Great stuff Trevor!! Thanks for putting out more free stuff for those of us who can't commit to a monthly subscription - much appreciated (and this one is really timely for me as I keep falling over my right foot)

Dude. Trevor. "Come train with us." What a great thing to say. In a real sense, PT is training just like you do in any sport. A great way to think about it. (And really interesting video.)

Hello, I have MS, and I understand you becauseI have problem as the same as you, I am trying to do exercises for my foot every other day.
Now I am better than before, you should check by therapist and get some exercises which useful for you and be patient and focused on whatever you do and move your foot slowly and accurately.
Be sure, you Will be better.

I think death would be best, but I'm not suicidal, so don't worry I just deal with comes along with legs that just no longer work darn OK more exercises I go to the therapist and I end up going on a bike and I use my arms instead of my legs it is so ridiculous

When you watch this video with it muted (thereby cutting out all the bullshit) you will quickly realize this guy has no idea what a "dropped foot" even is. It's a neurological condition that has nothing to do with the heel.

You clearly misunderstand his system for helping ppl gain STRENGTH.. he’s showing how to work around damaged nerves by reasoning of muscle-brain communication. So, maybe you SHOULD unmute
