From what information I can get, there is no dedicated tool for 3DS Homebrew DS BIOS dumping as of now. From the forums I've found, some users have had success using Twilight Menu ++, and running the dsibiosdumper found on wiki.ds-homebrew.com/ds-index/ds-bios-firmware-dump I did test this myself, and it appears to work, so long as you don't "dump all" but go though each option one at a time. But the dumped files are limited in functionality. Unlike the flashcart method you can't boot into the DS/DSi Menu directly, and you'll get a white screen. But when I launched games they appear to work in melonds 0.9.5 without issue. I didn't put this method into the video, since the results are mixed, and obtaining the firmware through flash cart is the most compatible with all systems. Plus it requires no modification to any hardware so it's the easiest to run.
Can't you just dump the DS BIOS with 3DS homebrew without the need of a flash cart?
