  • Learn a high-efficiency, low-drag way to paint up Black Powder (by Warlord Games) Napoleonic Russian Pavlovsk Grenadiers.
I was very excited to work on these, since most of my Napoleonic Russian army is a VERY uniform dark green and white paint scheme. I found these imperial guardsmen and their unique mitre caps a joy to paint. And I hope this guide helps you have fun painting up these excellent elite troops as well.

Great job making table top quality figures. I like the paint scheme you used on them. Happy modeling.

One trick I have recently learned with flags is to put a layer of aluminium kitchen foil between the two halves of the paper. It helps the flags to retain their shape. Best to use a clear glue like UHU.

Beau travail, sauf un détail mais important, la peinture des yeux.
