Standing for long hours helped me a lot 15 years to be a little more presice, gun shot wound to the spine close range, could not walk for 1 hole year never give up never give in now im walking at 85% and driving a manual car.
I have just found you , on utube, i have left foot drop, from a very bad cramp in my leg, the doctor has no answers for me, so they are just managing the pain, I hope your class will help, thank you.
Watching from Wales UK. Just found your channel and looking forward to seeing results from your workouts. Should I wear my AFO while doing these excercises?
Honestly, I'm extremely sceptical if anything would work. My legs have always been very strong, since I've loved to walk very fast, for very long. But then MS damaged my spinal cord, so... There just isn't proper connection to the muscles. #1 exercise is like nothing, as my issue is mostly inability to sufficiently lift up my legs after a few minute walk. Will try this anyway, as I'm afraid, that using my muscles not enough wil make everything even worse - a real muscle weakness will add on top of spinal cord damage, if I neglect them.
Please don't talk so fast. Remember that you are watched from all over the world and not everyone's native language is English. Thank you for the valuable information you have given us.
Easy when there's nothing wrong with you. Foot Drop is a REAL disability. Just lifting your foot up feels like an impossible task - like trying to jack a car with your foot. Acting Drop Foot is a Gross Misrepresentation of this issue.

It sounds like you are referring to the calves and/or anterior tibialis - both of which are worked on during this session!! 💪💪
