I love how you call it a grinder. When I moved to California, first time I went to a sandwich shop, I ordered a grinder and they had no idea what I was talking about.

We have a little family pizza joint here in the country absolute middle of nowhere Pennsylvania that slices his sausage like that for subs and to top his pizzas. You're the only other guy I've ever seen do it that way. BRAVO!

Never thought of slicing the sausage like that for a sub. I'm going to make one with the roasted peppers. I'm going to kick it up and make a garlic bread roll and put it on the panini grill. I have two chefs that give me good ideas, YOU JACK CHAPLIN AND EMERIL LAGASSE. And the both of you took the fear out of cooking for me. Thank you.

Daddy Jack, good for for doing low carb, it will work. I have been doing keto and intermitent fasting for the past 2 months. The results have been amazing. I have lost 25 lbs and I am wearing clothes that I haven't been able to wear for at least 5 years. Keto is pretty radical and I had a couple of tough weeks in the beginning. I researched the benifits of keto and decided it was worth it. God bless you my friend, Paul E Dulin

Low carb can be dealt with. I hope you reach your goal! I know you are doing it right. What I mean is...instead of eliminating carbs altogether, eat much smaller portions. If you were used to eating 1/2 half of that grinder, do what you did, eat 1/3 or 1/4. Maybe don't eat any carbs during the day and have a little at some point. I'm diabetic and I eat small amounts of carbs and although I have not lost as much weight as I want, I have kept my A1Cs down below 7 without Metformin! Portion amounts is where it's at! That grinder looked absolutely delish! You don't have to deprive yourself of the fantastic foods you make Daddy Jack! You are not alone. Thanxz

If it isn't called brisket, ribs, or chops it may be hard to find, those I live in the Sugar Land Tex area which they say is one of the most diverse cities in so, maybe I can find an ethnic meat market to find it.German, Mexican or Asian. Your sausage sounds it may be some type of German sausage. Thanks, can't wait to make my first grinder! Keep the videos rolling
