As a recreational skier here’s some signs people worried for their family/friends could look out for not mentioned, as not every coke user uses the same way: - cut up paper/plastic (where I live in Australia banned single use plastics like plastic straws/plastic ear bud things/polystyrene containers) straws everywhere. Especially if it’s paper because they get glued up with nasal secretions so they’re constantly cutting up little lengths of straw to snort through. - if they haven’t had time to clean up and hide shit: mirrors/plates/smooth hard surfaces with a residue on it or obvious white powder - obviously finding little baggies with white residue (however that could be a number of drugs) - literally seeing coke on their nose or “white coke boogers” up their nose - having a lot of nasal saline sprays around - they’ll claim it’s for “allergies” or “clearing out sinuses” but it’s to wash out during/after a session - sudden sleeping pattern change. Especially if the coke has been cut with other uppers that doesn’t let them come down as quickly. - sweaty palms not just sweaty body but look for the palms in particular - for some reason if you do a lot or have a long sesh you’ll start to feel really cold so consider that as well - all their cards in their wallet/purse are bent, the edges are scuffed or have residue etc (not everyone has access to like a razor to cut up with) And then the ones he mention and the usual constant sniffing/blowing of nose, blood noses, bloody tissues, if they suddenly “have a deviated septum” that came out of no where. I never did coke. Never did anything illegal. I did do a fucking absurd amount of nicotine though. I honestly think it was an amount of nicotine (and whatever they put in that nicotine salt E Juice SHIT) that it rivaled cocaine. I couldnt go 20 minutes without hitting the vape and if i went more than 2 - 3 hours without it I would almost pass out. I didnt eat anything. I honestly think that nicotine salt is just as bad as coke is. Theres a big differnece between nicotine that isnt nic salt and the nic salt liquid. There's a BIG difference. Regular 2mg 4mg even 8mg ejuice is... well it's nicotine. When you get into the 25 - 50mg range and youre doing 100ml a week. It gets fucking scary.
