Man, I can't believe it's been over a decade now. This video and part 1 got me into parkour back in the day. I always thought you had the cleanest flow. I showed the videos to my daughter and she's slowly getting in to parkour too.

That's brilliant. Even if you're resting between cuts and takes, your endurance, flow, and confidence are really obvious. I've been strength conditioning for parkour these past 3 years, and only lately have I begun to really practice my flow. The video shooting and editing are also spot on.
@limpkik78: he's not King David, and that's all good. KD has an entirely different style and often a different focus. Both are physically very able and confident.

just found this and i gotta say its absolutely remarkable, very inspiring, i think i personally enjoy this kind of stuff compared to the flips off benches etc? although that is also really impressive in its own right

This was very good but I have a few questions. How high can you jump from before you hurt your legs? How much upperbody strength do you need to get up the walls? How can you train yourself to jump higher? Is rolling across short surfaces faster than jumping up and walking across them? Does parkour take a lot of balance? If some could answer my questions I would be very grateful~ :3
