HMMM.....Yes, the school makes money off the players. But, that money is needed to provide them with a free education. It cost $67,000 to go to USC. I think they are getting a good bargain. They leave school debt free.

You are stupid!!!! You are the epitome of what being unintelligent is all about and suck at grammar. You know that illiterates can't read, correct??? Based on your writing skills, it seems like you never knew that.
When all of these athletes are academically unqualified to go to college and are too shitty of readers and math students for college classrooms, the colleges put athletes in shitty majors and, there, the tutors and other random students do the college players' homework and, in those majors' classes, professors give false passing grades to keep the athletes eligible!!!
In 2008, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution examined 54 schools in the 1600 SAT era and found that "football players averaged 220 points lower on the SAT than their classmates - and men's basketball players average seven points less than football players." If you measured the 1600-era athletes to the 2400-SAT standard, the football players average 330 points less while men's basketball players' disparity would be 340.5.
      www.usnews.com/education/blogs/paper-trail/2008/12/30/athletes-show-huge-gaps-in-sat-scores
Or as you would call the situation, perfect scores!!!!!!!!
Georgia Tech, Cal-Berkley, and Michigan were on that list. Those are elite American schools and when normal students have a tough time surviving when they score in the schools' normal SAT ranges, especially in the lower part of the range, athletes with tight schedules, damaged bodies, and worse scores than the average student, the athletes will be academically incompetent and be too shitty to do any of their homework.
You are so dumb that you fail to realize that SAT scores are a byproduct of high school students' reading, math, and writing strengths. Usually, students who read well do well in the reading portion as do students who have respective strengths in math and writing. When the athletic SAT scores are so poor in all three areas, they will have a tough time competing with their superior academic counterparts and, as a result, defeats any meaningful purpose Of giving an athlete of scholarship for academics let alone admit an athlete as a student.
By the way, you keep getting your panties in a bunch about how much your tuition costs at USC. You are so unintelligent that you fail to realize that paying two football coaches, one fired and another hired; Fuck you country club facilities for recruits, the college athlete costing seven times more than a normal student, travel costs, legal fees for trying to nickel and dime Steve Sarkisian, hotel rooms on the nights before home games, athletic directors, half-a-million dollar assistant coaches, and all these distractions that have nothing to do with higher learning are hiking up your tuitions by 170% from 1995 to 2015.
Maybe if you were smart, you would've gone to a more inexpensive school, realized that athletics in college combining them with academics is bullshit, your ass would not be broke as fuck!!!! But because you embraced both, I have no sympathy for and proudly ridicule you for not asking for your tuition to be lowered by not having these athletes be costly off your dollars!!!!!!!
If you stop acting like an imbecile and realize that these athletes are pretty much illiterate compared to you and that they be paid minimum-wage on a 40-hour workweek while having endorsements OUTSIDE YOUR TUITIONS and expanded part-time job opportunities OUTSIDE YOUR TUITIONS, your costs would go down.
You also are a classist racist to poor black people, many of whom make up the NCAA, if not the revenue sports, because you fail to realize how fucking hard they have it. Many of these black kids send their stipends to their poor ass families because their families are poor and the government fucks them over with shitty educational funding and laughable school conditions.
Also, I love how you try to be a supporter of athletics and try to get a good education at the same time when your ass is better off staying in a library!! Lastly, I love how you try to come off as a jerk who is for college sports and the benefits that they bring when you would never give a fuck about swimming, water polo, golf, softball, and baseball. Let's not forget, who gives a shit about rowing????
You put yourself in debt and want athletes to suffer with you as a result. How about you plan your school career better next time and realize that sports will kill your school and drain you personally and financially. Take responsibility for your fucking actions and realize that your and others' intellectual laziness will cost everybody in the end and make black guys extra poor for another 3 to 4 years when they cannot afford to go poor anymore!!!!!!

iloveyoumadhuri Stupid? If you can't express yourself without using foul language. Why bother responding. You could have easily stated your point, provide stats, and attempt to educate me on the matter.
However, you go on a rampage insulting my intelligence. Job well done. I didn't attend USC. I attended Penn State, and I am well able to pay my loan. Good luck with your anger.

I agree. There should be a better form of compensation. However, I don't think paying them like professionals will help. College sports is not a career, its a four-year plan. Maybe providing them with an allotted amount of funds by graduation. It would be like a savings plan for the future.
What I really think needs to be done is helping them in their studies. Helping them actually graduate and have more of a future. Like I stated, coming out of school debt free is pretty good. Having a degree will enable them to get their foot in the door for jobs. The system is broken, and I don't refute that. But how much do you pay, and does everyone get the same amount? I think that is a big issue as well.

Yes, but they can't fucking read well enough to be in college!!!! That's why you are stupid!!!!
