Rage inducing! They sure don't make them like they used to. It's just a battery replacement! In the middle of replacing my wife's 2018 Traverse battery. Thank you for the step by step video. Trying to do this while it's 5 degrees outside.
There's a lot of miss info pertaining to before disconnecting that battery. Your car requires constant power from another battery to keep the onboard computer happy before you disconnect that dead battery. Now you gonna have a lot of issues down the line after you put in that new battery. These newer 2018 and up traverses are not like those old vehicles where you can just yank out the old one and throw in a new battery, and that's that. Not sure why you need to mess with those wired post connectors. You should just be able to wiggle and slide out the battery.
Absolutely False!! About the extra battery or power source. Changed mine, and the computer memory held exceptionally well. The only thing that reset was the dashboard ⏰️. But you are correct that there is no need to remove any of those fuse connectors. Just leave the whole thing intact.
THANKS FOR THE VIDEO..

Your welcome, I am working on a BMW today. It's a tricky bugger too.
