I feel you buddy. It's hard to find good help sometimes in the car business. Many of the smart guys go into other fields. That windshield/roof issue is a doozy.
I worked for a hydraulic big truck body dealer for 3.5 years. We had a lot of trucks to work on with small space we played musical trucks every morning and evening 😂😂😂 I don't miss it
WoW you really take on a lot of work for sure it maybe time to hit the pause and reset button on some of them bigger jobs hopefully you can get you some good reliable help soon.
Glad to know i am not the only shop owner that lives in chaos most days.. just the nature of the beast i guess..lol. You have a great attitude and outlook
You are sharing like open heart surgery on some of these cars. You are like bringing them back from the dead. More power to you and you will get through it.
I feel you I just started at this shop it just 4 of us we stay busy and stuff stay braking like new parts and things we need to reuse it just happens then we have to pay out of pocket
We had some crazy stuff happen lately too!! to we wanted to do good for the community so the Texas workforce program has teens that want to learn a trade...we got a young man interested....possibly a lil to much....he went into the back and cranked a ram 2500...without permission...it was standard and e brake not functioning...so what do us old heads do...drop in into gear...so guess what happened.. it slammed a Fiat Arbarth so hard u thought it was clapping its cheeks...expensive to fix...

Up North shops like using Waste oil heaters when it gets cold.
I plan on building my own shop and installing a system like that.
Would love to see 1st person view, head cam chest cam. Blessed to see anything from you, but I’d love to see what you see.
I’m gonna start using my head strap and invest in a chest strap and try it out 🫡
@@AlexTheCarDoctor big dog! I’m watching that Sentra video now. Great work! Giving me the confidence to start vlogging in my shop.
