I had an accident on 14/6/2023. Left knee injured and Peroneal nerve Damage. And as a result foot drop happened. After that I take electrical nerve stimulation from Physiotherapist for about 3 months. After that I followed the exercise in the above video and the exercise prescribed by my doctor. Never once did it cross my mind that this is not going to get better. I used to think that whatever efforts I am making to fix the foot drop, I am doing it honestly and it will be fine. Even while meditating, the same thought was in my mind.and now i am at almost 99 percentage of recovery..

I have severe foot drop on the left foot. No muscle help, drag foot. The left foot turns outward. I have fallen many times. Very concerned when on stairs. I need knee replacement and have a pinched peronral. I used Physio several different times...really liked both instructors. You are reporting some of the exercises I learned earlier. Glad I found you. I will follow you now. Thank you....Cindi Miler 6/9/24

I have an S1 l4-5 hernia and it presses on this nerve. Doctors told me that this can be fixed with surgery and that physical therapy and exercises will not help. But this pain went away after 1 week. I only have a little sciatica pain and I can't step on the tip of my left toe. But I realized that when I rest for a few hours, stand up and step on my left toe, I can walk for 2 steps. Then it falls again. There is no problem in my walking except a slight limp. Although I tell them that I think I am getting better, the doctors say that it will not get better. Please help me.

I feel you Peter, I felt / feel the same way. After I had surgery the therapist were telling me to try and lift my foot. Well it's a little different for me as I had to learn to walk again, but having foot drop prior to the spinal fusion wasn't as pronounced as it is now. There is a disconnect between my brain and my foot. It won't lift it. These exercises are for people that still have the ability to lift their feet.
