QUESTION for you sir! i have an AGM battery currently in my tiguan, im trying to avoid having to buy another battery i have 2 batteries from my rv that are the flooded kind ,can i use one of them?
Sorry for the late response but that shouldn’t have happened double check everything disconnected both battery terminal wait a minute or two and tightened them back up. and if the problem doesn’t goes away then you probably have other issues

I replaced the OEM battery with one from Costco but I'm still getting some electrical issues. Do I need to take it to dealer for "recoding"?
Sorry for the late response but that shouldn’t have happened double check everything disconnected both battery terminal wait a minute or two and tightened them back up. and if the problem doesn’t goes away then you probably have other issues
So no need of coding after replacing new battery? I have the same tiguan
Exactly no need to recode just plug and play
Im just worried because stock battery is efb and im going to install agm optima batteries.. so no need to code for that?
Does the battery need programmed?
No just plug and play
