 5. Last year he didn't have Jordan Addison in his top 5.
This year is only slightly controversial with Brian Thomas over MHJr.
I think it's just he doesn't really know what he's looking at with wide receivers. He's mainly just ranking physical upside and does not value route runners. He had Davante Adams ranked outside his top 10 wide receivers for a while, too. It's probably his weakest position to evaluate.
@@Frostypower , great points.
@@Frostypoweryeah bc all the great WRs rn run great routes. People keep bringing up Adams and Keenan Allen, bc when you mention Tyreek, Jamar, Jefferson, Aj brown… all those guys are freaks lol. Route running is cute and great to add on, NO ONE wants a route runner who isn’t a physical freak. Every blue moon you might get a davante Adams.
@@Frostypoweryou value route running over speed and overall athleticism really? I’m sure you’re still waiting for Jerry Jeudy and his elite route running to breakthrough
@@GKA11111 None of those guys were seen as freaks coming out except for Chase. Of course physical traits do matter, but the technical aspect of wr is just as important. And you can't evaluate something if you don't recognize it. For every DK Metcalf there is a Chase Claypool, Miles Boykin or Terrace Marshall.
I agree with Chris on 1 through 4 but I gotta take Adonais Mitchell #5 based on athleticism, size, speed, catch radius, and physicality~
Roman Wilson will be an absolute BEAST
How do you not mention that you missed on Addison? Best rookie WR other than puka this year.
This is a crazy stacked WR class 7 should be 1st rounders AD and Roman Ladd are the sleepers
All right. All right. Simm's is getting craaaaaazy again. I must say this. He's never boring and always a little bit out of control and funny. Putting MHJ at 3 is just silly though.
“I’m not trying to be clickbaity” also Sims “Brian Thomas is over Marvin Harrison, Junior he’s the next AJ Brown”
MHJ is all media hype. Do you get all your info from sports shows or did you actually watch college football? MHJ was the 4th best WR last season. He was smart not to do the combine or pro-day because it would have only hurt his stock. He is letting the media do all the work for him
@@la7era1u54 hahaha yes I actually watch CFB. And no Marv isn’t “all media hype” hilarious statement. He deserves the respect that he has garnered and he will prove that at the next level. I could see the argument for Nabers. Any other year and he would be by far the best wide receiver prospect and I wouldn’t be surprised if he’s taken before Marv.
@@97.0TheDon you must not have watched much of Brian Thomas jr..
I find it so weird that Odunze’s background features state champion sprinter, and yet he’s not fast enough to burn people. I guess maybe he’s gotten bigger since then and slowed down a touch, but that’s not the case with people like DK Metcalf
I think you failed to name one thing that gives Harrison the edge is having a hall of fame dad who played the same position so his mind is probably 10 years ahead of a regular guy coming out of college
Not having MHJ in the top 2 is trying to do too much, right.
It's classic prospect fatigue meets hot take clickbait.
Right? Lol😂
I wonder if his MHJ rank will end up similar to the way he ranked Will Anderson vs where he got drafted/how he performed.
