This is definitely one of the best Freerunning videos Ive ever seen. Freerunning is not just about flipping around and showing off, its about having fun and exploring the limits of the human body and mind, and what can be done.
All that gets transmitted through this vid while at the same time showing some incredible moves, good movie editing and cutting as well as an excellent choice in music.
This is definitely not a every-day video, 5/5!

nothin like a good tumble! Last time we were at dannys we were driving around with a sled attatched to a rope, attatched to a car. Needless to say, I was the one who lost control, barrel-rolled and utterly blitzed into a harsh metal fence haha.
