Sex should never leave us feeling guilty or shameful. The fact that you feel guilty points to how there may be something missing. Dealing with your guilt also requires you to forgive yourself and those involved.
Don't let negativity cloud your mind. Your mistakes don't define you. We encourage you to talk to someone about it, someone you can be accountable to. Meanwhile, set healthy physical boundaries with your partner. They’re gonna be harder to keep now, but keeping to them can help you avoid vulnerable situations that would eventually lead you down the same path.
