Galizian Urban Project - GUP, es un grupo de parkour perteneciente a Galicia, en España. Formado por 10 personas, cada uno de sus integrantes lleva a sus espaldas 5 años de preparación en esta disciplina. Much respect to these guys. You can always respect a parkour brother from something as simple as a parkour roll to a wall flip. It takes straight dedication, discipline, and ambition to prepare yourself for the fantastic things these guys do. Everybody reason for doing it is different but what everybody can say from doing it is that they became different after learning it.
